Serena Williams Flaunts Massively Trimmed & Toned 'Angles' In The Gym

looks great and she knows it! The mother-of-two heats the furnace for an epic summer as she shows off the flawless results of her gym activities in several slides. Serena Williams' appearance has remained the center of controversial conversations for a few years, especially since the births of her two kids. The former athlete set the tongues wagging on Instagram as he shared pics of her time in the gym after a session which had her looking all shades of toned. Williams flaunted her fit body in a black two-piece gym set featuring a black tank top with matching leggings and white sneakers. She paired the look with a pink scarf, holding her soft blonde hair. Williams' six-pack abs were on full display, along with her toned arms and thighs, as she struck various poses. "Working out and working on my angles," the former world champion wrote in the caption. The image gained over 21k likes and hundreds of comments complimenting her physique. As always, Williams' new, trimmed and toned body attracted observations from fans and followers, and praises from her loved ones like Lala, who declared, "Always preparing for summer." Another commenter noted that she looked a lot "bigger when playing tennis," while one more Instagram user stated that they are not a fan of the athlete's new size. "Tennis is a great workout," a fourth commenter added, as another user stated that Williams' new post was inspired by Drake's recent picture, also flaunting his "abs." For context, the athlete and the rapper were once rumored flings. This fan referenced the tennis legend's struggle to fit into a particular Valentino skirt last year, and affirmed that the skirt (misspelled as "Prada") has probably gotten "too big" for her now. "Oh, she court ready….come back," this follower wrote, urging Williams to consider getting a hold of the racket again. The 43-year-old smashed a major goal at the close of 2024 by fitting into a skirt she purchased when she was pregnant with her second child in 2023. As stated by PEOPLE, Williams welcomed her baby, Adira River, in August 2023 and made it her New Year's resolution to make her Valentino skirt fit her frame. She decided to do a big reveal before stepping into 2025 with her Instagram followers, saying: 'I have an audience today for this big moment of will it or will it not fit.' After a few stretches and adjustments to the denim skirt, she finally arrived at her destination and received the verdict: yes, the skirt did fit. The athlete noted that if she were just an ounce bigger, it wouldn't have worked. She concluded the session, stressing the need to give herself credit for sticking to her words and smashing her projections for the year. The champ has stayed open about fitting into her dream clothes because she wants to become relatable, as opposed to the usual rhetoric that artists are untouchable. Williams battled through unwarranted comments about her looks in 2024, a year after she welcomed her second daughter. As noted by The Blast, the athlete has been slammed with rumors of alleged nose jobs, cheekbone implants, drug-induced weight loss, and even skin lightening procedures. In a subtle reply to all these unending reports, the athlete decided to show up on Instagram rocking a double denim look with a clapback caption that read, "100% real….forehead to toe… lol." She posed from different angles, pairing her denim look with curly blonde tresses and chocolate-toned makeup. Williams' looks earned nods from several quarters, including her close friend Khloé Kardashian, who wrote, "Speak on it !!!!!!" The mother-of-two explained during an interview with USA Today that she has adopted a very obsessively healthy approach to life since bowing out of the tennis court. She noted that one of the ways she achieved that was ditching the idea of getting on any form of diet since she tends to gain weight instead of losing it. The star also acknowledged that people achieve healthy living in multiple ways, and everyone needs to find what works for them. In line with this stance, the athlete and her husband, Alexis Ohanian, have adopted the Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) trend to monitor their glucose levels. Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGMs) are small sensors inserted under the skin of the arm, providing real-time data on blood sugar levels directly to a smartphone. They are typically worn for one to two weeks to serve as a vital tool for individuals with diabetes, and they can also connect with insulin pumps for enhanced management of blood sugar. Williams shared that since welcoming her kids alongside Ohanian, she has gotten on the journey towards achieving longevity. In her words: 'Longevity is something that we have to work at…I'm in that journey in my life where I want to work at that, and I want to create the best scenario I can for that.' Way to go, Serena Williams! Look at those abs!

Mariah Carey's ‘Type Dangerous' Video Features MrBeast, But Not for Long

Let the games begin with Mariah Carey — if you don't mind a little danger. Mimi can make a man disappear with an on-brand quip and a simple shrug, a talent she casually demonstrates in her new 'Type Dangerous' music video, featuring a surprise cameo from MrBeast. Carey sings all about how she's 'never been afraid of love/ That's why I like 'em dangerous' in her new single. But she also doesn't need anyone wasting her time. 'I don't have time for the rigamarole,' she warns on the track's first verse, during which she makes her grand arrival in a sparkling evening gown in the Joseph Kahn-directed visual. The 'Type Dangerous' video is here just a week after the single dropped. Carey's last full-length album was 2018's Caution, which was a top 5 album on the Billboard 200. She recently hinted that MC16 — her long-awaited 16th album — might soon follow. This year was a milestone year for one of Carey's most iconic albums. She celebrated the 20th anniversary of The Emancipation of Mimi in April with the May release of a deluxe, multi-disc anniversary edition of the LP, featuring remixes, bonus tracks, radio mixes and a cappella cuts.
