Tyreek Hill accused of using intimidation tactics in messy divorce battle with estranged wife Keeta Vaccaro
The divorce between Miami Dolphins star Tyreek Hill and Keeta Vaccaro has turned into a bitter courtroom feud that's now being publicly aired in documents and legal filings, with accusations flying from both sides.
What began as a private split is rapidly becoming a high-profile legal spectacle, revealing not only strained personal dynamics but also an increasingly contentious battle over control, reputation, and custody.
Keeta Vaccaro calls out
Tyreek Hill
's alleged 'silencing tactics' in explosive twist to divorce proceedings
Vaccaro's legal team is pushing back hard against Hill's recent motion for a gag order, labeling it a veiled attempt to silence her in court. The motion, originally filed by Hill's lawyers on June 23, requested a Miami judge to bar Vaccaro from making statements in legal documents that could harm Hill's public image.
But Vaccaro's attorneys argue that the move reeks of intimidation and hypocrisy. 'In terms of purpose, the Husband's motion is a clear attempt to silence and intimidate wife's counsel and control the representation that she receives in this litigation,' they stated in the response, which was first obtained by Daily Mail. They also pointed out, 'He wants to silence the wife's lawyers while his own pleadings disparage and denigrate the wife.

Tyreek Hill & Keeta Vaccaro Divorce: Toxic Breakups | Humble Baddies
The irony of Hill's complaint wasn't lost on Vaccaro's lawyers, who referenced what they called 'The Goose-Gander Rule,' pointing to what they see as double standards. They argue that while Hill wants to censor Vaccaro's legal commentary, he himself has made damaging allegations. In one such filing, Hill accused Vaccaro of stealing from him and fraudulently accessing his financial accounts to benefit herself and her mother.
'Three days before he filed his motion to enjoin, he filed a pleading in which he alleged… that the wife 'has a history of stealing,'' her lawyers noted, citing a headline that subsequently ran in media reports.
Hill's attorneys, Michael Gottlieb and Christi Bright, claim the gag order is necessary to prevent further reputational damage, suggesting that the NFL player is a public figure under greater scrutiny. Vaccaro's response firmly counters that argument, claiming Hill simply doesn't want to 'look bad.'
Beyond the battle over speech, the divorce has sparked disputes over finances and custody. Vaccaro, who shares an 8-month-old daughter named Capri with Hill, alleged that he has failed to pay temporary spousal or child support. She also accused him of withholding access to their shared home and a vehicle, denying her financial stability in the process. 'The motion is another example of the Husband's pattern of coercive control,' the response claimed.
Tensions escalated further following a domestic dispute at the couple's Miami apartment in April — the same month Vaccaro filed for divorce, citing the marriage as 'irretrievably broken.' Police reports revealed that Hill had thrown a laptop and walked toward a balcony with their daughter. Though no arrests were made, officers noticed a bruise on Vaccaro's chest.
In an emergency filing, Vaccaro claimed Hill disappeared for two nights following the incident and later took their daughter without her consent.
She is now seeking exclusive use of the home and supervised visitation for Hill.
The couple had married in November 2023 during the Dolphins' bye week, after being engaged for over two years. This unraveling, however, has exposed a much deeper breakdown than what the public had previously known, with both sides now prepared for a long legal confrontation.

Akola horror: 16-year-old NEET aspirant molested, bitten; auto driver arrested
1 2 Akola: A 16-year-old NEET aspirant was allegedly molested inside a moving auto-rickshaw in Akola. When she resisted, the driver reportedly bit her on the arm and thigh. Displaying remarkable courage and presence of mind, the minor girl leapt out of the vehicle to save herself and reported the incident at the Civil Lines police station. The disturbing incident has raised serious concerns about women's safety—especially for outstation students and minors—and the lack of monitoring mechanisms for public transport in Akola, which is rapidly emerging as a coaching hub in western Vidarbha. Acting swiftly, Civil Lines police arrested the accused, identified as Jafar Khan Subhedar Khan, and seized the auto-rickshaw (MH 30 E 9497). He has been booked under Section 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO) Act and Sections 74, 118(1), and 137(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS). The accused was produced before the court on Saturday and remanded to magisterial custody, Civil Lines police station in-charge Malti Kayande said. The survivor, a resident of Paratwada in Amravati district, is preparing for the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) in Akola. According to police, she had returned to the city on Friday evening after visiting her hometown. Upon reaching the bus stand, she hired an auto-rickshaw to travel to her hostel. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like 5 Books Warren Buffett Wants You to Read In 2025 Blinkist: Warren Buffett's Reading List Undo However, the driver allegedly diverted the vehicle to a deserted area and molested her. The incident triggered massive outrage in the city, with several student groups, women's rights organisations, and activists demanding swift and strict action. They also called for fast-track court proceedings and the maximum possible punishment for the accused. No Lessons Learnt A similar incident had rocked Maharashtra on March 31, 2023, when a visually impaired woman was raped near the Akola bus stand. Despite widespread outrage, systemic reforms are yet to be fully implemented. The latest case serves as a grim reminder of the urgent need for action. If unaddressed, cities like Akola could become increasingly unsafe for women and students.

