Podcast host Jess Rowe left speechless by porn star's confession
In this week's episode of LiSTNR's The Jess Rowe Big Talk Show podcast, the host sat down for an illuminating discussion with porn star Angela White, who spoke openly about topics including OnlyFans, the appeal of older women and the surprising gender gap in the porn industry.
But it was when the conversation veered to how White prepares her body for some porn scenes that Rowe struggled to keep the conversation going.
'My goodness. I don't think I've ever had someone say to me, 'I have to prepare my body for an a**l scene'. Can I ask then what does that actually mean?'
Met with her answer, Rowe said that she was 'almost speechless. I'm not often speechless, but in terms of this conversation, because it, sort of opens my eyes to things and you're very passionate about opening our eyes to looking at porn differently.'
Elsewhere in the discussion, White revealed she's in the top '0.01%' of OnlyFans creators, and explained why porn can be such a lucrative career for women in particular.
'I'm making more money on OnlyFans than any of my other ventures. Much, much, much more,' she said.
White described porn as 'one of the very few industries' where women tend to make more money.
'I mean, the women are in power in porn. They make much more money than men.'
White recently celebrated her 40th birthday, and told Rowe that she has no plans to retire from the porn industry any time soon.
'In the porn industry, older women are celebrated. There's been a MILF revolution and older women are making a ton of money,' she explained.
A game Rowe asked her guest to expand on the term 'MILF revolution.'
'They love the older women, the experienced, mature, intelligent woman. They've got it together. They're independent. It's hot. It's sexy, especially to younger men,' she said.
'I think it's changing. I think that the value of an older woman and what she brings to the table is really coming to the forefront.'
White, who grew up in Australia before entering the sex industry at 18 and relocating to the United States, has done a lot during her time in porn. She recently picked up two awards — including Most Popular Female Performer — at the Pornhub Awards.
But in a recent interview with news.com.au, White revealed that there was one out-there sex act she was still yet to try.
'I want to have sex in space,' she said.
'I'm so fascinated and curious about it — although even if I can't make space happen, maybe I can convince a zero gravity place to let me experience it.'

Controversial internet personality Lil Tay claims she made more than $1 million within three hours of launching an OnlyFans account on her 18th birthday. The social media star announced the launch of her OnlyFans page at 12.01am on July 29, as soon as she turned 18, calling herself the 'youngest girl on OnlyFans' in the account link. On Sunday, she shared a screenshot of her earnings with her 5.8 million Instagram followers, claiming she had broken the platform's record. '$1M in 3 hours. We broke the f*** out of that OnlyFans record,' she wrote. 'For all the grown haters who've been hating since I was nine years old, look at me now. What y'all got to say? Y'all been doubting me for seven years. You can hate me all you want — you can't say Lil Tay ain't winning,' she said in a video. She went on to encourage others to live life on their own terms. 'So for everybody out there, do whatever the h*ll you want with your life, who gives a f*** what people have to say?' 'And remember this: Lil Tay Rich and finna get richer.' According to Tay's post , more than $511,000 came from subscriptions, while $486,558 was earned through private messages. Lil Tay first rose to fame at just nine years old, posting videos of herself rapping. The explicit content of her lyrics ranges from bragging about selling drugs, to getting in fights and driving $200,000 cars without a licence. In August 2023, Tay became the subject of a viral death hoax after her Instagram account was reportedly hacked. A statement falsely claimed that the then-14-year-old had died 'suddenly and tragically,' along with her older half-brother, Jason Tian. 'It is with a heavy heart that we share the devastating news of our beloved Claire's sudden and tragic passing,' the statement read. 'We have no words to express the unbearable loss and indescribable pain. This outcome was entirely unexpected, and has left us all in shock.' A day later, Tay clarified both were alive. 'I want to make it clear that my brother and I are safe and alive, but I'm completely heartbroken and struggling to even find the right words to say,' she told TMZ . 'My Instagram account was compromised by a third party and used to spread jarring misinformation and rumours regarding me, to the point that even my name was wrong. 'My legal name is Tay Tian, not 'Claire Hope'.' That 'fake' post was later deleted.

Lohan and Lee Curtis hit red carpet for 'freaky' film
Hollywood stars Jamie Lee Curtis and Lindsay Lohan have graced an Australian red carpet for the premiere of Disney's Freakier Friday. The sequel comes more than two decades after the body-swap comedy Freaky Friday became a global hit. Lee Curtis and Lohan reunite as Tess and Anna Coleman, years after the pair first endured an identity crisis in the 2003 film. Anna has a daughter and soon-to-be stepdaughter of her own, and is navigating the challenges of merging families when the story gets freakier. Directed by Nisha Ganatra, the movie is based on the novel by American composer and screenwriter Mary Rodgers, published in 1972. The original film earned Disney $US160 million ($A248 million) worldwide, well surpassing its production budget of about $US26 million ($A40 million). The sequel marks Lohan's return to Hollywood after she was absent for most of the 2010s before her appearance in Falling For Christmas in 2022. A social media post announcing her return with Lee Curtis in Freakier attracted more than one million likes. Lohan rose to fame in her role as identical twins in the 1998 film The Parent Trap. Freakquel co-star Lee-Curtis is an actor, producer, and children's author, best known for her breakout role in the 1978 rendition of Halloween and its six sequels. Lohan and Lee Curtis attended the Australian premiere at Bondi Junction in Sydney on Tuesday, following multiple appearances at premieres across the world including London, New York and Mexico City. The film will be released in Australian cinemas on Thursday.
