A man has been fined for fly-tipping waste that including a child's rocking horse on a bridleway.The rocking horse, furniture and other household items were left in Carnaby, near Bridlington, East Yorkshire, on 15 January last year.Ben Johnson, 27, of Little Beck Road, Bridlington, pleaded guilty at Beverley Magistrates' Court on 5 March to failing in his duty of care to make sure his waste was disposed of legally.He was fined £40 and ordered to pay £353.92 in costs and a £16 victim surcharge.
