Delta worker 'took child's Peppa Pig iPad then took naked photos of himself on it'
A Delta Airlines worker filmed a sexual video of himself on a child's Peppa Pig iPad he found left behind on a plane in New York City. The unidentified man was seen masturbating in a video that was uploaded to the iCloud account attached to one of Brooke and Tony Brewer's children's iPads, a complaint viewed by Daily Mail revealed. The man was seen fondling his penis while wearing a lanyard that contained a red Delta ribbon and making facial expressions at the camera, screenshots of the video in the complaint showed. The Brewer family, of Daniel Island, South Carolina, was flying from Charleston to London, England, on July 19, 2023, the 2025 complaint said. While traveling, they had a layover at John F. Kennedy International Airport, where one of their children left their iPad in the seat pocket after departing Delta Airlines Flight 4963 - a mistake they didn't realize until they had landed at Heathrow Airport. Brooke realized the tablet wasn't in their possession after she started to get notifications about the device being logged out of its iCloud account. GPS tracking located the iPad in Queens, New York. Innocent photos of a person wearing a Delta uniform were uploaded from the device, and the family filed a lost-and-found report the following day. More than a month later, pornographic videos of the same man wearing a Delta badge were uploaded to the family's iCloud account. The family filed a second report with Delta. On September 3, 2023, another pornographic video was uploaded was uploading of the man. The man also allegedly tried to get into the iPad's iTunes account and he allegedly hacked into the family's Amazon account, where he made a profile titled 'Gay.' One of the Brewers' children notified Brooke of the Amazon account. The family is now suing Delta and demanding a trial by jury for the company's negligence from preventing an employee from accessing customers' personal devices. 'Defendants' treatment of the Plaintiffs and their property fell below the high standard of care owed to the Plaintiffs as well as all ticketed passengers,' the complaint read. The family also accuses the airline of causing them emotional distress from the experience. 'Before their trip, during their travel, and after their journey ended, the Plaintiffs had no expectation that they would be subjected to vile and disturbing pornographic material as a result of their choice to be ticketed passengers on one of the Defendants' flights,' the complaint said. A Delta Air Lines employee told Daily Mail the company is 'aware of the complaint. While traveling, they had a layover at John F. Kennedy International Airport, where one of their children left their iPad in the seat pocket after departing Delta Airlines Flight 4963 - a mistake they didn't realize until they had landed at Heathrow Airport (pictured: stock image of Delta plane) 'The accused individual is not a Delta employee but one of a vendor company. We have zero tolerance for unlawful behavior of any kind but will decline to comment further on this pending litigation.' The Brewer family is requesting compensatory and punitive damages, costs of the suit and attorney fees, and a jury trial.

Shame-faced mugshot of Delta pilot's ex who's accused of helping him sexually abuse her daughter
The shameful ex-girlfriend of the Delta Air Lines pilot accused of helping him sexually abuse her six-year-old daughter has been pictured. Rustom Bhagwagar, 34, and his ex-lover Jennifer Powell, 45, were both arrested in connection with the appalling crimes they allegedly committed against her daughter between 2018 and 2023. Powell, who was seen looking disheveled with what appeared to be a busted lip in her mugshot, knew Bhagwagar was sexually abusing her child and even watched and participated in the crimes, court documents claim. According to prosecutors, the alleged abuse started when the girl was just six and went on until she was 11, which was around the time Powell and Bhagwagar split. The former couple both appeared in court Wednesday. They did not enter pleas and remain in custody on a $15 million bail. Powell's Facebook page paints an entirely different picture of her - as she's bragged about being a 'full time mom' and shared several smiley images of her with children. The young victim did not live with her mother at the time, authorities said. It is unclear if the victim is biologically related to Bhagwagar. The disgraced airline pilot was arrested in front of his coworkers and passengers by Contra Costa County detectives on Saturday after his flight, Delta 2809, touched down at San Francisco International Airport from Minneapolis. The sheriff's office started looking into the co-pilot in April 'after receiving a report of sex crimes against a child,' the agency previously told Daily Mail. Both Bhagwagar and Powell face 24 felony charges, including engaging in a sexual act with a child 10 years old or younger, oral copulation with a child, forcible lewd acts upon a child and aggravated sexual assault of a child, court records show. If convicted, they could each face up to 15 years to life behind bars, District Attorney Diana Becton told Fox 2. Becton stressed the severity of the case and how important it is to the DA's office to protect minors at all costs. 