New Delhi – Jeep India has unveiled the Grand Cherokee Signature Edition, a luxury-enhanced version of its flagship SUV, aimed at customers seeking a distinctive blend of advanced technology, elevated comfort, and the brand's legendary ruggedness. Priced at INR 1,54,000 above the top-spec Limited (O) variant, the Signature Edition introduces a suite of premium features that set new benchmarks in the luxury SUV space.
Crafted for those who value both presence and practicality, the Signature Edition brings refined enhancements that underscore Jeep's commitment to premium SUV experiences. The most noticeable upgrade includes motorized side steps, which not only enhance the vehicle's premium appeal but also improve accessibility for all occupants.
Inside the cabin, rear-seat passengers are treated to a dual 11.6-inch Android-based entertainment system. Each screen features high-resolution IPS panels powered by a Cortex A55 2.0 GHz processor, complete with built-in speakers, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and Aux connectivity. Kalpataru IPO details Kalpataru IPO was a book-building issue of ₹1,590 crore, which comprised an entirely fresh issue of 38.4 million equity shares, with no offer-for-sale (OFS) component. The public issue was offered at a price band was fixed at ₹414 with a lot size of 36 shares. The public issue was open for public subscription from June 24 to June 26. According to the red herring prospectus, the company intends to use ₹1,192.5 crore from the net issue proceeds for the repayment of certain borrowing availed by itself and its subsidiaries. The remaining funds will be used for general corporate purposes. MUFG Intime India, formerly Link Intime was the registrar for the issue. ICICI Securities, JM Financial, and Nomura Financial Advisory & Securities (India) were the book-running lead managers.
