Iain Dean (Michael Stevenson) is in danger in Casualty soon, as this new trailer shows the drama he will be involved in throughout the medical drama's next boxset.
The new mini-series is called Supply and Demand and primarily focuses on the paramedics working at Holby City Hospital.
In the first episode – which airs this Saturday – it's been three months since the ambulance crash, and Jan Jennings (Di Botcher) is still struggling to trust young paramedic Indie Jankowski (Naomi Wakszlak).
For Iain, who has a great deal of experience when it comes to crashing ambulances and landing into trouble, he takes Indie under his wing and grows frustrated at Jan, believing she should move past the incident.
The twelve-parter will delve into the realities of a drug crisis as an interruption to the drug supply chain causes the ED to fall under even more pressure.
In this trailer, we see the moment Iain chases danger again, climbing up onto a crane for a daring rescue.
As the paramedic team begins to fall apart as a result of many factors, Iain will spend time with Hart – the Hazardous Area Response Team. Star Michael Stevenson recently told me more about Iain's decision to leave Holby…albeit temporarily.
'The offer that comes in for Hart, it sort of side-lines him a little bit and you know as much as he is happy that he's settled now and married and all that kind of stuff, you'll never take that element away from him that he is drawn to the excitement and the thrill of danger.

'And you know he's been with Hems before, Hems is always a good shout for him to do because of the next level up of rescue that he gets to do and stuff like that, but Hart is a whole new level. More Trending
'That is his first temptation away from it, but then what reinforces that is the team around him that he's spent so long building and nurturing is slowly starting to fall apart and that only gets worse as things transpire after this episode.'
Supply and Demand will also see Flynn (Olly Rix) struggle to connect with his daughters, while Ngozi (Adesuwa Oni) continues to receive support from Dylan (William Beck), following the reveal that she has an addiction to alcohol.

McDonald's won't be bringing these massive boxes of fries to the UK

To view this video please enable JavaScript, and consider upgrading to a web browser that supports HTML5 video You can't order a Maccies without fries. We don't make the rules, but the fact is, no Big Mac or Quarter Pounder meal is complete without them. Fry-loving Brits were at risk of some serious FOMO this week though, as McDonald's Malaysia launched an XXL version of the classic side dish. To celebrate International French Fry Day, the chain dropped the Fan Fries Meal, which featured a gargantuan box of chips as the main event. This promotional portion size looks like the equivalent of three large fries smushed together in an extended cardboard container. And if that wasn't enough for you, it comes with a drink and a side (of fries, no less) as well. It's safe to say people were excited for the meal to drop — there was even a countdown to it in Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur's busy retail district. But if you were thinking of booking a flight to Asia to get your hands on it, you're unfortunately too late. The XXL fries were only available between July 11 and July 13, meaning unless you were in Malaysia, you'll have just missed out. In even more devastating news, McDonald's has confirmed to Metro that there aren't any plans to introduce this in the UK. So if you want a huge serving of lightly-salted goodness, you'll have to order a few boxes separately. Fast food fans were left with their mouths watering when the creation was shared on X. Its description as a shareable portion also appeared to be up for debate, with many claiming they could demolish the whole box without any help. 'This is a much more efficient way of ordering for me,' @razacodes joked. 'Now I don't have to buy four large fries.' 'I can finish this by myself,' added @FlairFantasy, while @LaPetiteADA asked: 'Why didn't they come up with this before?' More Trending However, others were less on board with such humungous helpings, including one commenter who dubbed the invention 'criminal'. For UK McDonald's customers gutted to have missed out, hopefully news of new menu item will quell your sadness: the Double Filet-O-Fish, which dropped on July 1. The burger, which costs £5.29, features not one but two pollock fish patties in crispy breadcrumbs, along with melted cheese and tartare sauce inside a steamed bun. Brits raced to get their hands on it, with those who tried it hailing it as 'perfect', 'truly amazing', 'the best' and 'worth the wait'. Do you have a story to share? US tennis star Danielle Collins reveals a cameraman tried to forcibly kiss her in early days on tour

US tennis star Danielle Collins has spoken out about the shocking moment when a cameraman tried to forcibly kiss her after a match. Collins, 31, joined the 'Reign with Josh Smith' podcast to reflect on a number of issues - from dealing with misogyny in the sport to her endometriosis diagnosis. Among those discussions, Collins revealed all about the bizarre incident involving herself and a cameraman a few years ago and claimed she reached a 'boiling point'. She explained: 'I had a situation a bunch of years ago when I first got on tour and I was dealing with a cameraman that was very persistent. 'And I remember I came off the court, I lost a long three set match, I'm kind of like cramping, I'm tired and all the things are happening. And this guy goes, 'oh, Danielle, you know, I'm so sorry. Can I give you a hug?' 'And I, I look at my coach, I'm like, 'uh, sure.' So I'm like, standing like this and he goes in to hug me and then all of a sudden he goes in to kiss me and I'm like, 'oh no, oh my gosh.' 'And he literally starts making out with a side of my face. So, yeah, people don't see that like behind the scenes. 'They don't hear the comments that sometimes people make towards you, they don't see the weird men that show up to our events and stalk us and follow us to our hotels. And so, yeah, sometimes you get to a boiling point.' Meanwhile, Collins has previously come under fire for her feud with World No. 3 Iga Swiatek - who she recently fell to a defeat against at Wimbledon. Collins had previously labelled Swiatek as 'fake' after they faced each other in the quarterfinals of the Paris Olympics. Collins retired from the match in the third set because of an abdominal injury, and ripped Swiatek for being 'insincere' about her injury when they spoke on the court after the match, she said. 'There's a lot that happens on camera. And there are a lot of people with a ton of charisma ... (who) are one way on camera and another way in the locker room,' Collins told reporters after, via AP. 'I don't need the fakeness.' It drew criticism from tennis fans and now Collins has opened up on the misogyny which she's faced due to her outspoken nature. 'When somebody says that, 'Danielle Collins is a b***h.' I kind of just take it as a compliment because so many of the women that I love and respect have been labeled as a 'b***h,' and they're a bada** woman. There are women that get s*** done. 'There are women that go after their dreams. There are women that are assertive, powerful, hardworking and they are people that I strive to be. 'So I feel like being a bitch can actually be kind of like a good thing because it also means you're not afraid to back down when someone's being a jerk.
