DisRespect vs Nadeshot controversy explained
The gaming world is no stranger to spicy feuds, but the tension between
Dr DisRespect
and
Nadeshot
has taken an unexpected twist in 2025. What started as subtle shade and TikTok-fuelled whispers has turned into a digital cold war, complete with blocked numbers, off-platform shots, and stream clips getting blown way out of proportion.
Here's a breakdown of what's really going on.
It started with some 'background noise' on TikTok
Over the past few weeks, Herschel 'Dr DisRespect' Beahm reportedly came across clips of Matthew 'Nadeshot' Haag talking about him on stream. Problem? Nadeshot says those clips were misleading and fake.
On a July 8 Twitch stream, Nadeshot, a few drinks in and vibing mid-stream, finally addressed the growing chatter:
'I've seen like three TikToks in the last two weeks about Doc saying that people sent him clips of me talking sh*t… I saw it once, didn't say a word, never.'
He doubled down, saying he hasn't publicly talked about Doc at all, and if Doc thought otherwise, he must've bought into fan-made drama.
A quiet cold war suddenly explodes
According to Nadeshot, the last time they had any actual contact wasn't even
direct
. Apparently, Doc blocked Nadeshot's number, forcing him to ask someone else to deliver a message on his behalf:
'I had to have a proxy send my text… told him to stop f**king talking about me on your goddamn stream.'
Clearly, things weren't exactly chill behind the scenes.
Doc fires back on Rumble
Dr DisRespect, now streaming exclusively on Rumble since late 2024, responded during a June 26 stream after a viewer claimed Nadeshot was 'running his yapper.' Doc's reply? Classic Doc energy, with a twist of old-school beef:
'He got a little butthurt after I talked sh*t about his 100 Thieves. If that's true, he shouldn't be yapping. His numbers are atrocious.'
But here's the irony: Nadeshot's numbers are actually
soaring

NADESHOT CALLS OUT DR DISRESPECT
Why is this beef even happening?
Let's rewind. Back in 2024, when Doc's Twitch ban was still a topic of conversation, Nadeshot openly distanced himself from the controversy, saying:
'It doesn't take a rocket scientist to understand that I don't support talking to minors.'
That comment, made in response to the allegations tied to Doc's Twitch ban, may have been the quiet spark that lit this year's fire. Since then, the two hadn't interacted much, until TikTok started throwing gasoline.
No one's throwing hands, but it's safe to say there's some frost between these two. Misunderstandings, fan speculation, and a few offhand remarks have turned silence into sniping. Whether this cools off or escalates further, we'll be watching. Because in the world of gaming drama, all it takes is a clip, a cap, and a couple of drinks to blow things wide open.

Old timers in Ooty recall Saroja Devi film shootings
Saroja Devi and MGR in the movie 'Anbe Vaa' UDHAGAMANDALAM: While mourning the demise of legendary South Indian actress B Saroja Devi, Nilgirians fondly recall the filming of the 'Rajavin Parvai' song for the Tamil movie 'Anbe Vaa' in the Government Botanical Garden (GBG) in 1965. More than 10,000 people gathered at the GBG to witness the filming of the song featuring M G Ramachandran (MGR) and B Saroja Devi. In his book 'Misty Memoirs,' D Thiagarajan writes, 'During the shooting of 'Rajavin Parvai Raniyin Pakkam' at the Botanical Garden, more than ten thousand people crowded the shooting spot. I have never seen such a large crowd for any film shooting.' Dharmalingam Venugopal, who also was among the crowd, says, 'Among the unforgettable movies filmed in Ooty, 'Anbe Vaa' provided a great experience for the local people. The shooting of the famous song 'Rajavin Parvai' at the Italian garden in GBG, featuring a grand chariot, artificial mist, and regal costumes, was an out-of-this-world experience for the local audience.' An old-time film enthusiast recalls a memorable moment during the song shooting "Naan Parthathile Aval Oruthi Than' in the same movie. 'Despite multiple takes, a hat thrown by MGR did not land on Saroja Devi's head. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Top Public Speaking Course for Children Planet Spark Book Now Undo Ultimately, a director's assistant placed the hat on her head from off-camera. It was great fun to watch the shoot and especially Saroja Devi,' he reminisces. Saroja Devi frequently visited Ooty for films with legends like MGR, Sivaji Ganesan and NTR. R A Das recalls 'The song 'Chittukuruvi Mutham Koduthu' from the 1964 classic 'Pudhiya Paravi,' which stars Sivaji Ganesan and Saroja Devi, was filmed near a tribal hamlet close to Ooty. The tree that Saroja Devi leans against while singing the song is still there today.'
