'Disciplined' regime helped my studies while playing for England, says Michelle Agyemang
The 19-year-old scored two decisive goals - including one in the semi-final against Italy when England were on the brink of defeat - to help the Lionesses to victory at the Women's Euros in Switzerland.
England retained their title after beating Spain on penalties in a dramatic final.
The Arsenal striker said she is at university studying for a degree - and still found time to fit in the work alongside England's preparations for the Euros.
"It's a lot of work, but you have to be disciplined in the same way you have to be in football," she said.
"After training, go home, listen to the lecture, do some work, sometimes go in.
"I just finished my A-levels before uni, so I'm kind of into the habit of studying."
Agyemang also spoke about her piano playing - and how she arranged to have the instrument with her at the Euros.
"The piano - it's always great to do something to enjoy myself," she said.
"The funny thing is I actually started off playing the guitar, but being in the church - that's where I was playing - so learning the piano and stuff like that.
"I thought 'why not take it with me?' - and it was nice that it could be driven in a van.
"It was good to have that in my room right next to my bed every day."

A week after England lifted the trophy, Agyemang said she was back with her church community and told of the warm reception she received.
She said: "It was amazing. It was a packed service, so it was nice to see everyone and people I haven't really spoken to before coming up to me to say 'well done, we're so proud of you, we were praying for you'.
"That kind of warms your heart to know that there were people that you don't even know supporting you and looking out for you.
"It's beautiful and I'm so happy to have that around."

Genius Sports has locked up a deal with another top European soccer league. The London-based company has partnered with Serie A to deliver official data and streams to sportsbook partners for betting purposes via its BetVision platform. The deal, which was announced Monday, also includes data and streams from Coppa Italia and Supercoppa Italiana games, and it runs through the next four seasons. In exchange, the NFL received Genius stock worth $94 million. The NFL effectively owns nearly 8.7% of Genius Sports, making it the largest shareholder in the business, based on publicly disclosed shareholder information. The NFL's total stake, including both vested and unvested warrants, is worth more than $235 million, as of June. Genius also recently expanded its partnership with the NCAA to sell data from championship events, such as the men's and women's March Madness basketball tournaments, to sportsbooks in the U.S. That deal, which runs through 2032, is significant because the NCAA has long been wary of gambling, largely choosing to stay on the sidelines when it comes to commercial partnerships. But given the historic level of parity at the top, there's no telling what the field will look like come October. Wild stat: The top 10 teams in MLB were separated by just 4.5 games entering August — the tightest gap through July in history. That's grown ever-so-slightly to six games in the ensuing few days thanks to the Brewers' continued hot streak,* but the competitive balance on display should make for an entertaining race to the postseason. Tanner's ton puts Redlynch & Hale's season back on track
By Will Hewlett Skipper, Ian Tanner, scored a timely 106 in the first innings after winning the toss and electing to bat first away to Sway CC second team. It was a steady start from Redlynch, being 44/0 from 10 overs, but it was not free-flowing for the rest of the batters in the innings, with Andy Soutar being the second highest scorer with only a quick-fire 27. The Sway bowlers shared the wickets with three bowlers claiming two apiece, opening bowler Thomas Randell-Turner stood out with 2-26 from his nine overs. Once Tanner reached his century in the 41st over he looked to go big in the remaining few but was caught at long-off in doing so, and Redlynch ended their innings on 218/7. In return, the Sway top order was soon in and out, at just 26-3 inside the 10th over thanks to some accurate new ball bowling by Nathan Pollard. Wickets kept tumbling as Sway fell into a pile at 86-7, but Jake Smith coming in at number eight scored a run-a-ball 60 to show signs of some fight back. But it was all too little too late as Redlynch bowled them out for 156 inside 37 overs. Pollard starred with 4-24, with Dave Webber (2-24) and George Hayes (2-20) taking a pair each. A big points haul in the closing stages of the season was key for Redlynch after suffering back-to-back defeats, and they face relegation rivals Whiteparish next week. Redlynch's second team skipper, Ewan Tanner - the younger brother of Ian – was also on a run of consecutive losses but his team got the better of local rivals Hyde in a 33-run victory. Hyde put Redlynch into bat and they scored 240/8, mainly aided by Peter Biddlecombe's 53, but extras were the second highest scorer (40) which inevitably came back to haunt Hyde as they were bowled out for 207, Dom Sell (3-27) and Oliver Stone (3-46) doing most of the damage. It was a hard-fought day for Redlynch's third team as they were bowled out for 78 by Ferndown Wayfarers fourth XI but Redlynch didn't go down easy as they managed to pick up seven wickets to give Ferndown a fright on their way to chasing the total.
