Footy WAG slams mummy vloggers for mistreating their own kids to get clout on social media
In an Instagram video posted on Tuesday, the wife of Bulldogs flyer Marcelo Montoya relayed what often occupies her news feed.
'I'm fed all sorts of videos featuring mum vloggers,' the mother of twin baby girls began.
'It is like a day in the life of a new mum... come see me with my baby.
'They document every time the baby cries and they go to settle the baby and then feed the baby.'
Marcelo then breaks in to add, 'Society has lost it... lost the plot.'
Tayla then takes centre stage - and her comments will ring true with many parents.
'You hear your baby's cries. The first thought, f**k! Hold on, little Johnny, let me set the camera up first so everyone can see I'm about to go in and pick you up.
'That would be the last thing I would think about, especially [in] newborn stages when Tiana and Milan [their daughters] weren't sleeping.
'They were sending me through hell, the last thing I would think is girls, hold that thought, let me set this up on a tripod, this s**t's gold.'
When Marcelo asks why the vloggers would do that, his wife replies, 'That's content, Marc, that's their brand, that's what they want to show the world.
The clip resonated with many of the couple's followers.
'Omg you guys are real and so awesome,' one posted in response.
'I'm glad I'm not the only one that thinks about this stuff when I see videos like that,' offered another.
'You guys are the best! I'm a Mum of two and I honestly agree that the world has lost the plot of parents documenting their kids.'
In November last year, Montoya bravely stated his wife would 'be fine' giving birth to twins - and that they were now 'even' given he has supposedly endured similar physical pain across his nine-year NRL career.
Her counter said it all: 'if a male encountered that level of pain, you would collapse and die.'
Meanwhile, Montoya will miss the next six matches for Canterbury after undergoing neck surgery this week.
He has scored eight tries in 15 games - but has been battling referred pain from his neck to shoulder.
It is anticipated the 29-year-old will return ahead of the NRL finals.

He captioned the post: "Sorry I don't have more speedos pictures." He was joined in the snap by brother Romeo and While a third chimed in: "Lovely picture with your brother." It comes as eldest son Brooklyn, 26, and wife Nicola Peltz, 30, have reportedly been keeping their distance from his family, This originated after they failed to attend David's 50th birthday party earlier this year. The Sun revealed Brooklyn and Nicola were left "blindsided" after Romeo and Cruz seemingly blocked them on social media. It was initially thought that Brooklyn and Nicola had unfollowed his younger siblings but those close to the couple said this was not true. A friend said: 'Brooklyn had no idea about any of this until he read about it online. 'It's possible Romeo and Cruz blocked them, which would make it appear as no longer following the brothers 'They certainly didn't unfollow them or block them - they're as confused as anyone else. 'The first they heard about it was when it was being reported on.' The Beckham Family Feud April 2022: Brooklyn marries Nicola Peltz. Wedding Dress Controversy: Rumours begin circulating that there's tension between Nicola and Victoria Beckham after Nicola chooses not to wear a Victoria Beckham -designed wedding gown. Nicola later clarifies in August 2022 (and again in March 2023) that Victoria's atelier couldn't make the dress in time, but reports in May 2025 suggest Victoria actually changed her mind about making the dress. Post-Wedding (2022 onwards): Minimal interaction between Nicola and Victoria on social media, and noticeable absence of Nicola at key Beckham family events. Alleged Wedding "Hijack": In May 2025, a source claimed Victoria "ruined" part of the wedding by allegedly hijacking a dance with Marc Anthony, which was meant for Brooklyn and Nicola. Nicola reportedly ran from the room crying. March 2025: A resurfaced TikTok of Romeo and Cruz mimicking a "baby voice" (which fans associate with Nicola) sparks speculation of sibling shade. April 2025: Brooklyn and Nicola are reportedly absent from Victoria Beckham's 51st birthday celebrations in Miami and her Paris Fashion Week show. May 2025: David Beckham's 50th Birthday Snub: Brooklyn and Nicola are notably absent from David Beckham's 50th birthday celebrations in London, despite being invited. Reports suggest their absence was due to Brooklyn not wanting to be in the same room as Kim Turnbull, the girlfriend of Romeo who had previously been reported to have been dating Brooklyn, who David allegedly opted to have at the party over Nicola. Rumours emerge of a falling out between Brooklyn and his younger brother Romeo, reportedly due to Romeo's new