SICK & TWISTED Nursery 'paedo', 26, who 'gave child STD' prompted cops to advise 2,000 kids to get tested 'after campaign of abuse'
A CHILD from a daycare centre where an alleged paedo is accused of carrying out dozens of sex attacks has reportedly contracted an STD.
Joshua Dale Brown, 26, has been charged with raping and abusing eight children aged from five months to two years old in a horror case that has rocked Australia.

The child educator worked across 23 daycare centres in Victoria, sparking fears that he spread sexually transmitted diseases to the young children.
The parents of some 2,000 children have been urged by state authorities to test their kids for infections in the wake of his arrest.
Sources told Daily Mail Australia one child who attended one of the Melbourne daycare centres where Brown was employed has now tested positive for gonorrhoea.
While the Victorian government denied the claim, the Department of Health refused to reject the report.

A spokesman said: "Test results we've received to date as part of this investigation reaffirm that the risk is low."
Tests are ongoing after the mass panic sparked by Brown's arrest on July 1.
Cops did not reveal if Brown himself had tested positive for an STI but said the manner of the alleged abuse means children should get checked.
The alleged attacker worked at 23 centres over eight years from January 2017 to May 2025.
Police say he carried out the abuse on eight children between April 2022 and January 2023.
He is expected to be hit with further charges beyond the 73 he currently faces for sexually penetrating children, sexual activity in the presence of a child and contaminating food.

He has also been charged with producing and transmitting child abuse material, and sexually touching a child under 16.
Brown appeared in court yesterday and will return in February after the magistrate approved a police request for an extension.
Horrified parents have questioned how Brown passed screening to work with children.
While he had a valid Working with Children Check, he was allegedly reported to state authorities two years ago for his behaviour, though it was unrelated to sexual misconduct.
In response, childcare operator G8 Education said they would accelerate the rollout of security cameras across 400 centres.
Brown was arrested after cops started investigating another man, Michael Simon Wilson, for the alleged rape of a teenage boy in a nearby area.
Detectives examining Wilson's devices found material linking him to Brown and the two men are known to each other, sources told ABC.
Wilson has been hit with 45 charges including rape, bestiality and possessing child abuse material.
The pair are yet to enter a plea and it is unclear how they know each other.
However they have appeared together in a photo shared online by Brown's partner.
Brown has employed top barrister Rishi Nathwani KC to his defence, who is trying to have his client's charge sheets withheld from the media.
But Magistrate Donna Bakos told him they are already a matter of public record.
Cops say the majority of Brown's offences took place at the Creative Gardens Early Learning Centre in Point Cook.

Asylum seekers are still getting money on taxpayer-funded credit cards after being granted refugee status
ASYLUM seekers are still receiving money on taxpayer-funded credit cards even after being granted refugee status. A probe has been launched after we uncovered cases of migrants saying they were still getting the handouts - despite rules stating payments must stop once leave to remain is granted. It piles fresh pressure on the Home Office, which is already facing questions over the ASPEN card scheme after it emerged thousands of attempts were made to spend the cash in gambling venues. 1 One migrant wrote in a Facebook group: 'I was granted refugee status in January 2025. I'm still getting money on my ASPEN card… do I need to inform the Home Office or will it stop automatically?' Another user replied: 'I know someone else this happened to. But he had payments for a whole year. 'He did not touch the money as the Home Office could ask you to refund if you are not entitled to this.' Another admitted they are getting payments for dependants who have gone home. When asylum seekers arrive in the UK, they are typically housed in fully catered hotels and receive £9.95 a week on their ASPEN card, rising to £49.18 a week if they are later moved to self-catered accommodation. A Home Office spokesperson said: 'The Home Office rules state that – when an individual ceases to qualify for support – their subsistence payments will automatically end, and their card will be cancelled, after a short transitional period. 'As part of our investigation into the functioning of Aspen cards, we will look into any instances where cards have not been cancelled as intended, and take whatever action is necessary to correct any faults.' The Tories last night insisted it was 'further evidence' Labour has 'lost control of the immigration system'. Shadow Home Secretary Chris Philp said: 'We have seen luxury hotels provided for illegal immigrants, record ever numbers crossing the channel, rapes and sex offences being committed by asylum seekers, taxpayers' money being used to fund gambling by illegal immigrants and now we find they can't even switch the payment cards off when they should. 'This system has become a complete farce. No wonder it costs billions each year. It is an insult to taxpayers that illegal immigrants get better treatment than they do.' Reform UK's Richard Tice also let rip: 'We keep being told that there is no waste in government yet it's clear to see taxpayers are being taken for a ride by asylum seekers. 'The solution to this is simple. If you stop the boats, you stop the benefits and the enormous costs that are associated with illegal crossings. Only Reform will do this.' The wider investigation into ASPEN card misuse began earlier this week, after a Freedom of Information request by PoliticsHome revealed more than 6,500 gambling-related transactions had been attempted by asylum seekers in the past year. Although online gambling was blocked, migrants were able to use the cards in physical sites such as casinos, slot machine arcades and lottery retailers. In some cases, they withdrew cash in or near gambling venues. There are currently around 80,000 ASPEN card users in the UK.

