MIAMI, Fla. - An Amber Alert for a missing 6-year-old Miami boy.
Law enforcement officials are searching for Ryan Figueroa who was last seen in the area of the 1300 block of Southwest 1st Street in Miami.
He was last seen wearing a white Polo shirt and black joggers.
Officials say he may be in the company of Ismari Figueroa Leon, who was last seen wearing a black jumper. She also has multiple tattoos.
The pair may be traveling in a 2012 black Chevy Equinox with Florida tag number RUZG29.

3 pedestrians struck in multivehicle crash in the Bronx, 1 driver arrested
A man is facing charges after a multivehicle crash in the Bronx late Friday sent five people to the hospital. It happened around 9:45 p.m. at the intersection of Bruckner Boulevard and Hunts Point Avenue. Driver tried to flee after Bronx crash, police say According to police, 28-year-old Charles Jenkins was driving eastbound on Hunts Point Avenue and allegedly ran a red light. Police say he was then struck by the driver of a Mercedes-Benz traveling south on Bruckner Boulevard, and the impact caused both vehicles to jump the curb. Police say Jenkins' vehicle struck three pedestrians on the sidewalk, then hit a Chevy Equinox that was traveling north on Bruckner Boulevard. Jenkins allegedly then got out of his vehicle and ran away, but he was later arrested. He has been charged with vehicular assault, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unlawful fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle, reckless endangerment, failure to use headlights and disobeying a steady red signal. 5 hurt in chain reaction crash in Hunts Point All three pedestrians were taken to a local hospital. One of them – a 33-year-old man – was critically injured, police say. The other two – a 31-year-old woman and a 40-year-old man – were last reported to be in stable condition. The driver and passenger who were in the Mercedes-Benz were also taken to a local hospital and are in stable condition, according to police. The man driving the Chevy Equinox was not injured. The investigation is ongoing.

Fireworks explosion injures two children in Kansas City, Kansas
KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Kansas City, Kansas Fire Department (KCKFD) is investigating after two children were injured in a fireworks explosion. KCKFD responded to the emergency call just after 11 p.m. on Sunday, June 22, in the area of N. 46th Street and Leavenworth Road. See the latest headlines in Kansas City and across Kansas, Missouri A 12-year-old is reported to have suffered significant injuries, including severe burns and damage to both hands, chest and face, as well as substantial bleeding and burns to the airway. KCKFD said paramedics used advanced life support measures on scene due to shrapnel wounds to the chest. A 13-year-old is said to have sustained damage and burns to the right hand. Both victims were taken by ambulance to nearby trauma centers in critical condition, according to KCKFD. KCK Fire Department talk fireworks safety after two children seriously injured
KANSAS CITY, Kan. – Many of this weekend's celebrations will begin at roadside fireworks stands. That's why Wyandotte County safety officials are reminding people to be smart during celebrations. Tariffs may lead to more expensive fireworks across the metro this year On Friday morning, a special demonstration with KCK firefighters took the stage at the department's downtown headquarters, designed to remind the public carelessness with fireworks can be dangerous. Fire department leaders say 2024's fireworks season included more than 100 serious injuries across the metro. During Friday's demonstration, KCK Acting Fire Marshal Brian Hendon used an uncooked hotdog and a sparkler, exposing the meat to the flame. It showed how quickly skin can burn. Sparklers can burn as hot as 2,000 degrees Fahrenheit.
