The American singer opted to remove her shoes as she left the venue and made her way towards a waiting cab - revealing the questionable state of her tights in the process.
Ditto, 44, appeared nonplussed as she crossed the street in her tattered black nylons before climbing into the rear of her car.
The singer, who found fame in the 2000s with indie band Gossip, was followed by fellow guest Lily Allen, who caught the eye in an elegant white feathered dress as she exited the venue with a friend.
Allen, 40, commanded further attention by revealing the results of recent breast enhancement surgery - carried out following her separation from second husband David Harbour.

ITV bringing back Towie spin-off years after cancelling it
THE Only Way Is Essex will be getting a Christmas special again this year after its huge success last series. The ITV2 show will air season 36 this autumn, followed by a festive spin-off towards the end of the year. 5 5 5 The Christmas special has not always been guaranteed, but after last year's explosive dinner party, bosses are keen to replicate the same fiery drama and meltdowns. A source told The Sun: "In the past, the show has skipped the festive episodes for a few years, but it recently returned and has been on a series by series basis. "They review it each year and decide - it comes down to a lot of stuff, including budgets and also how much good footage they get while shooting the previous series. "At the moment, as everyone knows, cash is quite tight at ITV and they have made some big cutbacks across the board, including, most famously, across ITV Daytime. "But Towie is still a flagship show for ITV2 and bosses have decided to do another Christmas special. "The latest series they shot is really juicy and they are thrilled with it, so they definitely want to capture more drama to go out over the party season." "It's amazing news for fans who will be getting double their fix of drama, and the cast are thrilled too. "It's a huge vote of confidence in the show after all these years on air.' Earlier this year, it was revealed bosses were making ITV2 the home of reality TV, with all future series broadcasting from there. An insider said at the time: " ITV has seen incredible success and record breaking numbers of viewers on ITV2, so following that success they'll be shutting ITVBe and moving Towie onto ITV2, which will now be the home of reality. Tina O'Brien 's new boyfriend Adam Fadlé is an interior design mogul who has amassed his fortune transforming homes for some of football's biggest stars. It was reported on Tuesday that the Coronation Street star has found love again with her new partner after splitting from her husband Adam Crofts earlier this year. And MailOnline can now reveal that Tina's partner is Adam, 38, is the founder of interor design firm Panoramic Properties, which boasts big names including Paul Pogba and Cristiano Ronaldo as clients. Adam started his company back in 2010 from a spare bedroom in his parents home, and is now on track to become a millionaire, sharing in a previous interview that he fell in love with interior design at university. The practice specialises in luxury high-end residential interior design, and since its inception has amassed an array of celebrity clients. Sources have claimed that Tina and Adam have enjoyed a string of dates together after meeting through friends in Cheshire. Last month, it was reported that Tina had split from her husband Adam after seven years of marriage, after she was spotted without her wedding ring. Since starting his interior design firm, Adam has shared glimpses of his jet-setting lifestyle on social media, enjoying luxurious trips to Dubai, Bali and Sri Lanka. He previously revealed that one of his first big clients was Manchester City star Emmanuel Adebayor, working on several homes for him in London and Africa. This then led to him working with other Manchester-based players, such as Pogba and Yaya Touré. Adam's work on Pogba's former property showed lavish additions including a vast walk-in wardrobe, colourful graffiti in the bathroom and a football practice space decorated with fractured lighting panels. He told The Design Society: 'These include a range of high-end private residence refurbishments, a new build apartment block consisting solely of multi-million pound luxury apartments, several properties overseas, as well as ongoing work with our wonderful clients whom have been with us from the beginning.' He certainly seems to make the most of his time in the UAE, with social media snaps showing him enjoying luxurious yacht trips, private plane rides, and nights out at the boxing with loved ones. Adam's interior design success has only added to his bank balance, with documents filed to Companies House revealing his business boasts over £554,000 in assets. On Tuesday, it was reported that Tina has found love with her new partner Adam, and he bears a striking resemblance to her estranged husband. A source told The Sun: 'Tina fell out of love with one Adam and then fell in love with another. 'She's been on a few dates with him and they've been very open with their relationship.
