Kevin Kietzman calls Patrick Mahomes an embarrassment—trainer claps back with savage reality check
Patrick Mahomes
didn't even have to speak, his trainer handled it all. After Kansas City radio host Kevin Kietzman called Mahomes 'fat' and questioned his offseason training, Bobby Stroupe stepped in with facts, fire, and zero tolerance for the nonsense.
Kevin Kietzman calls Patrick Mahomes out for having a 'dad bod' and lazy habits
On a recent episode of his podcast
Kevin Kietzman Has Issues
, Kietzman went on a pretty brutal rant. He called Patrick Mahomes "an embarrassment,' said the Super Bowl MVP is 'not in great physical shape,' and blamed his so-called "dad bod" on too much fast food and not enough discipline.
He even suggested Mahomes has been slacking in the offseason and that his body doesn't reflect the work ethic expected from a franchise quarterback.
Safe to say, those takes didn't go over well.
Trainer Bobby Stroupe goes full savage: 'Send me your location'
Mahomes' longtime personal trainer Bobby Stroupe didn't let the comments slide. He immediately clapped back on X (formerly Twitter) with a series of tweets calling Kietzman out.
'You obviously need attention,'
he wrote.
'If you want to see what in-shape is, go make it through a practice at Saint Jo or run hurry-up offense scrambling back to back plays.'
Then came the mic drop:
'Send me your location.'

He also asked some real questions:
When has Patrick ever looked tired during a game?
When has he failed to make a long drive play?
When have you actually seen him train or eat?
Stroupe didn't just defend Mahomes, he completely dismantled the idea that appearance equals performance.
Patrick Mahomes' so-called 'dad bod' is actually part of his secret weapon
Let's get one thing straight: Mahomes is no Instagram model. And that's intentional.
His trainer has previously revealed that Mahomes stays at around 14% body fat during the season. Why? To absorb hits, improve torque for throws, and avoid the injuries that more shredded players sometimes deal with.
That bulk isn't laziness, it's strategy. And clearly, it's working: Mahomes has 3 Super Bowl rings, 2 MVPs, and hasn't missed a beat.
Fans back Mahomes, and turn the heat on Kietzman instead
NFL Twitter was quick to defend Mahomes and roast Kietzman for his outdated view of what an elite athlete should look like.
'This dude was just looking for clicks.'
one fan wrote. Others pointed out that Hall of Fame QBs and pitchers rarely looked ripped, but they performed when it mattered.
The consensus? You can't argue with results, and Mahomes' track record speaks louder than any offseason photo ever could.
Whether you call it a dad bod or a dynasty build, Patrick Mahomes is still the most dominant QB in the game. And if a few offseason burgers come with another Lombardi Trophy? Pretty sure Chiefs Kingdom will take that deal every time.

'Game needs you, big fella' - Stephen Curry jokingly teased LeBron James about his now-viral drive swing
Stephen Curry jokingly teased LeBron James about his now-viral drive swing (Image Credit: Getty Images) Stephen Curry was at his comedic best while doing a hilarious impersonation of LeBron James' drive swing. He and LeBron James share a very cordial relationship both on and off the court. That impersonation was a confirmation beyond doubt. Not only did Curry copy the Lakers superstar's swing, but he also sent him a message jokingly teasing him for the same. He was quoted as saying, "We all want to welcome LeBron James to the world of golf because the game needs you, big fella." Stephen Curry is already an established name in golf. It is one of the sports where he is better than his Team USA teammate, LeBron James. Recently, James hinted at his entry into golf with a series of updates on Instagram. His drive swing broke the internet and drew reactions from fans and NBA mates, such as Curry. Stephen Curry welcomed LeBron James to golf with a comedic replication of his drive swing View this post on Instagram A post shared by ColorsTV (@colorstv) When LeBron James does something new, it is bound to catch everyone's attention. Recently, LeBron entered the golf scene and tried some swings. Calling the whole experience a 'mind f*ck,' LeBron admitted he was yet to achieve the excellence in this game as he has in the NBA. Summing up his experience, LeBron wrote the caption of the video as: 'Day 2 of officially trying this ⛳️🏌🏾 out! Boy o Boy it's a mind f*ck to say the least! But I think I enjoy that part of it a lot! Haha! 