Kate Ferdinand flaunts her incredible figure in a white spotted bikini as she and husband Rio enjoy 'fabulous' yacht day on sunny break to Portugal

Daily Mail5 days ago

She's been soaking up the sun with her husband Rio on another sunny getaway.
And Kate Ferdinand showed off her incredible figure in a skimpy white spotted bikini as she enjoyed a 'fabulous' day on a yacht with her spouse in Portugal.
The former TOWIE star, 34, shared a collection of Instagram snaps from her recent holiday with Rio after topping up her tan on the luxurious liner.
Showing off her toned physique, Kate posed in her white string bikini with a black spotted print before heading into the ocean for a dip.
She captioned her post: 'A fabulous day at sea.'
Kate recently shared a selection of snaps from her half-term getaway with Rio and their children, after spending the week in a luxury villa.
The podcast presenter is a stepmother to her husband Rio Ferdinand 's three children: Lorenz, 18, Tate, 16 and Tia, 14.
And she also has two children with Rio: son Cree, born in December 2020, and daughter Shae, born in 2023.
She penned in the caption of her post: 'Half term with the family, we've got Lorenz & Tate back for off season so this was a special one having all 5 kids together.'
Other snaps saw her looking glamorous in a plunging dark red dress as she posed with Lorenz and Tia - whose face they don't yet show.
Kate also shared a sweet video of Shae and Cree holding hands in a sunny garden as they wore matching swimwear.
Kate is passionate about passing on her healthy lifestyle to her kids, who she shares with former footballer turned pundit husband Rio.
Speaking to Women's Health recently Kate explained how the teenagers have followed the same fitness path as she did, after she developed a love for the gym whilst in secondary school.
'My school was far away enough that I'd have to take a bus or train to get there, but if I went to the gym with my mum in the morning, I'd get a lift to school with her afterwards,' she explained.
'I fell in love with swimming and training in the gym, and it's something I've done the rest of my life. I like the effects exercise has on my body, but I love the effects it has on my mind.'
'I suffer with anxiety, and feel overwhelmed at times, but exercise is a time for me to think of nothing else other than what I'm doing. And, for me, that doesn't really happen often during the day with lots of kids. I'm always thinking about something!
Speaking about her new activewear range for Tesco 's F&F Kate has previously said: 'This is the perfect collection for someone who is on-the-go, whether it's a mum or just someone with a busy lifestyle. We've got everything from your gym clothes to your comfy trackies in there.
'Being with the kids so much, those are the things I wear the most pretty much every day. I literally couldn't live without leggings and a hoodie. And the quality is honestly just unbelievable – I think people will be quite shocked at how good it is.'
After being announced as F&F's new Brand Ambassador, she said: 'I'm so excited to join F&F as their new brand ambassador and launching with activewear couldn't be more perfect for me!
'I live in workout clothing wherever I'm on the go, whether that's for a workout or just day to day family life.'