girlfriend, DJ Kim Turnbull, who allegedly had a past connection with Brooklyn. Reports surface that the Beckham parents are "hurt and disappointed" that Brooklyn is "playing no part in family life." Sources claim that tensions between Brooklyn and Nicola and his parents are "definitely not beyond repair." June 2025: Brooklyn and Nicola reportedly enlist a "crisis team" similar to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle for "reputation management" due to the growing media scrutiny. Cruz Beckham posts cryptic lyrics on Instagram that some interpret as a swipe at Brooklyn. July 2025: Reports indicate David and Victoria are "desperate" to reconcile with Brooklyn. Brooklyn publicly wishes his sister Harper a happy 14th birthday on Instagram, tagging Nicola, which is seen as a potential "olive branch" and a rare public message to his family amid the rumored rift. Brooklyn UNFOLLOWS his brothers Romeo and Cruz just 24 hours after his birthday message to Harper. Nicola quickly follows suit and also ditches the Beckham bros from her Instagram following. Romeo and Cruz are now also no longer following Brooklyn. 5

My feral kids are ruining my summer – my daughter weed on the floor in Smyth's & it wasn't even the worst part of my day
A BUSY mum has shared the reality of having kids during the summer holidays. Mum-of-two Beth Hinchliffe, from the UK, took to social media to share just how her summer was going, and it didn't sound good. Taking to social media, she said: "Welcome to the f**kers family. If you're wondering why we're called that, it's because I genuinely think I was cursed in my past life because I have the most two feral f**king kids on planet earth. "Genuinely think I'd be better if I had two wild b**tard animals living in my house than these kids." The hilarious mum said that within 48 hours her summer was already ruined, leading her to question if she should 'put this extension cable in the bathroom and just f**king electrocute myself.' Beth revealed that she decided to take her children to the toy store Smyth's, but disaster soon struck. She revealed: "I drove the kids to Smyth's yesterday, one of them p**sed on floor, didn't tell me that she needed a wee and she's fully potty trained." To top it off, Beth then stank of wee as well as she had to pick her daughter up. While it would be enough to annoy any parent, her day didn't get better. That same night, her youngest decided to throw her head back while being put to bed, giving Beth a black eye. To add to the drama, the kids being off school meant she was constantly cleaning her house as well. Beth said: "I really think I'm gonna have to go to doctors because I genuinely think I'm losing my f**king mind." How to keep your paddling pool spotless and safe this summer The clip soon went viral on her TikTok account @ bethhinchliffexox with over 1.7 million views and 122k likes. Plenty of parents were quick to take to the comments, agreeing with the mum. One person wrote: "Immediate follow because motherhood isn't fairies and rainbows like people make it out to be." Another commented: "My fully toilet-trained toddler pooed in the corner of his room today if it makes you feel better." "Now this is motherhood," penned a third. How to survive six weeks of school summer holidays IF you are struggling with the six week summer holidays, you've come to the right place... BATTLING BOREDOM: Despite hours of activities and playdates, if your kids are already complaining there's nothing to do, parenting expert Liat Hughes Joshi says: 'Don't feel you have to organise every second of the holidays. Kids benefit from boredom and learn to make their own fun. 'Boredom can trigger creative and imaginative play but you need to encourage kids to get used to not being told how to spend their time. 'Ride out the pleas of boredom. Counter it with comments such as, 'What do you think you could do?' and maybe have a list of 'I'm bored' activity ideas on the fridge.' SCREEN OVERLOAD: It's tempting during the holidays to rely on a digital babysitter but don't let them gawp their whole summer away in front of a screen. Liat says: 'It's unfair to expect older kids to power down but it's important to set some ground rules. 'Set family tech rules together. If you're often distracted by your phone, follow the rules too. Maybe tell the kids they aren't allowed any screen time until they've done set chores, some exercise, or a board game. 'Are there times when you'd like to ban screens completely? Perhaps during dinner or when they have friends over to visit. 'Tech is a battleground for parents, but you have to set boundaries. Stand firm and be prepared to be unpopular.' TOO MUCH TOGETHERNESS: You love your kids, but being with them 24/7 can be exhausting. Do not feel guilty if you need a bit of downtime. Liat says: 'If you're juggling work and household tasks as well as occupying the kids, it's normal to start feeling overwhelmed or jaded and in need of some peace. 