EXCLUSIVE Aussies caught up in terrifying Bali showdown as their hotel rooms are DEMOLISHED around them - and you won't believe the refund they were offered
Australian tourists have been forced to barricade themselves inside their Bali hotel rooms as rogue security guards ransack apartments, steal thousands in cash, and leave families in tears. The chaotic scenes exploded after ownership tensions at the four-star Annata Hotel and Resort in Legian came to a head with police. Online calisthenics coach Matt Butterworth is among dozens of Australians caught up in the mayhem and was forced to use a sofa to block his apartment door in a desperate attempt to keep intruders out. 'I had to barricade my door overnight in my apartment in Bali, this place is nuts,' he said. 'This didn't just happen to me, it happened to a lot of people.' The 28-year-old, who has been in Bali for five months, told Daily Mail Australia some locals had stormed the hotel complex, breaking locks, terrifying guests, and allegedly stealing up to $14,000 in cash. 'People trying to take over the building are just ransacking the place,' he said. 'People have had $14,000 stolen. Security guards are just walking in and out in the middle of the night.' One of the most distressing incidents he witnessed involved a father returning to find his children traumatised after unknown men had entered the room while they were sleeping. 'I saw a guy who had his kids sleeping and he wasn't home,' Mr Butterworth said. 'He got back about 11.30pm and they were crying, distraught, because security were just walking in and out.' At Bali's Bingin Beach earlier this week, authorities launched an aggressive crackdown on illegal tourism development, ordering the demolition of more than 45 cliff-side businesses built without proper permits. Heartbroken locals were infuriated as popular warungs, villas and restaurants - some run by families for generations - were forcibly dismantled amid accusations of environmental breaches and construction on state land. Despite days of negotiation, demolition crews moved in with sledgehammers, leaving many Australians stranded when their accommodation was destroyed with little warning. In an attempt to warn others, Mr Butterworth posted a video to his social media after the situation at his hotel escalated, which forced him to cancel the rest of his stay. 'Last month there was a huge issue between ownership and there were a lot of fights going on and breaking out outside,' he said. The hotel handed out some flyers to guests 'They were trying to barricade the building, there were cops involved and bomb squad involved.' The Gold Coast local said that since that incident, 'not much happened,' and 'flyers were handed out,' but on Wednesday he arrived back to his apartment to find a man at his door. 'There was a guy at my door fixing it when I left in the middle of the day,' he explained. 'I came back at 9pm and my door was completely open and the lock wasn't working. 'I have $10,000 worth of camera equipment and my passport and everything here. Thankfully nothing was stolen. However, anyone could have just walked in and out of my apartment complex.' When he went to reception to complain, he discovered at least ten others in the same situation. 'There are mums with kids and people's livelihoods here, they are just ransacking the building, not giving a f***,' he said. 'Everyone was frustrated and angry but also sort of laughing at how pathetic the situation was.' Mr Butterworth was eventually offered a 30 per cent refund, but warns that his situation is not an isolated incident. 'A friend had three big Indonesian guys knocking on her door at 3am and she was freaking out, bawling her eyes out,' he said. 'Another guy was having a shower and saw security just walking in and out breaking down his door.' The Annata Hotel and Resort, which has around 200 rooms, is currently still listed on with an average price of $70 a night.