The 10 best beaches in the Costa Blanca

The glittering stars of the Costa Blanca are its beaches. The 124-mile (200km) stretch of coastline packs in a crowd-pleasing range of seaside escapes. Visit wide, sandy swathes filled with rows of sun loungers, sheltered bays where kids poke about in rock pools, and hush-hush coves where couples go to get away from it all. Whether you're rolling out a towel on white sand or hiking to an off-piste cove, all the beaches share that blissful Mediterranean Sea. Be sure to swim in the balmy water before sharing seafood paella in a pebble-side beach bar – it's a centuries-old tradition that still hits the spot. All our recommendations below have been hand selected and tested by our resident destination expert to help you discover the best beaches in the Costa Blanca. Find out more below, or for more inspiration, see our guides to the best restaurants, bars and nightlife, and things to do. Cala de Portitxol This half-moon-shaped cove is famous for the string of white fishermen's houses along the shore, with their doors and windows painted azure blue. Early mornings are peaceful here, save for the meditative clattering as the sea falls over the pebbles. In the afternoons, especially July and August, it can get busy. Insider tip: Lunch at Cala Clemence, a hippy beach bar with gull's-eye views. How to get there: Park on Carrer de la Barraca (€9/£8). La Caleta de Dins Sailboats bob in the cyan water of La Caleta de Dins, a rustic cove accessed by a short coastal path. Begin at Cala Blanca (pause to take pictures in the natural rock arches), then follow the route cut into marlstone. The bijou bay has space for a handful of sunbathers. Insider tip: Locals like to sit on the rocky headland and watch the sunset. How to get there: Park for free at Aparcament Cala Blanca. Cala Granadella This pebbly cove has rocketed in popularity recently, boosted by a picturesque bar with a shaded terrace and hot pink doors: La Bandideta. It has been so busy that numbers are limited in the summer – better to go off-season (in spring it's a delight) for the best experience. Insider tip: Kayak Granadella leads tours of sea caves nearby. How to get there: Park on Carrer del Pic Tort. In summer, arrive by 9am. Platja de Sant Joan One of Costa Blanca's most family-friendly beaches, Platja de Sant Joan (Playa San Juan in Spanish) is a two-mile (3km) stretch with buckets of butter-yellow sand. Find sun loungers to rent, children's climbing frames on the shore and even a McDonald's terrace with ridiculous sea views. Insider tip: Further north, Puka Puka Chiringuito serves mojitos and cumbia tunes. How to get there: Take Tram Alicante to the Londres stop, right on the beach. Parking is easy to find, either free on Avenida de Niza or in one of the large free car parks next to the beach. Cala del Moraig Pine trees scent the air of this idyllic cove, which is a mixture of stones and butterscotch sand. The walk from the car park is a smooth, tarmacked one, but the beach is still wild. See the amazing rock formations near the entrance, with archways where waves crash. Insider tip: Follow the Ruta de la Falla del Moraig for the 492ft-tall (150-metre) viewpoint. How to get there: Park at the entrance (€12/£10). Platja de l'Olla This humble little stretch of shingle doesn't attract the crowds, and that's precisely what makes it so lovable. Instead of sunbathers, fishing boats sit on the pebbles, and the no-frills Bar Sant serves decidedly un-hipster coffee on its lovely terrace. Sunset walks along the promenade here are rejuvenating. Insider tip: El Cranc is a trendy corner, with paella and unspoilt sea views. How to get there: Take Tram Alicante to Olla de Altea. Parking is scant: arrive early and cross your fingers for a space right next to the beach. Platja de la Fossa Another stress-free beach, Platja de la Fossa has been given the 'Q de Calidad' top quality award thanks to a lifeguard, disabled access and clean water. The golden bay is freckled with colourful parasols, but with over half a mile (a kilometre) of sand, there's always space to roll out a towel. Insider tip: Take a beach-front yoga class or hire kayaks from Olas de Zen. How to get there: The L1 bus takes 15 minutes from Calpe. Drivers can find free on-street parking, or head straight to the free car park, Parking Gratis Calpe Subida Peñón. Platja Saladars-Urbanova Remote and backed with bushy dunes, Platja Saladars-Urbanova (also known as Playa del Saladar) is a peaceful, sandy beach with heaps of space to spread out. As well as a couple of chiringuitos (small beach bars), there's an accessible entry near Carrer Músico Juan Latorre Ba, with a shaded pergola. Insider tip: Further south, Nirvana Beach is a fun beach shack with live music and dancing until 1am. How to get there: Free beach-side parking at Aparcamento Urbanova. Cala la Fustera This is one of the busiest beaches on the Paseo Ecológico de Benissa coastal path, but it's still very quaint. A palm tree-studded promenade backs the sandy bay, and behind that, Mandala Beach Bar. After splashing in the glassy water, find a table and order grilled sardines and octopus. Insider tip: Cala Pinets, five minutes along the coastal path, is a quieter spot for paddling. How to get there: Take the L3 bus from Calpe. There's a free car park next to the beach, or park at Tourist Info Benissa Playa and walk along the coastal path. Platja de les Marines Platja de les Marines is an easy walk from Dénia, but with dunes dotted with wildflowers and dreamy wooden tracks into the sand, it feels a long way from the city. The shore has a gentle slope into the sea, perfect for little ones to paddle in. Insider tip: Find the sandy garden of Restaurante Primera Línea and share a bottle of moscatel by Les Freses. How to get there: Cycle (10 minutes) from Dénia. Drivers can find free on-street parking and a free car park on Carrer de la Mussola. Leonardo DiCaprio continues trying to stay under the radar by hiding his face under both a hat and hoodie as he and girlfriend Vittoria Ceretti leave Venice after Bezos wedding extravaganza

