Celebrity Bake Off line up rumours including Molly-Mae Hague and Taskmaster star

Yahoo18-06-2025
Molly-Mae Hague leads the stars rumoured to be rising to the challenge on Celebrity Bake Off.
The famous faces join Noel Fielding and Alison Hammond in the tent for the Stand Up To Cancer special on Channel 4, and each week, four different celebrities take part in a series of challenges to be crowned star baker. They are hoping to impress Paul Hollywood and new judge Caroline Waldegrave who took over from Prue Leith. The celebrities give up their time for the show to raise awareness about cancer.
Over the weekend, excitement has continued to build over which names will be featuring on the reality baking show. Comedian Jon Richardson was the latest name linked with Celebrity Bake Off, however, he has already starred on the show in 2019.
Celebrity Bake Off aired in March earlier this year, featuring stars: Roman Kemp, Kate Garraway, Gloria Hunniford and more.
According to The Sun, who are the other names rumoured to be taking part in the next series?
Molly-Mae Hague has just announced a second series of her fly-on-the-wall documentary Prime Video series Molly-Mae: Behind It All.
On the series, the TV personality made no secret of her love of baking. The mum-of-one loves to bake elaborate cakes for her two-year-old daughter Bambi's birthday and celebrations. A stables and horses in pretty rainbow colours is one of the most astonishing cakes she has made to date so far. Admittedly though she said the cake took her two days and she "nearly gave up".
Now Hague could be heading into the Celebrity Bake Off tent under the watchful eyes of Paul Hollywood. Will she be able to impress the judges and get the enviable Hollywood handshake?
If she has the time to do the show, Hague is one to watch in the tent.
JoJo Siwa is rumoured to be adding Celebrity Bake Off to her showbiz CV too.
Everyone has been talking about Siwa since she starred on Celebrity Big Brother earlier this year. The Dance Moms star's friendship with Chris Hughes was the biggest talking point of the ITV show in March. Their friendship has blossomed into a romance which has continued to excite fans of the show.
Can she get everyone talking about her baking skills too?
After finding success on Celebrity MasterChef last year, Edith Bowman is rumoured to be taking on Celebrity Bake Off.
In 2024, the radio DJ proved her culinary skills on Celebrity MasterChef where she made it through to the quarter finals.
The Scottish star has been cooking forever. "I grew up in a very small family-run hotel, in a little town in Scotland. My mum and her sisters worked in the kitchen, so I learnt from the best." She previously said of her cooking skills.
"My husband always jokes that when I try a new recipe I deviate and give it my own twist. My kids love my food, which is great and it's one of the things I've been really vigilant about – making home-cooked, healthy food and making sure that they get involved and learn skills. They love it."
Will Bowman be able to get the coveted star baker prize?
Comedian Babatunde Aleshe is also tipped to star on Celebrity Bake Off.
The stand up funnyman has mastered a variety of reality TV, although none of them involve cooking skills! From I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here, Celebrity Gogglebox and Taskmaster, Aleshe has stood out on the reality scene with his fun and bubbly personality.
Yahoo UK has reached out to Celebrity Bake Off's representatives for further comment.

