Jawf opens bids for wheat harvesting equipment

The Tender Committee in Jawf province, headed by Governor Faisal Haider, convened on Tuesday to open the tender envelopes for the procurement and supply of agricultural equipment and machinery specifically for wheat harvesting.
This initiative falls under the first phase of the locally funded Agricultural Expansion Project in the province.
During the meeting, attended by Yahya al-Quh, Chairman of the Services Committee; Mahdi al-Dhamin, Head of the Agricultural Sector; and representatives from the bidding companies, the Tender Committee approved the referral of the submitted bids to the Technical Analysis Committee.
This committee will be responsible for a thorough review and evaluation of the offers based on the established terms and criteria outlined in the tender documents.
Governor Haider emphasized the importance of strictly adhering to the specifications detailed in the tender documents. He also directed that the analysis results be promptly submitted to the Adjudication Committee for the completion of contracting and procurement procedures in accordance with the relevant legal framework.
He underscored that this project aligns with the directives of the leadership to promote agricultural development and achieve self-sufficiency.
Haidar highlighted the project's significance in expanding wheat cultivation within Jawf province, which is expected to contribute to lower production costs and provide incentives for local farmers.

He noted that the training would enhance oversight of financial resources in administrative units, enabling timely error detection and correction, thereby improving report quality and transparency. Trainers of the course, Ramz Abdul Samad, Deputy Director of Systems and Information at the Ministry of Finance, and Mohammed Al-Salami, Director of Information Systems, emphasized its importance in classifying directorates based on resource sources, amounts, and statistical reporting. Launch of second round of "Al-Aqsa Flood" training courses in Bani Hashish, Sana'a

Sana'a - Saba: The Local Council and Mobilization in Bani Hashish District, Sana'a province, organized a speech event on Sunday to mark the launch of activities and programs for the second round of "Al-Aqsa Flood" training courses for the year 1447 AH. The inauguration was attended by Member of Parliament Yahya Al-Qadi and Deputy Governor Manea Al-Aghrabi. Faiz Al-Hanmi, the mobilization official in the governorate, emphasized the importance of mobilization and preparedness to confront any escalation by the enemy in any form and to protect the home front from anyone who seeks to serve the enemy. He noted that the open "Al-Aqsa Flood" courses are a priority to educate society about the enemy's schemes and how to confront them, urging interaction, awareness, and participation in these courses. Al-Hanmi also highlighted the successes achieved in the first round of the "Al-Aqsa Flood" courses. Meanwhile, District Director Rajih Al-Hanmi stressed the importance of everyone recognizing their responsibility to follow the directives of the revolution leader, Sayyed Abdulmalik Badreddin Al-Houthi, to continue the activities of "Al-Aqsa Flood" courses and to acquire combat skills in preparation for direct confrontation with the Zionist enemy while strengthening internal cohesion. Following the launch ceremony, 210 male and 105 female initiators from the district's sub-districts were honored. Additionally, 11 associations were awarded shields, and active members were recognized with certificates of appreciation in recognition of their efforts in serving developmental work in the district.
