Chaos erupted when it was revealed that three more couples were at risk, and Shakira and Ty — voted most compatible — held the power to dump another duo.
Left dangling by a thread were Tommy and Lucy, Conor and Emma, and Lauren and Harrison.
Shakira chose to save Conor after he revealed he had feelings for her - and said she felt the same.
She told Ty: "Harrison's my best mate obviously, with Conor we've been exploring a connection.
"At the end of the day I'm not going to be in this position and not save the people I've got the best connections with."
When the result was revealed, Helena snapped: "It's not right."
But Shakira stood her ground, coolly responding:
'I did what I wanted to do,' before joking, 'I'm going back to public enemy number one.'
Meanwhile, Toni wasn't hiding her feelings after witnessing Lauren and Harrison kiss right in front of her.
'That's why I wanted them gone,' she fumed.
Love Island rocked by leaked voice note that 'exposes' Casa girl's game plan
Harrison had tried to kiss Toni on the terrace days ago, but slept with Lauren in bed last night.
It comes after The Sun revealed a leaked voice note appearing to show Lucy's game plan to win Love Island by coupling up with Tommy.
The 37-second recording, which Love Island fans claimed was the voice of Lucy Quinn, laid bare a plot to couple with popular Tommy as a surefire way to make the final.
Tommy was previously coupled up with Irish beauty Megan Forte Clarke who was axed after her love triangle with Conor.
Her betrayal led her to be voted one of the three least popular girls by the public.
He was then in a couple with Welsh beauty Emily, but last week, Lucy walked into the main villa holding hands with smitten Tommy, who dumped Emily to be with her.
In the most dramatic moment of the recoupling, Emily was left shell-shocked having stayed loyal to Tommy and given a heartfelt speech in which she said she couldn't wait to see him.

They were axed following a brutal twist on the show, which saw Shaikra and Ty given the power to boot a couple out. The pair got together during the dreaded Casa Amor stage, which saw Tommy ditch Emily. However, shortly before they were dumped, a leaked voice note appeared online which was allegedly made by Lucy before going on Love Island - although this has not been confirmed by her. The 37-second recording lays bare a plot to couple up with popular Tommy as a surefire way to make the final. Fans now believe Tommy has heard this voice note, which was revealed exclusively by The Sun. They think the fact he doesn't mention Lucy at all in his latest TikTok where he talks about his Love Island experience, means the pair have parted ways. They think it's because he must have heard the recording. Taking to the comments under his video, one person said: "He didn't mention Lucy so I reckon he's heard the voice note and wasn't pleased." Another added: "You would've won if it wasn't for Lucy's voice note." Love Island villa left in shock as devastated Emily is dumped by Tommy for Casa Amor beauty in brutal recoupling This person chimed in: "Lucy just used you I hope you've listened to the voice note, shame things didn't work out." Another commented: "I bet he's heard the voice note!" A fifth person added: "Lucy was your downfall especially after her voice note! "You deserve the very best, hope you find a wonderful girl that is perfect for you." The voice note, which was revealed last Friday, said: "I've got a phone call today by the way, saying they want to fly me out on Tuesday or Monday. "So they said to me on Sunday they'll let me know for 100 percent, but looks like I'm f**king going on one of those days. So they were like, get your stuff packed basically. "I was like, I'm already packed love. They asked me for my top three boys. "And told them, I said, Tommy, I want Tommy. I feel like if I'm with Tommy I feel like I'll get all the way to the end. "Because everyone loves him. I don't know if you've been watching it but that Megan's being sent home and I'm f**king made up. "And she's being sent home because of the way she's treated Tommy. "And do you know what, I'm made up that I've been watching it because I know how to act. "Because she's being a f**king little slapper in there. The public have voted her out. So I just need to be left a nice girl and just f**king stick with Tommy." The Sun previously reached out to Love Island for comment.

Davina McCall makes emotional relationship confession as she 'looks forward'
Two years after her marriage with Matthew Robertson ended, former Big Brother host Davina McCall has been in a relationship with her former hair stylist, Michael Douglas Long Lost Family star Davina McCall has shared an emotional relationship confession, saying that she "looks forward" to one thing. Having first met her boyfriend, Michael Douglas, when he was working as her hairstylist while she was hosting Big Brother in the early 2000s, it wasn't until nearly two decades later that their friendship became romantic, when they started dating in 2019. Since then, their relationship has gone from strength to strength, with constant speculation surrounding whether the pair will eventually tie the knot. The couple even co-host their own podcast together, Making the Cut with Davina McCall and Michael Douglas. In a recent episode of the podcast, the pair shared that they had recently met up with Joel Dommett and his wife, Hannah Cooper While explaining that they had known the couple for a few years, Davina said they were all eager to find out a little bit more about each other. In doing so, they played a game devised by Michael, where they picked a song and explained how it related to a specific memory from their earlier years. Reflecting on the heart-warming moments with the Masked Singer presenter and his wife, Davina made an emotional confession to Michael, saying that she looks forward to hearing even more tales about his earlier life: "Because we're going to be together for the rest of our lives. I'm really looking forward to hearing all of the stories to all the songs." Later in the podcast, Davina revealed that Michael had even made her a playlist of songs to help her as she recently went into hospital to undergo brain surgery. This came after a scan of the presenter's brain last year revealed a tumour. After further tests confirmed that it was a benign colloid cyst, she underwent an operation to have it removed. Before settling down with Michael, Davina had already established herself as one of the most recognisable faces in broadcasting, having hosted Big Brother during its heyday in the early 2000s. Her career has continued to flourish since, including her long-standing role as co-host of ITV 's Long Lost Family alongside Nicky Campbell, where the pair help reunite relatives after years apart. In more recent years, she has also added an array of podcasts to her impressive CV, including Begin Again, a show that aims to "embrace midlife as their most transformative era yet." She can also be heard co-hosting Making the Cut weekly with her boyfriend, Michael.
