Left dangling by a thread were Tommy and Lucy, Conor and Emma, and Lauren and Harrison. Shakira chose to save Conor after he revealed he had feelings for her - and said she felt the same. She told Ty: "Harrison's my best mate obviously, with Conor we've been exploring a connection. "At the end of the day I'm not going to be in this position and not save the people I've got the best connections with." When the result was revealed, Helena snapped: "It's not right." But Shakira stood her ground, coolly responding: 'I did what I wanted to do,' before joking, 'I'm going back to public enemy number one.' Meanwhile, Toni wasn't hiding her feelings after witnessing Lauren and Harrison kiss right in front of her. 'That's why I wanted them gone,' she fumed. Love Island rocked by leaked voice note that 'exposes' Casa girl's game plan Harrison had tried to kiss Toni on the terrace days ago, but slept with Lauren in bed last night. It comes after The Sun revealed a leaked voice note appearing to show Lucy's game plan to win Love Island by coupling up with Tommy. The 37-second recording, which Love Island fans claimed was the voice of Lucy Quinn, laid bare a plot to couple with popular Tommy as a surefire way to make the final. Tommy was previously coupled up with Irish beauty Megan Forte Clarke who was axed after her love triangle with Conor. Her betrayal led her to be voted one of the three least popular girls by the public. He was then in a couple with Welsh beauty Emily, but last week, Lucy walked into the main villa holding hands with smitten Tommy, who dumped Emily to be with her. In the most dramatic moment of the recoupling, Emily was left shell-shocked having stayed loyal to Tommy and given a heartfelt speech in which she said she couldn't wait to see him. 8 Shakira and Ty were voted the most compatible and were given the power to send one couple home Credit: Shutterstock Editorial 8 Emily was dumped from the villa after Tommy recoupled with Lucy in Casa Amor Credit: Eroteme 8 Tommy returned from Casa Amor with Lucy Credit: Eroteme

Captain Tom's disgraced daughter Hannah Ingram-Moore joins TikTok in career switch

Hannah Ingram-Moore unravelled her father Captain Tom's legacy when she was found to have mismanaged the foundation set up to celebrate his fundraising efforts for charity Captain Tom's disgraced daughter Hannah Ingram-More has undergone a bizarre career switch to become a TikTok "resilience coach" after she was embroiled in a scandal cashing in on her dad's name. ‌ Hannah Ingram-Moore unravelled her father's legacy after she was found to have mismanaged Captain Tom's Foundation. The veteran raised nearly £40 million and was knighted for his fundraising efforts. Hannah went on to position herself as director of the foundation but it soon came under scrutiny from watchdogs. The Charity Commission found she had personally benefitted from donations and refused to donate any of the £1.47 million raised from Captain Tom's three books, despite stating part of it would be passed on to the charity. ‌ ‌ But nearly one and a half years after being branded a charity cheat, Hannah has remade herself into a TikTok "life" and "resilience" coach and has shared bizarre philosophies that she has coined "Moore Moments," a play of her and her dad's name. "The last few years have tested me," Hannah said in a June 24 video. "The criticisms, the judgements, the noise but here's what I've learned: Self-doubt gets louder when you're under pressure. Confidence, that come's from keeping going. Even when people doubt you. You don't have to prove them wrong. You just have to believe in yourself and trust your truth." ‌ Since being shared on the platform, the clip has received some 24,000 views. The clip also earned a mixed reception online, garnering only 128 likes and a lot of criticism. One user said: "Sounds like you have convinced yourself of your version of the 'truth." Another added: "You've absolutely no shame." A third commented: "What are you doing? No one likes you." But there were people who shared positive comments, including one that read: "You loved your dad. Made him proud." ‌ While a couple of clips have amassed tens of thousands of views, the majority have only a few hundred or a few thousands. As of Tuesday, only 10,700 people followed Hannah's account. On her website, Hannah markets herself as a motivational speaker. She said: "After a wealth of experiences that give her invaluable insight into juggling a professional, family and a global phenomenon, Hannah is a much sought after public speaker, as she seeks to share her knowledge and stories to inspire others." Fees for "executive life coaching" start at £50 for a discovery consultation and go on to £725 for three one hour sessions. Payment is required at the beginning of each agreed programme. She also includes her father's famous quote "tomorrow will be a good day," including a trade mark at end. The Mirror has contacted Hannah for comment.

I know the real Helena and the truth about her being a ‘good time girl' – Love Island have set her up to look bad

Her pal says Shakira has been gunning for Helena BAD REPUTATION I know the real Helena and the truth about her being a 'good time girl' – Love Island have set her up to look bad SHE has been cruelly trolled for letting Harry Cooksley walk all over her in the Love Island villa, for 'being open' and even for laughing too much. The reaction has left those close to Helena Ford shocked and saddened, and determined to clear her name. Natalie Clayton, who owns NCWeave in Merseyside, has been doing Helena's hair for the last four years and did it just before she entered the villa. She has explained why people might think Helena is a 'good time girl', after Harry branded her that. She told us: 'I think she knows what Harry is like, and she's never been in a relationship before, and that's what people are forgetting, because she's just, she's just having fun. Advertisement 'She doesn't take life too seriously. She is one for just having fun and living her best life.' The 29-year-old has been open about the fact she's never had a relationship before and Natalie thinks she's just embracing it all - rather than being bogged down in the details of relationships. 'Because of her job and her lifestyle, I don't think she's just ever thought about settling down yet,' Natalie told us. 'She loves travelling, she loves going out with her friends. So I think she's just never met that right person where she's wanted to settle down with them.' Advertisement On Love Island Helena has mostly been coupled up with Harry but has gained the reputation of someone who is very flirty with the opposite sex. Bella Rose Hair & Beauty owner Natalie believes that Helena, who travels three hours just to get her extensions there, has been edited to look a certain way. Furious Love Island fans slam Helena as a 'hypocrite' as she goes to war with Shakira in explosive Movie Night She said: 'I think maybe the clips that have been heard have made it worse because I do think that Shakira has been worse with her than Helena has with Shakira and I don't understand why people can't see that coming across. 'At the end of the day they've just got a similar type and they've both gone for the same person and then she's been portrayed like she keeps going for her men. Advertisement 'But you can see Helena was shocked at that because she's not even realised and just been like we've got the same type and she was joking about it. 'And then I think Shakira, from what's been heard, she's been talking about Helena a hell of a lot more.' Natalie said her reaction to laugh at so many things is because she isn't a fan of confrontation. 'She just likes to keep herself to herself in her own little bubble and she just wants to be friends with everyone and get on with everyone,' she told us. Advertisement 'I know people are saying she said this and that, but you can see by the things that she's done, she just doesn't take life seriously.' And Natalie thinks she has what it takes to win the show, telling us: 'I would absolutely love her to win the show because it has been great TV. 'Whether people have liked her or not liked her, I think if she hadn't been in there it could have been very boring!' 5 Natalie says Shakira has been gunning for Helena Credit: Shutterstock Editorial
