And it's expected to fetch up to £70,000 when it goes on sale at the Silverstone Festival on August 23.
The monarch famously took the wheel at events including the 2007 Royal Windsor Horse Show, with the vehicle specially kitted out for royal duties.
It boasts enhanced internal wiring for security and communications, bespoke side steps, mud flaps, and even a made-to-measure dog guard – a nod to the Queen's lifelong love of dogs.
Rear grab handles, since removed but with traces still visible, were once fitted to help her Majesty in and out.
Perhaps its most charming feature is the silver labrador mascot, an emblem reserved only for the Queen's personal fleet.
Adding to its rarity, the car is believed to be the only L322 Range Rover owned by the Royal Household fitted with the Jaguar-derived 4.2-litre Supercharged V8 – delivering performance as commanding as it was dignified.
With just under 120,000 miles on the clock, the vehicle is described as being in 'exemplary condition throughout.'
Rob Hubbard, Managing Director and Principal Auctioneer of Iconic Auctioneers, said: 'Vehicles with such distinguished provenance rarely enter the market, making this an exceptional opportunity for collectors and enthusiasts alike.
'Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II's personal Range Rover combines automotive excellence with an unmatched historical significance.
'We anticipate considerable interest in this vehicle as has been the case with other Royal vehicles we have offered.'
George Foreman's 1995 yellow convertible Mustang is on sale for under $15,000 - and it only has 728 miles
The regal ride is tipped to achieve between £50,000 and £70,000 when bidding opens – giving one lucky buyer the chance to own a piece of motoring royalty.
But the Queen's former Range Rover isn't the only eye-catching lot hitting the block this summer.
A 111-year-old Ford Model T with serious screen credentials was also up for grabs earlier in July – for a fraction of the price.
The vintage motor, built in 1914 just months before World War One broke out, has appeared in Downton Abbey, Peaky Blinders and Mr Selfridge, as well as the blockbuster films Lady Chatterley's Lover and 1917.
Shipped to the UK in the early 80s and later snapped up from a Ford showroom, the car boasts a 2890cc side-valve four-cylinder engine and can reach speeds of up to 45mph.

With over 15 million Model Ts built between 1908 and 1927, Henry Ford's creation once dominated roads worldwide.
By the 1920s, more than half of the world's cars were Fords – and they cost as little as $260 new.
The classic, which comes with a guide price of £15,000 to £20,000, went under the hammer at Historics in Buckinghamshire on July 19.
For those on a tighter budget, The Sun has recently revealed the top 10 classic cars to buy for under £3,000.
Meanwhile, classic car enthusiasts can also check out Top Gear's list of budget-friendly motors currently on the market.
We've highlighted ten much-loved family cars from the 70s through the 90s that continue to hold strong value in 2025.
Among them is the Ford Escort Mk2, now fetching thousands, with its Fast Ford racing and performance editions still turning heads today.

Asda shopper finds trolley's 'secret button' that makes supermarkets much easier
The simple feature is a game changer for anyone who has ever had to park on an incline or a decline - and if if you're like writer Alex Evans, a parent who shops for the weekly food shop with a baby in tow The constant struggle of juggling heavy shopping bags, a baby in the trolley and navigating an uneven car park filled with hefty, pricey 4x4s is all too familiar to many. It's a disaster waiting to happen, whether it's a runaway trolley with your baby inside or a pile of groceries crashing into a Range Rover as soon as you've buckled your little one into their car seat and turned your back. However, writer Alex Evans stumbled upon a hidden feature on many supermarket trolleys designed for just such situations: a foot brake button. While in other similar news, a shopper compared prices of Aldi and M&S essentials and the results amazed her. In several Asda branches across Leeds, trolleys are equipped with a metal switch on the right-hand side that can be activated with your foot - a button which instantly immobilises the trolley, regardless of how uneven the ground is or how much heavy shopping you have in the trolley (in Alex's case, 72 cans of Pepsi Max. It's his guilty pleasure). Usually, Alex is forced to wedge the trolley against the car, risking damage to my paintwork, while swiftly transferring his son from the trolley seat to his car seat, all the while trying to prevent the trolley from rolling into a parked vehicle. But after months of performing this balancing act, Alex discovered the small switch underfoot, he told the Express. Simply press it, and the trolley is rendered immobile. Once you've finished loading your shopping, just flick it back up and the trolley is free to move again. Also spotting it in Asda, he realised it's been everywhere all along. The identical switch appears on some Morrisons branches' trolleys as well. Not everywhere though, it appears quite random which branches feature these hidden buttons and which don't. A woman in Australia recently experienced a similar everyday revelation. She shared a video on TikTok in which she declared: "I was 26 years old when I realised Woolworths trolleys have a brake! Please tell me I'm not alone!" Mikhaela revealed in her clip. According to 7News, in Australia the trolleys most likely to feature the secret brake lock button are those located in sloping car parks. TikTok users suggest that even more supermarket stores should feature them, claiming trolley brakes are a brilliant idea. One comment noted: "Only some shops have them, not all. But I think all trolleys should have them."

King Charles puts Queen Elizabeth II's luxury helicopter up for sale - and it's set to fetch £5m
King Charles has put Queen Elizabeth II 's luxury helicopter on the market - with the monarch set to cash in £5million. The King is selling his mother's eight-seater red 2009 Sikorsky and will instead use two environmentally friendly jets, believed to cost £8.5m each. The royal family have used the new AgustaWestland AW139s, which run on 50 per cent sustainable aviation fuel, since last year, having flown in the previous helicopter for the previous 15 years. The opulent interior of the late Queen's helicopter has been revealed for the first time after it was put on sale. Spacious grey leather seats are matched with a blue carpet, while a magazine rack, a wooden clock and tinted windows complete the design. The listing, by helicopter broker AeroAsset, boasts that it has only had 'one owner since new' and is a 'Head of State Aircraft'. It has had 5222 hours of flying and comes with 'ultraleather and ultrasuede interior panel upholstery,' it adds. The Queen made innumerable trips in her helicopter, including one from Sandringham to Windsor a few months before she died. Her personal Range Rover, which she used between 2006 and 2008, is also up for auction. The 2006 L322 model features a distinctive ornament of a labrador with a grouse in its mouth. It also has a number of unique features including side steps, mud flaps, a made-to-measure dog guard for Elizabeth II's canine companions and extra wiring for security measures. While the rear grab handles, to help with the late Queen's entry and exit from the vehicle have been removed. The car has covered 120,000 miles and is described as being in 'exemplary condition throughout. The model's current value is between £9,000 and £16,000. But it is estimated to raise up to £70,000 when it goes for sale at the Silverstone Festival on August 23. The same auction house sold a different one of her Range Rovers for £132,750. The car's MOT record shows that by April 2009 - around a year after it was released from the Royal Household - it had clocked just under 18,000 miles. Today, it is showing 119,938.
