Drew Barrymore is feeling all the love!
Her daytime talk show, The Drew Barrymore Show, received nine Daytime Emmy Award nominations, including Outstanding Daytime Talk Series, Outstanding Daytime Talk Series Host, Outstanding Directing Team for a Multiple Camera Daytime Non-Fiction Program, Outstanding Technical Direction, Camera, Video, Outstanding Lighting Direction, Outstanding Main Title & Graphic Design, Outstanding Art Direction/Set Design/Scenic Design and Outstanding Costume Design/Styling.
Though this is not the first time she and her show have been nominated for the Daytime Emmys, the beloved actress and talk show host couldn't be more thrilled. In a heartfelt message to fans, Barrymore shared on her Instagram on Friday morning about how honored she feels to be recognized for her work on The Drew Barrymore Show.
"I am endlessly grateful and so deeply proud of every single person who pours their heart into @thedrewbarrymoreshow. This has never been my show — it's always been our show. A place where everyone belongs, everyone is seen, and everyone is welcomed with open arms," the 50-year-old talk show host wrote in her Instagram caption. "Thank you for making that possible every single day. I love you all so much… but you already know that. I couldn't be more thankful to stand beside you."
Barrymore rose to fame as a child star in E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial and went on to become one of Hollywood's most beloved actresses. Known for her roles in Never Been Kissed, Charlie's Angels and The Wedding Singer, she's also a successful producer and author.
Debuted in September 2020 by CBS, The Drew Barrymore Show presents human-interest stories, celebrity guests, lifestyle and cooking segments. The talk show films in Midtown Manhattan and has a live studio audience for each taping.
"And to everyone who tunes in and allows us to make a show… we make this show for you," Barrymore concluded. "Thank you for letting us into your homes and your hearts."
Fans can stream The Drew Barrymore Show on YouTube and Paramount+. The Daytime Emmy Awards will take place on October 17 in Pasadena, California.

Classic puttanesca pasta is savory and tangy, hearty but still light. The best part? It can be prepared completely without any ingredients from the fridge. According to New York Times food writer Mark Bittman, "There are almost as many explanations for the origins of pasta puttanesca as there are ways to make it." Stir in olives and capers (plus some red chili flakes, if you'd like). Cook your favorite pasta according to package directions. Drain the pasta and transfer it to the pan with the sauce (don't do what Sedgwick did and spill half of the pasta on the stove).
