CAIRO, June 29 (MENA) - President Abdel Fattah El Sisi issued a decree No 332/2025 pardoning the remainder of sentences handed down to a number of inmates on the occasion of the 12th anniversary of June 30 Revolution.
The decree was published in the official Gazette out Sunday. (MENA)

Discussions also addressed ways to boost the promotion of diverse cultural activities abroad through Egyptian embassies and consulates and to increase Egypt's participation in international cultural events to elevate its global standing and showcase the unique richness of Egyptian civilization. EL ALAMEIN, Egypt, June 29 (MENA) - President Abdel Fattah El Sisi witnessed on Sunday in the city of Alamein the swearing-in ceremony of several newly appointed heads of Egypt's top judicial authorities. Those who took the constitutional oath of office before the president include Counselor Assem Abdel Latif el Saeed Abdel Fattah as president of the court of cassation, Counselor Osama Youssef Shalaby Youssef as president of the state council, Counselor Hussein Madkour Mohamed Abdel Fattah as president of the State Lawsuits Authority and Counselor Mohamed Ahmed Khalil Hafez Khalil as president of the administrative prosecution authority. Also, Sisi awarded the Order of the Republic, First Class, to each of the outgoing heads of these key judicial bodies including Counselor Hosny Hassan Abdel Latif Abu Zeid, former president of the court of cassation, Counselor Ahmed Abdel Hamid Hassan Aboud, former president of the state council, counselor Abdel Razek Mahmoud Shoaib, former president of the State Lawsuits Authority and Counselor Abdel Radi Ahmed Seddik Suleiman, former president of the administrative prosecution authority. Presidential Spokesperson Mohamed El Shennawy stated that during his meeting with the newly appointed judicial leaders, Sisi extended his sincere wishes for success in their vital responsibilities. He asserted the pivotal importance of upholding the rule of law as a cornerstone of the New Republic, where justice and equality are placed at the forefront of national priorities. Sisi reaffirmed his commitment to judicial independence, praising the critical role of Egypt's judicial institutions in safeguarding citizens' rights, freedoms and property. CAIRO, June 29 (MENA) - Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli left for Seville, Spain, on Sunday to take part in the 4th United Nations Financing for Development Conference on behalf of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi . Madbouli is accompanied by Minister of Planning, Economic Development and International Cooperation Rania el Mashat, and Minister of Finance Ahmed Kouchouk. Madbouli will take part in the conference's opening session on Monday in the presence of several heads of state and government, including the Spanish prime minister and the UN secretary general, as well as leaders of international institutions and organizations. The prime minister will also participate in a ceremony marking the launch of the 'Seville Platform for Action,' where he will deliver a word. Madbouli will read out Egypt's word during the general sessions of the UN conference. The visit will include several high-level meetings with heads of government, ministers from participating countries, and senior officials from regional and international organizations.
