It's no secret that boho style has made a major comeback - largely thanks to Chloé 'It'-girl Sienna Miller, whose day and night wardrobe is packed with bohemian staples every festival-goer would envy. From long, flowing dresses with cascading ruffles and sheer lace to cool-girl–approved logo belts, there are plenty of standout pieces that perfectly capture the free-spirited vibe of the trend - none more so than one key staple: boho skirts.
It's no surprise that this Pinterest favourite has cemented its place in the fashion spotlight for summer. Back in September last year, Chloé (naturally) led the charge with tiered maxi skirts and sheer lace on the spring/summer 2025 runway. Zimmermann followed suit with whimsical styles featuring broderie anglaise and indie-inspired prints - perfect for a Mediterranean getaway, paired with a lemon-print baby tee or a bright bikini. Of course, as with any designer trend, the high street has stepped up to deliver serious boho-chic credentials - without the especially steep price tag. And we've spotted the fashion crowd wearing playful boho skirts left, right, and centre for some time now.
Amongst all the options, however, one staple clearly steals the spotlight, and that is the Nobody's Child Tiered Maxi Skirt. Thanks to its free-flowing silhouette that features intricate detailing and romantic charm, it's an excellent choice for anyone looking to channel bohemian style à la Miller. Incredibly practical and perfect to wear during sweltering UK temperatures, this maxi skirt is made with a cool organic cotton material so as not to stick to you during hot commutes or during errand runs. Unsurprisingly, it's already earned the stamp of approval from fashion insiders everywhere. 1.
Nobody's Child, Tiered Maxi Skirt
This would-be-Sienna-Miller-approved maxi skirt is an excellent addition to any summer wardrobe, built for beach and bar events.
When it comes to styling, consider pairing with the matching top for an easy breezy one and done off-duty look, or style with cool baby tees and bandeau tops. You could even wear this set for evening rendezvous (with a pair of kitten mules, of course) but if you'd really like to dress the skirt up on its own, opt for a sleek black longline waistcoat and lots of statement jewellery in either silver or gold - depending on your preference.
Otherwise, if you're in the sartorial market for something with a pop of colour, made of lace, or with asymmetric detailing - take a look at our top picks below. I searched for hours, and found some of the best, from Zara and H&M to Reformation and Charo Ruiz. 2.
Zara, Patchwork Midi Skirt
Zara's patchwork skirt combines all the necessary components for a chic boho look - lace, patchwork detailing and a flowing silhouette. It's also easily adjustable thanks to its drawstring waist band. 3.
Oliver Bonas, Scalloped Cutwork Tiered Midi Skirt
Available in a striking bright orange, this Oliver Bonas skirt is perfect if you're after a boho piece with a pop of colour. Featuring scalloped edges and cool cutwork detailing, it's an ideal choice for a stylish trip abroad. 4.
Reformation, Aura Skirt
While Reformation is best known for its A-lister–approved dresses, its skirts are equally impressive. With an A-line fit that offers a relaxed yet flattering silhouette, this skirt effortlessly transitions from casual errands to evening drinks. 5.
Mango, Long Lace Skirt
Long lace skirts have surged in popularity thanks to the boho revival, and we especially love this version from Mango. Its partial inner lining adds a touch of chic sophistication, while the sequined embellishments bring a fun, playful flair. 6.
Celandine, Godet Drawstring Midi Skirt
Nothing beats the comfort of a drawstring midi skirt, effortlessly blending ease and style. This one from Celandine elevates the classic silhouette with whimsical lace detailing along the bottom hem, adding a delicate boho-chic edge. 7.
RIXO, Rudy Silk Skirt
Rixo is a great choice if you like something with a retro feel. We love the Rudy silk skirt, which is perfect if you want to nail the boho look, with a touch of western charm. 8.
Massimo Dutti, Ruffled Midi Skirt
This calf-length ruffled skirt will quickly become your go-to as outdoor temperatures start to stay delightfully balmy. Très Chloé, if you ask us. 9.
Free People, River Convertible Skirt
Free People is practically synonymous with boho style, hence why its River Convertible skirt is a best seller. Wear as intended, or as a mini dress - the choice is yours. 10.
H&M, Lace Inset Maxi Skirt
H&M is excellent at nailing chic style without the hefty price tag - and this maxi is no exception. Wear with a baby tee for that ultimate Y2K-inspired look. 11.
Charo Ruiz, Anglaise Cotton Blend Midi Skirt
If you can afford something slightly pricier, consider this Charo Ruiz staple, featuring broderie-anglaise detailing for an easy breezy day-to-day look. 12.
Etro, Tiered Printed Maxi Skirt
And finally, if you're ready to fully embrace the boho aesthetic, opt for a pretty patterned number that's delightfully chaotic yet boldly stylish.