'Protecting the safety of children and young people in our community is one of the highest priorities for the district attorney's office,' she said. Haleigh Parkinson, the prosecutor handling their case, told the outlet her main priority is to advocate for the child. 'Obviously, this is a tough place to be in, and we want to make sure we do everything we can to protect her identity now and going forward,' Parkinson stated. Bhagwager, of Homestead, Florida, was seen in his mugshot wearing his pilot uniform and a stone-faced expression. In now-viral video footage, plain clothed Homeland Security investigators were seen swarming the aircraft before arresting Bhagwagar. They were assisting the Contra Costa County Sheriff's Department after receiving a tip about alleged child sex crimes, a spokesperson with the Department of Homeland Security told Daily Mail. A Ramey arrest warrant, which is issued by a judge before criminal charges are filed, was then served to the suspect. Federal Aviation records viewed by Daily Mail reveal Bhagwagar was licensed to fly a Boeing 757-300 – the type of plane used for the Delta 2809 flight on Saturday evening. After the first set of agents slapped handcuffs on Bhagwager, a second team returned to the plane to collect his personal belongings, the viral clip showed. The arrest appeared to shock the other employees on the flight, including the remaining pilot. Bhagwagar's co-pilot, who has not been identified, 'had no idea what just happened,' View from the Wing reported. Passengers were also left shocked, as one recalled asking a member of the flight crew what was happening. 'I looked at him and said "What's going on?" He said, "I have no idea,"' the passenger told Fox 9. 'And he genuinely looked like this was a surprise, that all of a sudden there was people on the plane, because he had us stand up, we were starting to take our stuff out for arrival and everybody was already in the overhead bin.' A spokesman for Delta Air Lines told Daily Mail: 'Delta has zero tolerance for unlawful conduct and will fully cooperate with law enforcement. 'We are appalled by reports of the charges related to the arrest and the individual in question has been suspended pending an investigation.'

Delta employee ‘recorded explicit videos on child passenger's iPad'
A Delta Airlines employee is accused of using a child's iPad to record pornographic images of himself that were uploaded to the cloud. A month after the family lost the item, wrapped in a pink Peppa Pig case, explicit images of the employee allegedly started appearing in the device's shared cloud storage. The child is said to have discovered the images when searching for the missing iPad using the Find My app. According to a lawsuit filed by passengers Tory and Brooke Brewer, of South Carolina, at first, the pictures simply showed the Delta employee in uniform. Yet the images became increasingly more explicit. 'In the videos, the Delta employee is masturbating while in his Delta uniform and wearing his Delta name badge,' the lawsuit claims. 'Before their trip, during their travel, and after their journey ended, the plaintiffs had no expectation that they would be subjected to vile and disturbing pornographic material as a result of their choice to be ticketed passengers on one of the defendants' flights.' Employee 'hacked into family Amazon account' The Brewer family is being represented by lawyer Tola Familoni of the Motley Rice law firm. He told the Guardian: 'What should have been a fun family getaway was riddled with confusion and anxiety over unauthorised access to their personal devices, a breach of privacy, and the transmission of highly inappropriate, explicit video recordings sent through their child's personal devices.' The lawsuit claims the incident happened in July 2023 after the Brewer family flew from Charleston to New York City's John F Kennedy Airport. The lawsuit alleges that the Delta employee, who is not named in the legal filings, was also able to hack his way into the family's Amazon account. Once inside the account, he allegedly set a new profile under the name 'Gay'. The lawsuit says the family's children saw what had happened and alerted their parents In a statement to The Telegraph, Delta said it was aware of the legal case. 'The accused individual is not a Delta employee but one of a vendor company,' it added. 'We have zero tolerance for unlawful behaviour of any kind but will decline to comment further on this pending litigation.' The Brewer family is suing both Delta and Unifi Aviation, a ground handling and aviation services company. They are alleging negligence, negligent infliction of emotional distress, intentional infliction of emotional distress, sexual assault and harassment.
