‘Cobra Kai' actor Alicia Hannah-Kim rips co-star Martin Kove in bodycam video after what he called ‘playful' biting incident: ‘That is assault!'
'You can not bite people, that is not okay,' a police officer is heard telling Kove outside Washington State Summer Con in Puyallup on Sunday after Hannah-Kim reported the incident, according to video obtained by NBC News.
'That is assault!' Hannah-Kim, 37, added.

The officer told Kove that it was '100%' up to his co-star if she wanted to press charges against him, then asked what reason he had to bite her.
'I really apologize. I was just playing because we're very playful together, and I bit down too hard,' Kove explained, prompting Hannah-Kim to turn toward the officer in shock over his reasoning.
'She's got a mouth mark on her,' the officer replied.
The Australian actress then sternly told Kove they 'do not play like that' and passionately told him his actions made her 'really pissed.'
'You have left a mark on my body, which in your 80-year-old brain, you think is 'play,'' she scolded him.
'Sir, were you raised in a ditch?'

Hannah-Kim then further chastised the 'Karate Kid' villain for losing his temper with her when she confronted him over the bite.
'You yelled at me! You had the audacity! How dare you, sir,' she told him.
Kove apologized for getting 'angry,' and said he was mad because he was 'indulging in something improper by [biting her].'
The video cuts to show Hannah-Kim having the officer document the bite mark and stating that she wants the incident to be 'on his record.'

'I would like it to go on his record, on the record between me and him, so that he cannot ever do this to me again,' she told the cop.
The bodycam footage then cuts again to Kove sitting on a bench and ends with the officer telling him his co-star isn't pressing charges, but wants the bizarre incident documented so it 'doesn't happen again.'
Hannah-Kim claimed the alleged attack happened when she tapped Kove on the shoulder to greet him at their cast booth, according to an informational police report obtained by People.
'Martin Kove suddenly grabbed her arm and bit her upper arm so hard it nearly drew blood, and she yelled out in pain,' the documents read. 'Once Martin Kove finished biting her arm, he grabbed her arm again and began kissing it where he had bit her.'

Hannah-Kim — who starred alongside Kove as Kim Da-Eun for Seasons 5 and 6 of the Netflix series — claimed her husband, Sebastian Roche, was there and witnessed the alleged attack.
When the pair confronted the actor, he reportedly 'exploded on them' while insisting 'he did not do anything wrong.'
The actress then ran to an officer working the event and reported the incident.
After speaking with Hannah-Kim and the officer, Kove was 'escorted out of Summer Con,' per the report.
Kove has since apologized publicly for biting his co-star and said he 'deeply' regrets his actions.

'I deeply regret and apologize for my actions regarding the incident with Alicia, a genuinely kind and wonderful person who didn't deserve to be put in this position,' he said in a statement obtained by TMZ.
'I've always respected her and considered her a highly professional and talented co-worker on 'Cobra Kai.' I was being playful in the moment but went too far and there is absolutely no excuse for my behavior.'
'I regret my actions for which I take full responsibility for what I did, and again I apologize to her and her husband. I'm committed to learning from this and it will never happen again,' he added.
The actor found fame as John Kreese in the 1984 movie 'The Karate Kid.' He reprised the role for Parts 2 and 3 of the film franchise.
He joined Netflix's show 'Cobra Kai' in 2018 and starred in the series until showrunners announced it would not be returning after Season 6.

Kelly Ripa Talks Nepo Baby Conversation, Says There's 'Comfort in Knowing' Her Kids Are Graduating Without 'Mountain of Debt'
Kelly Ripa is offering her take on the nepo baby conversation as it relates to her own children On an episode of the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast, the talk show host shared that she finds "comfort in knowing" her children were able to graduate college without a "mountain of debt" The actress and podcast host is a mother to Joaquin, 22, Lola, 24, and Michael, 28Kelly Ripa is explaining why her now-adult children being nepo babies is not necessarily a bad thing. On an episode of the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast released Tuesday, July 15, the Live with Kelly and Mark host, 54, responded to the topic of nepo babies by revealing that her children graduating without student loan debt is one result of her and husband Mark Consuelos' wealth that she finds "comfort" in. "I think my kids feel, like, very fortunate in general," she said of Joaquin, 22, Lola, 24, and Michael, 28, noting that "they don't have student loans." Never miss a story — sign up for to stay up-to-date on the best of what PEOPLE has to offer, from celebrity news to compelling human interest stories. Ripa also shared how her children feel knowing they don't have to carry that weight. "There's, like, a comfort in knowing my kids got to graduate knowing that they weren't having to climb out of a mountain of debt," she told host Amanda Hirsch. "They are so appreciative and so grateful." Although the All My Children alum and the Riverdale star are willing to give their children everything, Ripa explained that they kept their kids lives "really normal" as they were growing up. "I also think we kept their worlds really normal when they were young," she said. "They always, from the earliest ages they could, had part time jobs, always. And ... in their friend circle, they were like the only ones to have jobs." Elsewhere on the podcast, Ripa opened up about how the loyal viewers of her talk show are like extended family members, especially when it comes to her three children. "Our children are fully aware. They'll meet people on the street that will come up to them and say, 'I watched you grow up. It is such a pleasure to see you as an adult,' " Ripa said. She explained, "When my kids were little, they had the opportunity to come on and do, like, little segments ... and people got a glimpse into their lives. And then they grew up, and they move on, and they move out, and they move out of the country in some cases, and and people don't get to regularly check in with them." is now available in the Apple App Store! Download it now for the most binge-worthy celeb content, exclusive video clips, astrology updates and more! "And so I feel like, once in a while, it's important to sort of let people in because I feel like they had a group experience. My kids had a group childhood. It was like they had lots of aunties, lots of uncles, lots of grandparents," Ripa continued. The talk show host went on to say that her kids didn't just have their parents and siblings as their village. Instead, they have people all across America and in Canada "raising them in some way." "It wasn't just our parents and our siblings They had, like, America and Canada raising them in some way," Ripa said. "And so and [the viewers] really looked out for them and rooted for them, and they are fully aware of that." Read the original article on People

Who Is Christopher Briney's Girlfriend, Isabel Machado?
You've probably already heard the news that Gavin Casalegno—aka Jeremiah from The Summer I Turned Pretty—is happily married what about his on-screen brother? As it turns out, Christopher Briney is taken as well, so apologies to all the Conrad supporters out there. So who is Christopher Briney's girlfriend, you ask? Here's everything you need to know about Isabel Machado, who Christopher hard-launched on the red carpet at the 2022 premiere of TSITP. Like Christopher, Isabel is an actor, and she graduated in 2020 from Pace University with a BFA in Acting (which is where she met Christopher, btw!). Per her resume, she's also a trained singer and dancer—plus, she can drive stick shift, which is honestly a flex. As mentioned, Isabel and Christopher met during their time at Pace University—but apparently, they started out as friends. Christopher said of his girlfriend during a 2023 People interview, 'We were friends first. We went to college together and we lived together. We knew that we could do it.' Pls enjoy this throwback pic of Isabel and Christopher when they were ~just friends.~ And this. Oh, and here they are acting together, playing a couple going through a breakup. The talent!! After spending years as friends and roommates, things finally turned romantic in June 2021. Christopher celebrated the occasion one year later with a cute IG pic, which he captioned, 'A whole year!? I could never want anything else.' And more than four years later, the two are still going strong, as evidenced by v cute red carpet photos like these: Can't wait to see these two hit the red carpet again for the season 3 premiere of The Summer I Turned Pretty!!
