Bajel Projects bags up to Rs 400 crore order for 400kV transmission line project from Power Grid

Bajel Projects Limited, a leading name in India's power transmission and infrastructure sector, has bagged a Mega Order from the Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL). As per the company's classification, Mega Orders are valued between ₹300 crore and ₹400 crore, highlighting the scale and importance of this latest contract win.
The awarded contract involves the Transmission Line Package TL04 for the Siwani–Jind (PG) 400kV D/C (Quad) Transmission Line , forming a part of the REZ Phase IV (Part 3: 6GW), Bikaner Complex: Part B transmission system. The project was secured through the Tariff Based Competitive Bidding (TBCB) route and is being executed by PGCIL on behalf of its special purpose vehicle (SPV), POWERGRID Siwani Transmission Limited (formerly Bikaner B Power Transmission Limited).
Under this contract, Bajel Projects will undertake the construction of a 400kV transmission line spanning approximately 99 kilometers. The work is scheduled for completion within an 18-month timeframe.

The order pertains to the Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) of a 200 MW grid-connected solar PV power project in Gujarat. As per the regulatory filing made under SEBI's Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (Regulation 30), the project involves the design, engineering, supply, construction, erection, testing, and commissioning of the solar plant.