Arms dealer 'linked to Vadra' now a fugitive
NEW DELHI: A Delhi court on Saturday declared arms dealer Sanjay Bhandari a fugitive economic offender, observing that failed extradition attempts does not make him an "angel or immune from the prosecution for the violation of Indian laws". The order, which was reserved by the court of Special Judge Sanjeev Aggarwal on May 24, was pronounced on Saturday. "Extradition attempt may have failed, but it will not make accused angel or immune from the prosecution for the violation of Indian laws. FEO proceedings are another way of making one come back to India to face trial by coercing him to return by attachment, confiscation of properties of such fugitive economic offender and proceeds of crime, and by disentitling the such fugitive economic offender from putting forward or defending any civil claim," the judge said in his 100-page judgment. "...this court is satisfied that Sanjay Bhandari is a fugitive economic offender under section 12(1) of the Fugitive Economic Offenders Act, 2018, and is declared as such under the above provision(s)" of the Act, he said. ED and I-T department had in the extradition proceedings claimed that Bhandari had undisclosed foreign income worth Rs 655 crore on which he evaded tax worth Rs 196 crore. The middleman in defence deals, allegedly a key factor in deals like that of trainer aircraft Pilatus, deposited huge amounts of money in bank accounts of overseas shell companies and also invested in properties in the UAE and the UK between 2009 and 2016. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like An engineer reveals: One simple trick to get internet without a subscription Techno Mag Learn More Undo The case against Bhandari has an important political dimension - his alleged links with Robert Vadra , spouse of Congress MP Priyanka Gandhi Vadra. Robert is also being probed for his links with Bhandari, who fled to London when multiple agencies started investigating him in 2016. The judgment came on the ED's application filed under the Act in 2019. The court said the "fugitive" tag is to an individual who has committed schedule offence or offences involving an amount of Rs 100 crore or more and who has absconded or refused to return to avoid criminal prosecution. This will allow ED to confiscate his properties anywhere in the world and bar Bhandari, who is wanted by Indian agencies in multiple cases, from filing or defending any civil proceedings in India. The judge dismissed Bhandari's counsel's argument that the UK high court's order disallowing ED's plea for his extradition makes him eligible to stay in London, and therefore, FEO won't apply to him. "The said argument is without any substance as the extradition failure will not make any difference as the extradition of the accused was one of the means to bring the accused to India to face trial in the said offence under Section 51 of the Black Money Act," the judge said. The court stressed Bhandari wilfully refused to return to face criminal prosecution, and said, "...this court is satisfied that the total value of the schedule offence is Rs 100 crore or more i.e. the schedule to the present FEO Act which is Section 51 of Black Money Act." The court also rejected Bhandari's contention that declaring him a fugitive economic offender entails very serious consequences, effectively amounting to economic death penalty. "Bhandari always has an option to return... when he chooses not to return to India, he cannot take the plea of avoiding all the legal consequences... In any case those who play with fire should be aware of its consequences," the court said.

'Jail or blacklisted': Ethan Klein wants Twitch CEO Dan Clancy to get jailed over HasanAbi toy gun incident
(Image via @huffnmorepuff & @hasanthehun/X) Tensions are boiling over in the streaming world as H3H3's Ethan Klein called out Twitch CEO Dan Clancy with a scathing statement: 'I hope Dan Clancy ends up in jail.' This explosive remark came after a fiery controversy involving political streamer HasanAbi, sparking a debate over Twitch's selective rule enforcement and alleged hypocrisy among creators. The Trigger: HasanAbi's Toy Gun Outburst On July 3, 2025, HasanAbi went viral after a clip surfaced showing him reacting aggressively to a viewer's alleged threats. During a live stream, he identified a YouTuber believed to be behind the hate messages and pointed what appeared to be a toy gun at the screen, ranting: 'Let's hang Hasan and Mamdani for treason, he says... What are you going to do? Try to f**king put malware in my phone? Is that what you're going to do? You skinny b**ch! Ugly a**!" The video ignited backlash, with some accusing HasanAbi of inciting harassment and even potential doxing — a serious violation of Twitch's terms of service. Ethan Klein Fires Back The next day, Ethan Klein, known for his bold opinions on the H3 Podcast , took to Instagram with a brutal critique. Klein claimed that Hasan had not only doxed the wrong person but had also done so while wielding a realistic-looking toy weapon — something Ethan himself had been previously crucified for. (Ethan Klein called out Twitch over HasanAbi toy gun incident on Instagram (Image via @h3Hhproductions/Instagram) His story was unapologetically direct: 'You spent the last year calling me a doxxer for doing the same exact thing... I'm not offended… I just find the brazen hypocrisy funny.' But the sharpest barb was reserved for Dan Clancy. Ethan accused the Twitch CEO of enabling favoritism and failing to enforce platform rules consistently, saying: 'It's approaching criminal negligence... I hope Dan Clancy ends up in jail or blacklisted from ever working in tech again.' Twitch's Silence Raises Eyebrows The controversy gained even more traction when Daniel Saltman, CEO of REDACT and fellow streamer, stepped in. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like 5 Books Warren Buffett Wants You to Read In 2025 Blinkist: Warren Buffett's Reading List Undo He revealed that he had reported HasanAbi's channel through every official Twitch channel, with no response. Saltman tagged Clancy directly on X (formerly Twitter), accusing Twitch of ignoring reports and dodging accountability: 'This has now been reported on every available system. Good luck finding a reason to ignore them.' Fallout & What's Next At its core, this controversy underscores two major issues: platform favoritism and inconsistent enforcement. Twitch has yet to issue an official statement, and as criticism mounts, pressure on Dan Clancy continues to grow. Will Twitch respond? Will there be consequences for HasanAbi? And will Clancy survive this latest firestorm? One thing's for sure: this isn't over. For real-time updates, scores, and highlights, follow our live coverage of the India vs England Test match here.
