Sana'a - Saba:
The Ministry of Civil Service and Administrative Development announced on Tuesday that Thursday, 1st Muharram 1446 AH, corresponding to June 26, 2025, will be an official holiday for all employees in government institutions, as well as the public and mixed sectors.
The holiday is in observance of the anniversary of the Prophet's Hijrah (migration), in accordance with Law No. (2) of 2000 concerning official holidays.
On this occasion, the Ministries of Civil Service and Information extended their warmest congratulations and best wishes to the Leader of the Revolution, the President and members of the Supreme Political Council, the Prime Minister and members of the Government of National Salvation, as well as to the Yemeni people and the heroic members of the armed forces and security personnel stationed in defense of the nation.

Launch of second round of "Al-Aqsa Flood" training courses in Bani Hashish, Sana'a

Sana'a - Saba: The Local Council and Mobilization in Bani Hashish District, Sana'a province, organized a speech event on Sunday to mark the launch of activities and programs for the second round of "Al-Aqsa Flood" training courses for the year 1447 AH. The inauguration was attended by Member of Parliament Yahya Al-Qadi and Deputy Governor Manea Al-Aghrabi. Faiz Al-Hanmi, the mobilization official in the governorate, emphasized the importance of mobilization and preparedness to confront any escalation by the enemy in any form and to protect the home front from anyone who seeks to serve the enemy. He noted that the open "Al-Aqsa Flood" courses are a priority to educate society about the enemy's schemes and how to confront them, urging interaction, awareness, and participation in these courses. Al-Hanmi also highlighted the successes achieved in the first round of the "Al-Aqsa Flood" courses. Meanwhile, District Director Rajih Al-Hanmi stressed the importance of everyone recognizing their responsibility to follow the directives of the revolution leader, Sayyed Abdulmalik Badreddin Al-Houthi, to continue the activities of "Al-Aqsa Flood" courses and to acquire combat skills in preparation for direct confrontation with the Zionist enemy while strengthening internal cohesion. Following the launch ceremony, 210 male and 105 female initiators from the district's sub-districts were honored. Additionally, 11 associations were awarded shields, and active members were recognized with certificates of appreciation in recognition of their efforts in serving developmental work in the district. He highlighted that Yemeni intellectuals have also made their voices heard through poems, anthems, and artistic works supporting Minister expressed his honor in participating in the global poetry festival, stressing that what is happening in Gaza is an unprecedented genocide in history."While we may hear in myths or historians' imaginations about past atrocities against groups of people in possibly fictional eras, today we witness daily the burning of an entire people," he said, condemning the unjustifiable and shameful global silence surrounding these added, "Though Yemen shares in the blockade and suffering with the Palestinian people, we strive to offer even a small part of our solidarity and support to this oppressed nation." He noted that Yemenis raise their voices loudly in weekly protests across all cities, with Yemeni intellectuals playing a prominent role in these Minister pointed out that Yemen's Ministry of Culture and Tourism has organized—and continues to hold—numerous cultural, artistic, and literary events, as well as publications, in solidarity with Palestine and in rejection of Israeli crimes. He affirmed that true intellectuals are those who belong first to humanity and second to their nation, with their words, art, and voices reflecting their people's his recorded message, Al-Yafai asserted that pens, colors, and melodies bleed alongside the free blood shed and the victims who fall every moment under brutal aggression. "If one does not share their pain or strive to break the siege and shameful silence, their work is nothing but a fleeting, chaotic, and false outburst."He saluted the free voices taking a stand against the Zionist atrocities in Gaza and all of Palestine, calling on cultural institutions and entities to fulfill their duties in continuously supporting the Palestinian cause. He urged them to reject all forms of military and political aggression until Palestinians attain their right to a dignified life and reclaim their occupied land.

Sana'a - Saba: His Excellency Field Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat, President of the Supreme Political Council, sent a message of condolence and sympathy on the passing of Sheikh Issa Hussein Al-Daws, who died at the age of 70 after a life dedicated to serving the nation. In the message addressed to the deceased's son, Sheikh Issa Hussein Al-Daws, his brothers, family, and the entire Al-Daws family in Al-Hodeida province, President Al-Mashat praised the virtues of the deceased and his honorable national stances in confronting the American-Saudi-Emirati aggression. He also highlighted Sheikh Al-Daws' contributions to social work and mediation.
