Love Island viewers unimpressed and slam islander for ‘overusing joke' – did you spot it?
LOVE Island has no shortage of tired sayings.
From "eggs in one basket" and "my type on paper" to "muggy" and "it is what it is", there's always a phrase or two that spreads through the villa like wildfire.

In last night's launch show, new girl Shakira Khan, 22, didn't shy away from the fact she shares a name with a very famous pop star, and even quoted lyrics from her famous hit on several occasions.
The repeated references to Colombian Shakira's Hips Don't Lie grated on viewers very quickly, and they're fully expecting to hear it throughout the series.
One person complained on X: "i love shakira but the 'hips don' t lie' jokes need to GOOOOOO."
Another said: "how many times are we gonna have to hear hips don't lie shakira shakira ffs."
A third vented: "Can we get some new material or is it just gonna be Shakira Shakira my hips don't lie all summer."
Shakira entered the villa first alongside Meg Moore, 25, and the two ladies quickly bonded.
Shakira set about telling Megan that she was 'too glamorous for a 9-5' and must do something more exciting for a job.
Meg quickly put her straight, revealing she was in fact a payroll specialist which prompted Shakira to squeal that she was a "corporate girlie".
While the comment might have sounded innocent to some, viewers at home were not impressed.
One user wrote: "not too glamorous for a 9-5, oh dear."

Another person asked: "what does 'too glamorous to do a 9-5' even mean?"
Shakira wasn't the only one whose words had viewers cringing.

The 1% Club knocks out a whopping 32 players on tricky family question – but are you smarter than them?
THE 1% Club wiped out a HUGE thirty-two players on a tricky family question. Show host, comedian Lee Mack, was left gobsmacked when he realised just how many players had been unable to identify the correct answer. 4 4 The ITV quiz show features 100 players each hoping to take home up to £100,000 by correctly navigating their way through each round in order to get to the correct answer. But for thirty-two people, it was the 40% question that put an end to their hopes of winning. Turning to the remaining players, Lee posed a question which was all about identifying which statement had to be false. The star said: "Which of these would it be impossible to do?" He then read aloud the three options. These were - "marry your cousin's cousin", "marry your brother's widow" or " marry your widow's sister". The contestants were then given 30 seconds to attempt to correctly identify the answer but for 32 - it was clearly a struggle. Reacting in shock as time was up, Lee remarked: "Wow! That is massive! "32 people went out on that one. Let's have a look at the answer." Amid gasps from the crowd, Lee told them that the right answer was - "marry your widow's sister". Tricky 1% Club question forces 13 contestants to use their pass to stay in the game - but would you have got it right? This was the correct answer as it would be impossible to marry your own widow's sister as you would already be dead. Cracking out another joke, Lee said: "And before we get any complaints, yes, I accept that is a bit Zombie-ist!" It increased the prize fund up to a huge £90,000 as the quiz entered into the 35% question. Hardest Quiz Show Questions Would you know the answers to some of quizzing TV's hardest questions Who Wants To Be A Millionaire - Earlier this year, fans were left outraged after what they described as the "worst" question in the show's history. Host Jeremy Clarkson asked: 'From the 2000 awards ceremony onwards, the Best Actress Oscar has never been won by a woman whose surname begins with which one of these letters?' The multiple choice answers were between G, K, M and W. In the end, and with the £32,000 safe, player Glen had to make a guess and went for G. It turned out to be correct as Nicole Kidman, Frances McDormand and Kate Winslet are among the stars who have won the Best Actress gong since 2000. The 1% Club - Viewers of Lee Mack's popular ITV show were left dumbfounded by a question that also left the players perplexed. The query went as follows: "Edna's birthday is on the 6th of April and Jen's birthday falls on the 15th of October, therefore Amir's birthday must be the 'X' of January." It turns out the conundrum links the numbers with its position in the sentence, so 6th is the sixth word and 15th is the fifteenth word. Therefore, Amir's birthday is January 24th, corresponding to the 24th word in the sentence. The Chase - The ITV daytime favourite left fans scratching their heads when it threw up one of the most bizarre questions to ever grace the programme. One of the questions asked the player: "Someone with a nightshade intolerance should avoid eating what?" The options were - sweetcorn, potatoes, carrots - with Steve selecting sweetcorn but the correct answer was potatoes. 4 4