Ozzy Osbourne Dead at 76

Ozzy Osbourne Dead at 76 originally appeared on Parade. , known as the lead singer of Black Sabbath as well as his own illustrious—and often controversial—solo career, has died. He was 76. His death was confirmed in a statement toThe Sun on Tuesday, July 22. "It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning," the statement read. "He was with his family and surrounded by love. We ask everyone to respect our family privacy at this time. Sharon, Jack, Kelly, Aimee and Louis." Osbourne was first diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in 2003, though it wasn't until more recent years he began to open up about it. He also required multiple spinal surgeries as a result of a fall in 2019 that affected metal rods he had inserted following a quad bike crash in 2003, and battled on and off for years with alcohol and drug abuse. In late 2023, Osbourne spoke about his prognosis with Rolling Stone UK, suggesting that he only had ten years left to live, "at best." He wasn't letting the prospect of death get him down, though, noting, "I don't fear dying, but I don't want to have a long, painful and miserable existence. I like the idea that if you have a terminal illness, you can go to a place in Switzerland and get it done quickly." Back in 2007, wife Sharon Osbourne shared that the couple had initiated a death pact with one another following the death of her father after a difficult battle with Alzheimer's. She and her husband agreed to die by euthanasia if either one of them were ever diagnosed with the same disease, and later updated the pact to include any illness or other issue that prevented them from living life normally. In late 2023, the couple doubled down on the plans, much to their children's shock. His health caused a number of postponements and cancellations in the later years of his career, with his last full concert occurring in 2018. In early 2023, he took to social media to share "one of the hardest things [he 's] ever had to share with [his] loyal fans," announcing that he was canceling his planned international tour as his body was too "physically weak" to "deal with the travel required." "Never would I have imagined that my touring days would have ended this way," he wrote, thanking fans for holding out hope and having "patiently held onto your tickets for all this time." "I was really pissed off with myself, the doctors, and the world," he told Rolling Stone when looking back at the start of his touring troubles. "But as time has gone on, I've just gone, 'Well, maybe I've just got to accept that fact.'" Still, he adamantly denied retirement rumors that followed, and hoped to find a way to do one final farewell show. "I just want to be well enough to do one show where I can say, 'Hi guys, thanks so much for my life.' That's what I'm working towards, and if I drop down dead at the end of it, I'll die a happy man.' His passing comes just a few short weeks after that final farewell show came to fruition in the form of Back to the Beginning, a festival celebration honoring his illustrious career with countless tributes from other legendary musicians, which also served as his final live performance. He leaves behind his wife, Sharon, with whom he shares daughters Aimee and Kelly and son Jack, as well as kids Jessica and Louis, whom he shares with his first wife, Thelma, his stepson, Elliot, from the same relationship, and nine Osbourne Dead at 76 first appeared on Parade on Jul 22, 2025 This story was originally reported by Parade on Jul 22, 2025, where it first appeared. Check out this great neo-noir before it leaves Amazon Prime Video next week (July 2025)

When you're actually trying to figure out which titles you should prioritize on a given streaming service, it can feel almost impossible. Speaking for myself, I know that trying to pick a single thing to watch from among the vast array of titles available on services like Prime Video can feel almost impossible. What I often do, then, is pick something that won't be available for long. Prime Video has plenty of titles coming and going all the time, and if you're looking for one to watch this month, I'd start with To Live and Die in L.A. Here are three reasons you should check it out: Recommended Videos We also have guides to the best new movies to stream, the best movies on Netflix, the best movies on Hulu, the best movies on Amazon Prime Video, the best movies on HBO Max, and the best movies on Disney+. It's a dark, moody action movie Although To Live and Die in L.A. is in some ways a standard cop action movie of the 1980s, in others it's much stranger and more nihilistic than that description makes it sound. The film follows a rogue cop who, after losing his partner to a master counterfeiter, becomes hellbent on revenge. As he pushes the boundaries of his job, we find ourselves wondering whether he's gone way too far in the pursuit of justice. It's a nervy movie that you might walk away from hating both the hero and the villain, which remains one of the reasons why it's aged well. It's rarely available to stream This is a slightly unusual reason, but one of the best reasons to check out To Live and Die in L.A. is that the movie is actually usually pretty hard to watch on streaming. This is a rare window where the movie's available, and given that it's one of the definitive action movies of the 1980s, it's well worth your time. Given the uncertainty of licensing rights, you can never tell when a movie is going to pop up on streaming and when it might disappear for years at a time. While streaming isn't the only way to watch movies, it's often the most convenient, so take advantage of this convenience while you can. It features Willem Dafoe at his villainous best While the entire ensemble of To Live and Die in L.A. is doing excellent work, the movie's true standout performer is almost undoubtedly Willem Dafoe, who plays the master counterfeiter. Dafoe is not known for playing nice guys, but his performance as the villain at the center of this movie is particularly unsettling because he's so cold and calculating. Dafoe can be big and hammy, but here, he underplays almost every scene in a way that makes him seem deeply real and just as malevolent as you would want him to be. It's a great early turn from one of our best actors. You can watch To Live and Die in L.A. on Amazon Prime Video.
