The highly anticipated Season 4 Reloaded is now here in Call of Duty Black Ops 6 and Warzone. Just like any other mid-season refresh, this update has brought a lot of new contents with it, like new maps, game modes, weapons, and many more.
Talking about game modes, Resurgence Ranked is back in action yet again with the arrival of Season 4 Reloaded. However, fans are hyped up with Resurgence Casual more.
Everything you need to know about the
Resurgence Casual mode
in
Call of Duty Warzone
After the huge success of Battle Royale Casual in Season 3 of Call of Duty Warzone, Activision has yet again pulled the trigger for another casual game mode, called Resurgence Casual. Just like the original Resurgence mode, Resurgence Casual mode will have the same ruleset, except some differences.
In this new game mode, a total of 44 players can take part in each match, whereas 12 will be real players and 32 are bots. Resurgence Casual takes place in Rebirth Island, where players can respawn if one of their teammates is alive. If all of your teammates get eliminated, then your match ends immediately.
Initially the redeployment happens after 15 seconds, but this countdown increases as the match progresses, and ultimately respawning stops after the final Rebirth timer.
As players can respawn after they die, there is no 1v1 Gulag round in this mode.
Resurgence Casual is actually a great way to warm up before starting the serious business in Warzone. It's also a great way to experience the Resurgence mode in a more relaxed way, or to learn about it.
Just like the Battle Royale Casual or Warzone Bootcamp mode, game progression is limited in Resurgence Casual. Also, the results in this mode won't affect your in-game progression either and doesn't count towards the eligibility for Resurgence Ranked mode.
This is actually a great opportunity for the newbies as well to get accustomed with the serious vibe of Warzone, but in a less serious environment. And this mode has the potential of becoming more successful than Battle Royal Casual, because of its fast paced gameplay and easy respawn opportunities, which will suit better with the casual players.

Battlefield 6 Battle Royale mode leak explored

Image via DICE. After the disastrous performance of Battlefield 2042, it seems DICE is leaving no stones unturned for Battlefield 6 as the upcoming title is rumored to feature a full-fledged Battle Royale mode. There is no doubt that fans have been highly anticipating these titles for a long time, with the official reveal due this summer. Despite DICE being tight-lipped, rumors and leaks regarding the potential content of Battlefield 6 are surrounding the whole internet. Battlefield 6 battle royale mode leaked This leak comes from credible insider and Battlefield dataminer Temporyal. The leaker shared a very small clip on X featuring the potential Battle Royale mode of Battlefield 6. Although the video has been removed from X by DICE due to copyright infringement, but it already had generated a huge buzz amongst the fans, leaking major information about the game mode. According to Temporyal, the Battle Royale mode is set in California, and typical BR insertion in the mode will be done with the CH-47 Chinook. Not only that, the playzone circle or the 'destructive ring' will be made of a compound named NXC. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Birla Evara 3 and 4 BHK from ₹ 1.75 Crore* Birla Estates Learn More Undo He also stated that this gameplay footage was based on the Battlefield Labs Alpha Client. However, this is not the first time that Temporyal leaked the Battle Royale mode in Battlefield 6. In May 2025, this leaker shared an extensive overview of how the BR mode is going to be in the upcoming title. BF Labs Datamining: The Battle Royale mode (new features & additional details) by u/temporyal in Battlefield He claimed that the core aspect of the BR mode in BF6 is going to be the same as its BR competitors, but it will have many unique features which will set it apart from the rest. For example, the BF6 BR mode will feature the Oversight system, with which, dead players can help their alive teammates by controlling their drones, turrets, cameras, and etc. This is going to be the second installment in the Battlefield series to feature full-fledged Battle Royale modes, after BF5. Battlefield 2042 did have a game mode named Hazard Zone, but the developers made it clear that this mode wasn't a Battle Royale experience. The BR mode in BF5, named Firestorm, was a huge success. Even after that, the exclusion of a dedicated BR mode in BF 2042 was quite shocking. Now it seems DICE doesn't want to repeat the same mistake, as Battlefield 6 is potentially going to include a Battle Royale mode. Another popular mode game mode might also make a comeback in Battlefield 6 . Read More: When is Battlefield 6 going to be revealed?