🤷🏾♂️. Got a long a** way to go at this sport and I'll still be some 💩 but hey it's a great time out there! @teamswish asked me for a vid so here you go my guy! LeBron James trying his hand at golf (Source: @kingjames/Instagram) LeBron James ruling the golf space is sure to happen in the future, but no one seems to be ready to wait for the perfect shot from the Lakers' legend. His video of attempting a drive swing shot posted on Instagram broke the internet. Among all, Stephen Curry was amused by the shot. He welcomed the four-time NBA champion to the golf world with a sweet, six-word message, 'Welcome, we've been waiting for you.' But this didn't seem enough for the Golden State Warriors' pivot. He recently recreated the now-viral drive swing of LeBron James with a comedic twist, and jokingly teased him, saying: 'Unbelievable impersonation of my guy Bron's follow-through in the golf swing, but we all want to welcome LeBron James to the world of golf because the game needs you, big fella.' The hilarious video created a buzz among the X users. They found it amusing to see their NBA icon displaying his sense of humor. Stephen Curry has a better command of the golf as compared to LeBron James, who is just a starter. While James is busy sharpening his shots, Curry has hinted at his plan of taking up golf as his next game post-retirement from the NBA. So, if fans yearn to see the two icons in a face-off on a golf field, they may wait till the time LeBron is sharp enough to match his NBA rival's golfing skills. Ash King reveals Arijit Singh suggested his name for Salman Khan's I Love you song from Bodyguard: The confidence Arijit gave to me, I will never forget
Ash King has been keeping a relatively low profile in the playback scene, with only a handful of releases in recent years. He admits he isn't entirely sure why the slowdown has happened, but he's trying to use the time constructively. 'I don't actually know the answer to this,' he says, 'but I have to be positive and think that maybe I'm being pushed by the industry to start making my own music instead of only relying on composers to keep my voice on a song. If I think negatively, then it won't allow me to be the best version of myself for anyone who relies on me for the work I am grateful for.' Ash has been leaning into that shift, exploring genres and reconnecting with the creative independence he had before his Bollywood debut. 'The way to deal with this feeling is to start creating music of my own, which is what I did before my Bollywood journey. I'm currently exploring some genres to see what I feel is me, as opposed to just my voice. For me to be in a video, I would have to feel like I belong there, so some of the music would definitely be mixed in with English. ' He acknowledges that self-marketing plays a big part in the current music ecosystem, something he hasn't always prioritised. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Đây có thể là thời điểm tốt nhất để giao dịch vàng trong 5 năm qua IC Markets Tìm hiểu thêm Undo 'I can also blame myself for not promoting myself enough, but as long as I'm consistently able to sing amazing songs, that is my main focus. There will be times when a singer loses out on the opportunity to sing because they don't have a marketing value, but then no one stops us from making our own music, which is why I respect any artists who release independent music alongside their Bollywood playback songs. ' Reflecting on his career, he speaks with genuine emotion about a key turning point. 'My most memorable experience has to be singing I Love You for Salman Khan, in the film Bodyguard . It was 2011 January and nearly three years since I had recorded my first song. It was the second time I recorded a song in a studio and that too—from A. R. Rahman to Pritam! A young Arijit Singh, who at the time was assisting Pritam, had recommended my voice on the song. I was told they wanted the main hook 'I Love You' to sound authentic as it's English, but the rest of the song Hindi, therefore the singer had to be able to deliver both languages at the very top level as the project was very big. The confidence Arijit gave to me, I will never forget. And Salman Khan accepted it. So many top names in one experience gave me verification that I had a long career ahead as a singer in the Indian film industry we call Bollywood, as I didn't feel like a one-song wonder.' Ash also talks about how his craft has matured, particularly as he developed a better understanding of the language. 'I have definitely become more attached to the meaning of lyrics as I can now understand Hindi, as opposed to when I started—I pretty much had a 10% idea of what I was singing. When Tanishk Bagchi called me to sing the song Baarish for Shraddha Kapoor in the film Half Girlfriend , the challenge was to sing an intense love song as opposed to the mostly quirky songs sung previously. The lyrics came with their own difficulty as many of the words were new to me. Tanishk really kept his patience and helped me to deliver one of the biggest songs of my career. After this, I started to experiment with this style and I have recorded a song which I hope to release soon in this space.'
