
Pedestrian dies after she's struck by teen driver in St. Paul
The crash happened about 3:40 p.m. at Third and Flandrau streets in the Eastview neighborhood of the East Side. St. Paul Fire Department medics took the woman to Regions Hospital, where she died soon after, said Sgt. Toy Vixayvong, a St. Paul police spokesman.
The 17-year-old driver stayed at the scene and was cooperative with the investigation, which is ongoing.

Motorcyclist arrested on suspicion of DWI after fleeing crash, patrol says
A suspected drunken motorcyclist is in custody after allegedly fleeing a crash that left his passenger gravely injured on Sunday. According to the Minnesota State Patrol, the 70-year-old Inver Grove Heights man was arrested on suspicion of DWI. Washington County Jail records indicate he is being held there. Two St. Paul police officers were injured in a car crash while responding to a call Tuesday evening.
