Goodwood (1.25-5.00), Musselburgh (1.35-5.05) and Newcastle (5.37-9.00) also stage Flat meetings, with National Hunt racing coming from Cheltenham (4.35-8.05) and day four of the Punchestown Festival (3.40-7.40), where the highlight is the Grade 1 Boodles Champion Hurdle.
Our nap of the day, Rosy Affair, is an ultra-consistent filly who runs in the final race of the day at Newmarket.

4.45 Rosy Affair – Class 3 Handicap (6f)
ROSY AFFAIR makes her seasonal reappearance after a 2024 campaign in which she was a model of consistency, winning three of her eight races and finishing second in the other five.
One of those three victories came over course and distance last June, when she ran on well in the closing stages to win a Class 4 handicap by a neck under William Buick, her jockey this afternoon.
She finished her campaign with an impressive second-placed finish behind the progressive Godolphin filly Summer of Love at Yarmouth in September, and a 1lb rise seems fair here.