Leonardo DiCaprio continued his attempts to pass unrecognised as he departed Venice on Sunday morning, following Saturday night's final party of Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez 's wedding extravaganza. The movie star, 50, was joined by his girlfriend Vittoria Ceretti, 27, at the swanky three-day celebration, with the couple making their exit alongside fellow actor Orlando Bloom. And despite being one of Hollywood's most famous leading men, Leo attempted to keep a low profile by covering his face throughout his journey to the airport. Climbing into the waiting Venetian water taxi, he hid beneath his trademark low sitting baseball cap and for extra concealment, pulled up his hooded jumper over his head. In contrast, his girlfriend of two years, Vittoria, put on a leggy display in a fashionable summer minidress, as she received a helping hand onto the boat. As Leo disappeared to the lower decks, the model remained stood up at the back of the boat and chatted to Orlando as they sped towards the mainland. Orlando flashed a wide grin as he climbed aboard, wearing a button-up shirt left open to reveal a white vest underneath and several pendant necklaces. Hollywood's newest bachelor embraced his new single status on the Italian getaway, coming just after news broke that he and his fiancée Katy Perry, 40, had called off their engagement. The Pirates of the Caribbean star was spotted in the back of a Venetian water taxi with a woman on Thursday, who was later revealed to be Jamie Mizrahi, 36, who was actually a former stylist for Katy and Meghan Markle. Orlando was also spotted enjoying a Venetian brunch the following morning and sipping on cocktails poolside with celebrity pals Leo and Tom Brady during a boys' day out. Described as the 'wedding of a century,' Bezos, 61, and Sanchez, 55, exchanged vows in front of nearly 200 VIPs on San Giorgio Maggiore island in Venice, Italy, on Friday. The nuptials began on Thursday with the first of three days of parties in Venice, followed by the intimate ceremony on Friday and then a star-studded rave. Around 200 of the world's wealthiest people were gathering for a final night's fun, and many of the VIP guests were spotted bidding goodbye to the Italian city the following morning, including Kylie and Kendall Jenner, Oprah Winfrey and Bill Gates. The Amazon founder, worth £177billion, took over the Italian city for a wedding estimated to have cost up to £40million, small change for the world's third richest man. . In contrast, his girlfriend of two years, Vittoria, put on a leggy display in a fashionable summer minidress, as she received a helping hand onto the boat But 700 demonstrators gathered at Santa Lucia railway station carrying protest banners and waving inflatable crocodiles. The demo was organised by the No Space For Bezos group, with some carrying Amazon boxes with the words: 'Ordered, Shipped, Delivered, Rejected.' While insiders revealed that the billionaire and journalist were already legally married, with a source closely connected to the organisation of the week's events saying: 'They have been married for at least a month, more than a month. 'The marriage is fully legal and took place in America under American law.' The source added: 'When they were planning the wedding, they were clear about the fact that they were already secretly married. There is no application for a wedding license from the couple because it was not required. 'Whatever happens at the wedding on Friday, it will not be a wedding. Under Italian law, it will not be a wedding celebration, any vows said or rings exchanged will have no legal meaning.' The source added that Bezos had personally confirmed that he and Sanchez – who met when both were married to other people – are already legally married, and that they had also signed a pre-nuptial agreement to protect his $244 billion fortune. The wedding, held two years after Bezos proposed to Sanchez aboard his $500million superyacht, was described as 'extremely intimate' with a strict no-phone policy - with around 70 of the 200 guests being family members. The only images that emerged of the nuptials came via Sanchez's official Instagram account - and photos of guests leaving the night-time celebrations were scarce. She revealed to Vogue her wedding dress was inspired by the high-necked lace wedding dress Sophia Loren wore to marry Cary Grant in the 1958 film Houseboat. She also revealed that Bezos had begged to see her in the gown, but as is tradition for most brides, she explained that she wasn't going to let him lay his eyes upon it until the big day. 'I almost gave in,' she admitted. 'But I want it to be a surprise. As you get a little older, not many things surprise you. I can't wait to see his face.' This was not the only tradition the couple stuck with: Sanchez also donned 'something borrowed' for the ceremony - a pair of Dolce earrings. And she explained to Vogue that her 'something blue' was from her Blue Origin flight, revealing she carried a secret souvenir up in the rocket so she could bring it back for Bezos 'because it was one of the most profound experiences I've had in my life.' Sánchez went on: 'Seeing Earth from space, I came down and I couldn't describe it. It was the greatest experience I've ever had'. The Bezos couple are thought to have splashed out a staggering $20million on their multiple-day extravagant wedding bash. As guests arrived at the reception on Friday, they were welcomed by the stirring sounds of trumpets, violins, and a soulful Gospel choir. That same choir returned to belt out Whitney Houston's Higher Love right after the couple exchanged their vows, with guests cheering and singing along during the heartfelt moment. Opera singer Matteo Bocelli kicked off the wedding reception with a touching tribute, opening his set with the timeless Elvis Presley classic I Can't Help Falling in Love With You. The son of renowned tenor Andrea Bocelli stepped in since his father was tied up with concerts in southern Italy over the weekend.
