MAFS star reveals secret health battle as she begs fans for help, admitting ‘I'm in agony'
Lacey, 28, told her Instagram followers she's "in agony" with scoliosis – a condition which causes the spine to curve – since her teenage years.

Taking to her Stories, she wrote: "I'm in agony with my back, I have scoliosis 2 curves.
"Been on going since a teenager and wore a back brace.
"Need some advice on the best back supports to help with my posture and work etc.. thank you.
"Any advice I would appreciate it."
Lacey recently sparked romance rumours with Terence Edwards as they rang in her birthday at a trendy bar.
Terence, 40, and Lacey cuddled up close for plenty of photos and videos posted to their respective Instagram stories.
The pair appeared on the E4 reality relationship series one year apart, but seems they have become fast friends since moving on from their TV spouses.
They partied with Lacey's twin sister Paige and Love Island's Marcel Sommerville at celebrity hotspot, Sheesh, in Chigwell.
The pair even took a video of themselves doing shots on the night out.
Terrence also posted a video sitting next to Lacey and filmed her receiving her birthday cake as she cheered while everyone sang her Happy Birthday.
The social worker turned DJ and host found fame in the 2023 series of MAFS, while Lacey appeared on the E4 show a year later.
Terrence was paired with Porscha Pernnelle on MAFS UK, but their marriage did not last when he walked out of the show after hearing rumours she had kissed other grooms.
Since then, he has been spotted hanging out with another MAFS UK star, Tasha Joy, 27.
As for Lacey, she seemed to have a happier marriage on the series when she was put with Nathan Campbell, but they split after the show aired.
Their breakup turned sour when Nathan accused Lacey of wanting to fake their romance in order to get more publicity and media opportunities.
He made the revelations during February's reunion episode.
Nathan told some of the other grooms: "She messaged me and said after a year you get magazine deals and things like that, showmance."
He went on to say: "She sent me a text message saying the relationship she wanted would be a pretend one so she could get more opportunity from it and make more money but I didn't want to do it."
What is scoliosis?
Scoliosis is a sideways curvature of the spine, which can cause uneven shoulders.
Treatment is not always necessary for the condition but some people who develop scoliosis can be required to wear a back brace to stop the curve worsening as they get older.
In cases where surgery is required, patients may undergo a spinal fusion operation; a procedure that can last for several hours.
Lacey's family defended her on social media and she opened up about experiencing dark episodes since the breakup.
"We all have our battles, but overall, I am a positive girl. And I didn't get out my pyjamas for four days. I was crying, and it was just me, my mum and my twin sister Paige in the house," she told Bobby Norris on his Access All Areas podcast.
"And I was like, Mum, there's no way out. And for me, I feel like Nathan should have put a statement out."
She continued: "I suffer with depression. I'm pretty open about that, but I've never had dark thoughts like that where I'm drowning.
"I just want it to be all over. I just want to be asleep. And, it was a hard place. And there was no one to run to, and even if you put out a statement, people weren't really reading it."

News of their split came just five months after the TV presenter's noticeable absent from Patrick's mother's funeral in March. However his mother's death wasn't the first tragedy to rock the family after his father was shot by protestant paramilitaries who claimed he was an IRA chief during the Troubles when Patrick was just 16 years old. His businessman father Jack was gunned down by loyalist shooters from the Ulster Freedom Fighters at his desk in 1988 at the age of 44 after refusing to pay protection money. Patrick previously recalled the moment he was called into the headteacher's office to be told of his father's death. He revealed he thought he assumed he was just in trouble until he was issued with the devastating news. Patrick explained: 'I remember going to school and like lots of other kids who were 16, putting up your posters for Comic Relief. 'And being called to the headmaster's office and thinking "I didn't ask permission to put these posters up, here we go". 'The headmaster said, "I think you need to sit down". There was a slow motion but very quick exchange. 'He said "your father's been shot". I said "is he dead?" and he said "yes".' It wasn't until later that Patrick and his family found out why his father had been targeted. He explained: 'Rather than pay protection money to loyalist paramilitaries he decided to go to the police.' Patrick's father was in his building firm's office when members of the Loyalist Ulster Freedom Fighters sprayed it with bullets. It was a case of mistaken identity, with the killers believing Jack to be an officer in the IRA, a link that was immediately dismissed by the Royal Ulster Constabulary and family members. Speaking candidly about his father's death in the BBC documentary My Dad, the Peace Deal and Me, Patrick revealed he could never forgive those who killed his dad. Patrick said: 'I can't forgive them. But whether or not these people are in jail, it's not going to bring Dad back. 'I felt if this is what has to happen to stop this happening to someone else, I'll suck that up. I won't hug them and tell them it was OK - but I want to move on.' He also revealed the IRA tried to recruit him to exact revenge on his killers as he added: 'At the time of my dad's death, there were thousands of armed paramilitaries and it would've been easy for me to pick up a gun myself. 'My dad's brother had been approached in the graveyard by the IRA to say, "look, we could probably use a couple of good smart strong strapping lads like those Kielty lads if they're interested in revenge". 'They were told in no uncertain terms where to go. Everyone wants to believe their loved one died for a cause. But my dad died for nothing.' Patrick's mother Mary was 46 when her husband died and she never remarried, raising Patrick and his brothers John and Cahal as a single mother. The TV star previously said of his mother: 'My dad was a brave man but it was my mum who wanted to protect us. 'She's the one who raised the family and kept us together. She was 46 when he died and she never remarried.' It is no surprise that the three brothers had such a close bond to their mother who passed away aged 80 at her home in the village of Dundrum in March this year. The Irish comedian looked bereft as he carried her coffin at her funeral in County Down. A death notice said Mary 'will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her entire family circle, neighbours and friends'.

