Auston Trusty reflects on his 'special' Celtic honour
Trusty didn't start in his side's 2-0 win over the Portuguese champions, yet returned to the lineup when Newcastle United visited Parkhead on Saturday.
The 26-year-old played until the 62nd minute, when he was replaced by Liam Scales.

Taking to X after the match, the defender wrote: "Two wins, two clean sheets, and a man of the match performance!
"A great way to close out the week against two strong opponents. As always, incredible support at home today and a special honour wearing the captain armband in Lisbon for Celtic."

Trusty joined Celtic from Sheffield United last summer in a deal reported to be worth £6 million.
He made 37 appearances across all competitions during his first year at the club, despite losing his place in the team to Scales towards the end of the campaign.
Having started pre-season in fine fettle, it remains to be seen what lies ahead for the United States international in 2025/26.

Dodds said: "When you go to a club, you tend to find that 30% of signings are not right and 70% are, and that 70% pulls the 30 along. But at Rangers it was probably the opposite. "Too many players you could see going into their shell. "You could see there was no response either in their eyes or in their brain - they couldn't handle going behind." Ferguson now back as a pundit on Go Radio said on Monday: "Everybody has got their opinions. "I just think the squad need a little bit of help and I'm sure Russell knows, that's why he's trying to make these signings which will hopefully kick on. "I can only say my piece, when I went in there, the guys were brilliant to work with, they gave me everything and that's all I asked. Brendan Rodgers is looking to add more firepower to his frontline - with a new winger on the Parkhead shopping list this summer. Reports in Belgium had suggested that 24-year-old Baliikwisha is a target for the Scottish Premiership champions with claims that a deal was "close" to bring wide man to Glasgow's east end.