'If you can't afford or don't want to send your kids to all-day camps, look for free kids' workshops so you can get on with jobs or have a break for a couple of hours. 'Seeking a spell of quiet every now and then doesn't make you a bad parent — in fact it will probably make you more positive and enthusiastic when you are with the kids.' SCHEDULING CONFLICT: Schedules can go out the window during holidays, but late nights and early mornings can mean tired and unhappy children. Dr Tamara Bugembe, paediatrician and founder of says: 'Children get grumpy, test boundaries and become challenging when routines are broken. 'Sticking to some kind of routine during the holidays is a good idea. 'We release hormones at different times of the day and when regular meal times and bed times are broken, it causes dips and peaks in mood. 'Holidays are about having fun but an early night once or twice a week will make everyone happier.' EXCESS ENERGY: Make sure kids get out in the fresh air to tire them out — and make them healthier and happier. Dr Bugembe says: 'Sunshine also tops up vital vitamin D levels which helps improve bone strength and energy levels in children. Our levels run low in winter so let the kids stock up in warmer weather. 'Letting them run around in shorts and a T-shirt is the best way to top up. Make sure they're wearing sun cream, get outside and have fun. 'Encourage them to try healthy habits such as cycling and walking. They'll hopefully get hooked and want to carry them on when the weather gets colder.' Meanwhile a fourth said: "Hahaha darling it only gets worse." "This is me and my 3 boys daily,' claimed a fifth

My mother-in-law wore white to my wedding, then she excluded me from photos ‘in case it didn't work out'
A WOMAN has revealed the horror her mother-in-law unleashed on her wedding day. Taking to social media, the now wife revealed her husband's mother did everything she could to make the day about her, including wearing a white dress. 2 2 In the Reddit post, she shared two images from her wedding day and blurred out the faces. While you can often tell who is the bride by the white dress, these pictures were unclear as her mother-in-law decided to wear one too. In the first image, the bride and groom were surrounded by both of their parents, her mum wore an appropriate pink and black dress. But her mother-in-law decided to go all out wearing a white mid-length dress with a full skirt. She even put pink flowers on the neckline, similar to the bride's pink satin bow at the front of her dress. But that wasn't the only problem the bride faced on her wedding day 15 years ago. Taking to the Wedding Shaming forum, she said: "My MIL (mother-in-law) wore a white, short dress to the wedding. She also told me to get out of the frame for the 2nd pic." The next picture showed the groom and his mum hugging with her arms wrapped around him, something you'd find the happy couple posing for. The bride added: "First picture is our parents together, with us. She wanted to be next to my husband for every pic, so she abandoned her husband to pose with my mom when she switched sides. "She kept asking my photographer to take pics without me in them in case things didn't work out. I was fuming when I found out the reason my family hadn't RSVP-ed to my wedding - now they're uninvited "She took the photographer for like 10 minutes for a family-only shoot. "It was so embarrassing for my soul. 15 years later, she's still a butthole." People were horrified by the story and were quick to share their thoughts in the comments. Fortunately, the couple managed to escape her overbearing mother-in-law and moved to a different continent four months after the ceremony. One person wrote: "She seems like one of those gross mums who wishes she could have married her own son." Wedding Guest Outfit Etiquette If you're struggling to decided on a dress to see you through wedding season, here's a few rules on what not to wear so you don't get in trouble. Folklore says that wearing red at a wedding means you slept with the groom. Casual attire like jeans and flip flops should always be avoided. Any colour that could be picked up as white or cream - even if it's not. Most would agree that your cleavage needs to be covered. Wearing white is a massive no-no if you're not the bride. Another commented: "Beyond tacky and audacious. She looks like she's dressed for junior prom. His one finger just touching her hip while she's wrapped around him is killing me." "She looks terrible in that dress. She made a fool out of herself," penned a third. Meanwhile a fourth said: "Jesus this is embarrassing to witness." "What fresh hell is this. So tacky,' claimed a fifth