MAFS expert John Aiken breaks silence on cast being snubbed from Logies and why the reality juggernaut will never win TV's top gong
Married At First Sight may be one of the biggest shows on Australian television, but in a surprising twist, it has never taken home a Logie. Speaking to Daily Mail Australia ahead of Sunday night's Logie Awards, expert John Aiken admitted that despite dominating the ratings every year, the reality series has never been recognised with a win on Australian TV's night of nights. 'We have never won anything at the Logies,' Aiken admitted. 'But we're pretty happy with the ratings that we have. At the end of the day it all comes down to who's prepared to vote. 'The shows that win usually have people who get online and vote. With MAFS, while we have a lot of committed viewers, they don't seem to vote.' Aiken said the team does not measure success by trophies. 'We don't do it to get a Logie, we do it because it's fun, it's exciting and a lot of people watch it. The real prize is the huge audience engagement we get every year,' he said. This year, like in the past, many MAFS cast members have been left off the official Logies guest list, something Aiken says is out of everyone's hands. 'It's a privilege to be invited, but it's completely out of my hands and out of the hands of the talent. Every year people are going to miss out, but you have no control over it,' he explained. And even if the show did win a Logie, Aiken joked it would be risky to let some of the brides or grooms accept the award. 'You'd have no idea what they're going to say,' he said with a laugh. 'They're very brave people who put themselves out there and I'm grateful to them for doing the show, but you never know what they'll do once filming wraps.' Aiken says that while the Logies may elude them, the show's reach is undeniable. 'It's now in its 13th season and it just keeps growing. It's sold into over 120 countries and it's consistently high in the ratings here. We keep putting out a high-quality product that people respond to,' John said. The social media ripple effect is also huge. 'TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat - it's all part of the cast's life now. Even if they don't get to go to the Logies they still get big opportunities in the media afterwards,' he said. Aiken says the show is polarising and that is exactly why it works. 'People either love it or hate it, but no one feels lukewarm. If it gets people talking, frustrated, cheering or angry, we're doing something right.' As for Sunday's Logies, Aiken is expecting a ribbing. 'I'll cop a little serve from all sorts of people. But you've got to have a thick skin and be able to laugh at yourself in this industry,' he said. With filming on the new season underway, Aiken teased that viewers can expect a fiery group of women leading the charge. 'We've got a cast full of very powerful, opinionated, outspoken women who will hold everyone to account. Some also have a heavy TikTok flavour to their dating approach which is very entertaining,' John explained. He says the cast is unlike anything we have seen before, with fresh cultural diversity, a sports presenter who loves cricket, and personalities who break the mould of previous seasons. Fans can also expect Aiken to continue his no-nonsense approach at the dinner parties. 'My role is clear now. I call out bad behaviour and hold people to account,' he said. 'Over the last few seasons I've become more direct and blunt because sometimes the behaviour is more extreme. People at home learn from that too.' Aiken also weighed in on some of last season's breakout stars – and why they became household names. 'Eliot Donovan was such an interesting journey. He came in polarising, had some ups and downs, but by the end people could see a different side of him. That redemption arc is rare on reality TV and it made people lean in,' Aiken said. Aiken meanwhile praised fellow bride Jamie Marinos, calling her 'a total breath of fresh air'. 'Jamie was bubbly, funny and had that unfiltered way of speaking her mind that you just cannot script,' he said. 'People loved her energy and it translated into huge social media engagement.' He added that these big personalities are exactly why MAFS continues to dominate the cultural conversation. 'They're authentic. Sometimes that makes them controversial, but it also makes them relatable. Whether people are cheering for them or against them, they're watching.' Voting is now open for all awards and will remain open until 7pm AEST, Friday, August 1.
