'Star Wars' actor Kenneth Colley dies at 87
July 3 (UPI) -- Kenneth Colley, an actor best known for his roles in the "Star Wars" films and "Monty Python's The Life of Brian," has died after contracting COVID-19 and developing pneumonia. He was 87.

In a "Coming Soon in 2025" clip released Tuesday, the streamer teased several new shows, including Alien: Earth and the limited series The Twisted Tale of Amanda Knox. Alien: Earth stars Sydney Chandler, Timothy Olyphant, Alex Lawther, Samuel Blenkin, Babou Ceesay, Adrian Admondson, David Rysdahl, Essie Davis, Lily Newmark, Erana James, Adarsh Gourav, Jonathan Ajayi, Kit Young, Diem Camille, Moe Bar-El and Sandra Yi Sencindiver. The series takes place in 2120, two years prior to the events of the 1979 film Alien. In the upcoming show, "mysterious life forms more terrifying than anyone could have ever imagined" are discovered. Alien: Earth arrives on FX and Hulu on Aug. 12. The Twisted Tale of Amanda Knox, meanwhile, stars Grace Van Patten, Sharon Horgan, John Hoogenakker, Francesco Acquaroli, Giuseppe De Domenico and Roberta Mattei. The series, due Aug. 20, is described as being "inspired by the story of how Amanda Knox was wrongfully convicted for the tragic murder of her roommate, Meredith Kercher, and her journey to set herself free." The roster also includes Season 2 of Percy Jackson and the Olympians, which is expected in December. A third season has already been ordered. All's Fair, a legal drama from Ryan Murphy starring Kim Kardashian, Naomi Watts, Glenn Close, Sarah Paulson, Niecy Nash and Teyana Taylor, is set to arrive in the fall. The streamer also teased Chad Powers and Wonder Man.

WWE 'Raw': Goldberg takes down Gunther
July 8 (UPI) -- Hall of Famer Goldberg made a surprise appearance to confront World Heavyweight Champion Gunther one last time before their title match on WWE Raw. Gunther, on Monday, called Goldberg a coward who was scared to meet with him face-to-face. Goldberg then arrived to the arena in style by driving in an old school muscle car. Goldberg drove fast into the parking garage and walked straight to the ring as the crowd chanted his name. Goldberg got right into Gunther's face and slapped the microphone out of his hands before the champ could say anything else. The Hall of Famer then gave Gunther the opportunity to punch him once. Gunther obliged but Goldberg blocked his attack and delivered a punch of his own that instantly sent the champ to the ground. Goldberg set up in the corner to deliver his patent Spear, but Gunther wisely exited out of the ring. Gunther defends his World Heavyweight Championship against Goldberg at Saturday Night's Main Event on July 12. The event will take place in Goldberg's hometown of Atlanta, with the match being billed as potentially his final.

File Photo by Greg Grudt/UPI | License Photo July 8 (UPI) -- Actress and former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Denise Richards and her husband Aaron Phypers are getting divorced. People reported Phypers filed for divorce Monday after 6 years of marriage, noting the split resulted from "irreconcilable differences." The couple met when Richards sought "preventative DNA repair" at Phypers' Malibu business, which has since closed, in 2017. They married in 2018, and recently talked about divorce in an episode of the Bravo reality series Denise Richards & Her Wild Things. "I'll never get divorced, even if we hate each other," Richards said, per People. Phypers is seeking spousal support. The divorce paperwork states Richards makes approximately $250,000 a month, according to E! News. Richards has two daughters, Sami Sheen and Lola Sheen, with her ex-husband Charlie Sheen, and adopted her daughter Eloise in 2011. Today said Phypers' divorce filing is a petition for "a dissolution of marriage without minor children," despite previous plans for Phypers to adopt Eloise as his daughter with Richards. Richards has not commented on the filing.
