Juventus join Jadon Sancho transfer race with Old Lady aiming to beat Jose Mourinho's Fenerbahce to Man Utd flop
JUVENTUS are looking to edge out Fenerbahce in the race for Jadon Sancho's signature.
Manchester United are keen to offload the out-of-favour England winger.

Turkish giants Fenerbahce — managed by ex-United boss Jose Mourinho — were hopeful of a cut-price £15million move.
However Juventus are now aiming to hold talks with Sancho's camp.
Napoli have also shown interest and United hope it might create an auction for a player who is surplus to requirements.
Sancho, 25, returned to United last month when Chelsea chose to pay a £5m penalty clause at the end of his loan agreement rather than the £25m to make the deal permanent.
It was the latest set-back for the former Borussia Dortmund winger who has struggled since making a £73m move to Old Trafford in 2021.
Sancho had an underwhelming loan spell in west London, scoring just five goals in 42 outings.
But one of those strikes came in Chelsea's Conference League final win over Real Betis.
And Sancho also managed to help himself to 10 assists under Enzo Maresca.
A move to Juventus would see Sancho link up with fellow Englishman Lloyd Kelly.
The centre-back moved to Turin from Newcastle in January.

And he has been a regular under boss Igor Tudor, who replaced Thiago Motta in March.
Potential teammates also include ex-Aston Villa star Douglas Luiz and former Leeds loanee Winston McKennie.
While he could be joined at Juve by fellow Chelsea misfit Nicolas Jackson, whose place has come under threat from Liam Delap.

SPIELBERG, Austria, June 28 (Reuters) - Lewis Hamilton hailed a 'world class' performance by Ferrari in Austrian Grand Prix qualifying on Saturday after Charles Leclerc took second place on the starting grid and he followed up in fourth. The session equalled Ferrari's best of the season in Monaco, even if Leclerc was still more than half a second slower than McLaren's pole-sitter Lando Norris. McLaren's championship leader Oscar Piastri will start third. "It's a fantastic result. The team have worked really hard back at the factory to bring us a new floor this weekend," seven-times world champion Hamilton, who joined Ferrari this season from Mercedes, told Sky Sports television. "My last lap wasn't perfect. I think if I'd finished it, I would have been second, so there are lots of positives to take out from that session. "Also, I think it's been the best day operationally, particularly through qualifying. How the team operated. Just timings, the information we're getting in terms of traffic and positioning on track, I think was really the best. It was proper world class." Ferrari have yet to win a grand prix this season, although Hamilton won a sprint race in China in March, and the pressure has been mounting on team boss Fred Vasseur as their hopes of a first title since 2008 recede. Hamilton has yet to finish higher than fourth in a regular grand prix for Ferrari and has now gone 12 races without a podium. The team, runners-up last year, are now third overall and behind McLaren and Mercedes. "Ultimately we continue to pull together and protect each other and block out all the noise, and just keep our heads down," said Hamilton. "It's an incredible team. I'm working with Fred, we're working to put all the pieces of the puzzle in the right place, but step by step. It can't be done in one go. "We've just got to keep working on it but I'm really happy with the progress we are making."

Jannik Sinner won't say why he fired two team members right before Wimbledon
Jannik Sinner confirmed that he recently fired two members of his team — fitness coach Marco Panichi and physiotherapist Ulises Badio, who themselves were replacements for people involved in the player's doping case — but declined Saturday to explain the reason for the change ahead of Wimbledon. Sinner, who has been ranked No. 1 for more than a year, said that he decided shortly after losing in the second round of the grass-court tournament in Halle, Germany, this month to make the change. Sinner has not yet found substitutes for Panichi and Badio, who both used to work with Novak Djokovic. 'Nothing seriously bad happened. They did great work for (the past) three months. Sometimes, things happen,' Sinner said at his pre-tournament news conference. 'The timing obviously isn't the best, but having done a lot of work (together) before, it won't affect this Grand Slam a lot. I feel well physically and mentally and ready to compete.' Play begins Monday at the All England Club, where Sinner was a quarterfinalist in 2024. He will play Luca Nardi in an all- Italian matchup on Tuesday. Last year, Sinner tested positive twice for a trace amount of an anabolic steroid in March; the case wasn't made public until August, shortly before the U.S. Open, which he ended up winning for the second of his three Grand Slam titles. On Saturday, Sinner was asked repeatedly in English and Italian what led him to part ways with Panichi and Badio. 'There's not one specific thing,' Sinner said. He was the runner-up to Carlos Alcaraz at the French Open three weeks ago, wasting a two-set lead and three match points in a final that lasted 5 1/2 hours. As for adding new team members, Sinner said Saturday: 'I haven't thought about replacements. It's not the time to think about my options. MANCHESTER UNITED chief Omar Berrada has given the clearest indication yet that the club will only build a new stadium if it receives financial backing from the government. Earlier this year minority United owner and billionaire Sir Jim Ratcliffe unveiled ambitious new plans for a £2bn stadium which would hold 100,000 fans and be built next to the current Old Trafford. 6 6 Sir Jim said plans to regenerate the area around the stadium with 17,000 homes, shops, restaurants and hotels, would boost the UK economy by £7.3bn. But the plans could only go ahead if the surrounding area was developed using taxpayers' money. In a recent interview with Red Issue fanzine, Berada said: 'We still see the stadium as the catalyst for the wider regeneration project. "So we do need the government to commit to developing the area around the stadium for it to make sense. 'Without it it doesn't make sense for us to build the stadium as a standalone. "We believe that it could be a catalyst for one of the biggest, if not the biggest regeneration projects that this area of the country has ever seen. 'And it'll bring benefits for the wider community in terms of home, jobs, health, and all that, that can yield an enormous amount of positive impact. "Hopefully the government will support it and put the funds behind it.' Concept images of the ground have teased a huge wraparound scoreboard, along with a three-storey museum and canal-side restaurants as part of a vast fan village. If the plans do go ahead United will be able to continue playing at Old Trafford during the construction process, before demolishing the historic ground once they move into their new home.