Lottie Tomlinson poses with brother Louis and new girlfriend Zara McDermott
Glastonbury 2025 got underway this week and plenty of famous faces have already been seen out and about at Worthy Farm – including Louis Tomlinson and his new girlfriend Zara McDermott Lottie Tomlinson has shared some sweet pics with her brother Louis and girlfriend Zara McDermott at Glastonbury this weekend. The mum-of-two took to her Instagram page to post a collection of snaps as she enjoyed the festival. She went to the event with her partner Lewis Burton but also bumped into her musician brother and his new girlfriend in the fields. One of the photos showed Lottie wearing a simple white tank top along with baggy jeans as she snuggled up to her partner and Louis posed behind. Louis can be seen wearing a black vest top along with a cap and sunglasses in a bid to keep his identity a secret over the weekend. Another photo shows that Lottie is clearly getting along with her brother's new girlfriend as she shared a snap posing with the former Love Island star. Zara also went for a dressed down look as she wore blue denim shorts along with a striped blue T-shirt, a cap and high top Converse trainers. Glastonbury 2025 kicked off this week, with plenty of famous musician from around the world descending on Worthy Farm to show off their talent. Music fans as well as celebs have also gone to the event to see their favourite acts. This comes after it was revealed that Louis has unveiled his own unique camping arrangement – a tent solely for booze. The former One Direction star, 33, is camping with a group of mates at Glastonbury rather than going a more luxurious approach. The singing star, who brought a TV to the festival to watch England play an International match last year, has allocated a tent just for drinks. A source told The Mirror: "Louis is determined to make it a weekend to remember and has planned everything with military like precision - including making sure enough booze is available. He has his own tent - and one just for the drinks." Meanwhile, 28-year-old Zara is joining her boyfriend at the festival but won't be camping with him. It's thought that instead she is staying off site. "Everyone is saying it's a nice break for him and Zara but it's a great way also for Zara to meet his mates. It will definitely be a boozy one and not a particularly romantic one," the source added. Zara and Louis first struck up romance rumours earlier this year as they were photographed on a date in Suffolk in March. This came just a few weeks after Zara's split from her long-term boyfriend Sam Thompson. Louis and Zara then enjoyed a trip together in Los Angeles, with Zara finally unveiling her romance on Instagram as the pair enjoyed a brunch date together. Since then, it appears their romance has continued to blossom as Zara was recently seen supporting Louis in Costa Rica.

M&S' 'flattering' £29.50 linen top is 'light and comfortable'
Shoppers love the 'light and comfortable' linen top that's been praised for its 'flattering' shape M&S shoppers are smitten with a "stylish" linen top that's "very flattering" and "comfortable." Customers have shared glowing reviews for the £29.50 Linen Rich Square Neck Vest Top. Not all sizes are available, but the top is currently in stock in sizes 8 to 20. M&S ' product description says: "Breeze through sunny days in style with this lightweight linen-blend top. It's designed in a regular fit with a flattering square neckline for a modern touch. The sleeveless style keeps you cool while offering effortless freedom of movement." Similar styles from M&S include the £25 Linen Rich Square Neck Vest Top, the £35 Linen Rich V-Neck Lace Insert Top, and the £39.50 Linen Rich Cutwork Detail Top. Elsewhere, various retailers offer alternative styles. For example, Next has a £26.50 White Sleeveless Shirt With Linen that could suit shoppers looking for workwear, Nobody's Child has a £42 White Linen-blend Swing Top that could impress those looking for a relaxed fit. Seasalt Cornwall also offers a £47.95 Lighthouse Station Linen Vest. That said, shoppers may still prefer the M&S Linen Rich Square Neck Vest Top. It's loved by reviewers, who praised the look and feel of the product. However, some reported sizing issues, with many commenting on the straps. One happy shopper said: "Lovely material, falls really nicely, wide straps are very flattering, bought for summer, good with jeans and satin skirt etc." A second reviewer wrote: "Very flattering, light and comfortable summer top." Another fan agreed: "Easy and flattering. Some of us need a sun top which is more than a vest top. This one ticks that box very well. Good feel to the fabric." However, a shopper who had a problem with the fit said: "This top is light weight and very versatile. My only gripe with it is that it makes this weird looking crease in the middle & the straps fall down (a lot!) I suggest sizing down." A similar response read: "This is a nice top and this may be down to me but when trying it on the left shoulder kept slipping off onto my arm, so returned it." Someone else replied: "Great fabric. Good value. But no strap adjustment. "Liked the style and fabric. Good cover on the top, however had to return as the straps would not stay up when I tried it on and there is no adjustment. Bought for holiday." There were also mixed views on the silhouette. A reviewer shared: "Lovely top which will be perfect in warmer weather. My only slight criticism is that it's rather shapeless but I'm sure I'll be grateful for it being baggy when I'm hot." But another wrote: "I love a denim top, this is nice but I didn't like it quite enough to keep for the price. It's nice fabric but I would have liked it to have a bit more structure. The neckline is a good shape though." Despite some criticism, the majority of shoppers liked the top. For instance, someone said they liked the top when they sized down, explaining: "Fabric is soft and looks very fresh for summer. But it sizes very big. "Buy small otherwise it does a strange crease in the front." Another pleased fan said: "Love this top, great quality, comfortable and stylish."
