Apple Music has famously never disclosed the number of times a song is streamed publicly but now for the first time, they have released a list of who is topping the streaming charts.
While the site did not reveal the exact numbers, it was confirmed that a Brit superstar had been lucky enough to bag the top position.
Whilst crooner The Weeknd and hip-hop hunk Drake found themselves in second and third position, they were unable to know the British chart-topper from the global number one spot.
But can you guess who it is?
It is of course, Ed Sheeran.
The singer's track, Shape Of You, has been confirmed to be Apple Music's most streamed song ever.
The track went to number one across the globe and will come as no surprise to music fanatics that it is the most played track ever on the streaming service.
Blinding Lights by The Weeknd fell into second place whilst Drake's track, God's Plan, rounded out the top three.
Hip-hop music largely dominated the top ten with Post Malone bagging the fourth and fifth spots.
His Swae Lee collaboration, Sunflower, was the fourth most streamed track, whilst his hit, Rockstar, came in fifth.

Drake made his second appearance at number six with One Dance followed by fellow rapper, Travis Scott, in seventh with his monster hit, Sicko Mode.
Brit star Ed was back in the top ten with his ballad, Perfect, at number eight, followed by R&B legend Chris Brown's duet with Drake, No Guidance, at position nine.
Billie Eilish closed out the top ten with her track - Bad Guy.
This meant that Billie was the only woman to place in the top 10 of the list.
Rapper Drake appears on the top 500 more than any other artist with a total of 27 entries.

Belly dancer influencer arrested for ‘using seduction techniques' and ‘exposing sensitive areas' in viral online vids
Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) A BELLY dancer influencer has been arrested for "using seduction techniques" and "exposing sensitive areas" in her viral online videos. Online sensation Linda Martino, originally from Italy, was arrested for "immortality" in strict Egypt two weeks ago - and is to remain in prison for another fortnight. Videos of her performing in popular clubs to various Egyptian hit songs have garnered millions of views across various social media platforms. But an investigation was reportedly triggered by one of her most shared videos, where Linda performs in a cabaret in a traditional belly dancing costume. The Cairo prosecutor's office accuses the young woman of having "used seduction techniques and provocative dances to incite vice". According to authorities' report, in some videos Linda "deliberately wore provocative clothing and performed dance movements with sexual allusions" They say she therefore disrespected "public decency" and the "values of family and society". Investigators also argued the artist "appeared in indecent clothing, deliberately exposing sensitive areas of her body, in clear violation of social values". She denies all the charges against her and claims she practices her profession in compliance with the law. The dancer said after being arrested: "I have the permits to practice my activity and all the videos circulating on social media are normal. "It is a permitted dance performance and does not contain anything that violates or goes against public morals." Irish TD Paul Murphy detained in Egypt and passport confiscated after bus stopped amid March to Gaza She added that the content she records is "only for entertainment purposes". Whilst belly dancing isn't prohibited in Egypt, videos on social media have to comply with the country's values. Egypt has increased its cruel crackdowns on artists and influences accused of offending public morals. Under Abdel Fattah Al Sisi's government, at least five belly dancers have been horrifically jailed on charges similar to those given to Linda. The Pharaoh nation sucks in a staggering 18 million tourists each year, and the industry props up around 10 per cent of the whole economy. But beyond the plush resorts of the popular Sharm el Sheikh and Hurghada - Egypt is covering up its dark underbelly. The country's brutal police force deals in bribes and locks people up on bogus charges, including Brit holidaymakers. Egypt's picture-postcard image is being tested, with a former British ambassador to the country recently branding it a "police state". 5 Videos of her performing in popular clubs to various Egyptian hit songs have garnered millions of views Credit: Instagram

Devastated rocker reveals horrifying robbery as he appeals to fans for help
He revealed how he ended up working with The Killers' Brandon Flowers on his latest album SMASH & GRAB Devastated rocker reveals horrifying robbery as he appeals to fans for help Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) BRIT music star James Bay has been left devastated after two of his vintage guitars were stolen from his car. The singer-songwriter, 34, appealed to fans for help finding the 1960s Silvertone sunburst acoustic and cherry red, double P90 1969 Epiphone Al Caiola, which were taken on July 1. Tuesday 1st July, I had 2 guitars stolen from my car in North London. "These are two vintage instruments of great sentimental value. "If you see them or hear of them anywhere, please message me or email info@ as I'd really love to get them back. "Please ask any guitar players/collectors you know, or local or online stores. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks x." He then shared pictures of both instruments in the hope it will lead to their return. Bay, who lives in North London, is best known for his breakout hit Hold Back The River. He's won two Brit Awards, an Ivor Novello and been nominated for three Grammys. His latest album, last year's Changes All The Time, featured collaborations with big names like Noah Kahan, The Lumineers and The Killers' Brandon Flowers. The latter came to be through a mutual friend, and Bay found himself hanging out at a ski lodge in Utah that the band had turned into a studio. He told us: "It had this double height hallway where they put drums in that sort of Led Zeppelin way — it's wonderful. It was very informal and we'd go for breakfast in the morning and Brandon would drive us there. James Bay is joined by The Killers' Brandon Flowers on single Easy Distraction 'When I first played the track, some people would say, 'I can hear a bit of Killers in it' meaning they hear Brandon's writing input. 'But as much as I wanted it to sound 'Killersy', because I'm a fan, I'm proud to say that the germ of the idea that started that song is the verse and melody that I took in. That was my homework. I took it in, and I said, 'What do you think of this?' 'And Brandon had a listen and went, 'Oh, yeah, let's give that a go. Let's see if we can put some lyrics to it.' And he jumps up on a microphone and gets his phone out and jotted down all his lyric ideas. It was very prolific and unbelievable.' Meanwhile, Kahan, who shares the same A&R person as Bay, hasn't forgotten days spent supporting the Let It Go star earlier in his career. Now a huge arena and stadium filling artist, he invited Bay out on his Stick Season tour last year including a date at Fenway Park (Boston's baseball stadium). 5 He shared a picture of his vintage acoustic Credit: Instagram 5 He's trying to track down this 1969 Epiphone model Credit: Instagram

So if you want to give your pad a splash of colour and fun twist, you've come to the right place. Home Bargains bosses said savvy interior lovers "shouldn't settle for ordinary" and hailed the mirror as the "perfect addition" to homes. I want one for myself." A £7.99 Home Bargains buy made my hallway look SO much bigger but everyone's saying the same thing about my DIY method A fifth added: "I bought the one from The Range when I couldn't find the Home Bargains one, it's much smaller than the Home Bargains one. But thankfully found it yesterday so currently have both." Meanwhile, a sixth said: "Love this mirror I want one now lol." Advertisement If you're a fan of colour in your home, then there's also an interiors trend that you may also want to take note of this year. Colour drenching is predicted to be a huge hit for 2025 and involves using one colour on all surfaces in a room - even down to the light switches and skirting boards. Experts say it makes rooms seem bigger by allowing walls, ceilings and built-in cupboards to all seamlessly blend in together. Advertisement By painting everything in the same shade, you eradicate any strong contrasts or harsh lines and instead allow the eyes to glide over a room. 'Colour drenching simply means painting everything the same shade: the walls, woodwork, ceiling and even radiators or furniture,' the experts at British paint and wallpaper manufacturer Farrow & Ball said. 'It's become more and more popular recently, but this way of decorating is far from a fleeting trend. 'Whether you want to make a room feel bigger and lighter or cosy and inviting, there's a way to make colour drenching suit you – it's all about which colour you choose.' Advertisement
