Jenny Powell, 57, shows off her age-defying figure in a blue bikini as she enjoys beach day during sun-soaked Spain getaway
The radio presenter, 57, who is currently away in Spain, was topping up her tan in the sizzling two-piece as she soaked up the sun.
The broadcaster showed off her bronzed physique while posing up a storm on the beach.
'Scared, not scared. And definitely not sorry.' she penned on top of the post with Alesso's Hero playing over it.
Jenny underwent a robotic hysterectomy last year to manage extreme symptoms from the result of menopause.
She has been open about her health battle and has often displayed her scars from the gruelling surgery as a way of raising awareness.
In March, she displayed her incredible abs in a bikini as she proudly showed off her scars four months after having surgery.
She looked sensational as she took to Instagram to share a collection of snaps, including bikini pictures from a trip to Hotel Les Deux Tours in Marrakech.
Jenny wowed in a green and white tie-dye style triangle bikini, while in another mirror selfie, she sported a multicoloured striped skimpy two-piece.
She captioned the snaps: 'Pain heals, chicks dig scars, glory last forever. Thank you Shane Falco for these words… I'm living them!
'In the past week alone from hosting for amazing charities @athletic_minds_foundation @foundation92 @mftcharity to sharing my weekends as always on the radio @greatesthitsuk to rebooting @hotel_les_deux_tours.
'The balance is key and the energy is real .. shine on my lovelies. We all have scars inside and out .. it's the healing process that matters.'
Just five months ago, Jenny explained that the last two years have been the most difficult for her.
She told OK!: 'Even though I tried to send out all these positive, smiley, "everything's lovely" vibes, I was suffering.
'I had terrible bleeding, really bad, to the point where I was changing four times a day and in a job like mine, that isn't good.'
Jenny thinks that women's health is 'neglected' and that the concept of 'just getting used' to struggling is something that frustrates her.
The Greatest Hits Radio host had been on a family holiday in her bikini last year when some paparazzi pictures of herself started doing the rounds in the media.
When she saw the images, Jenny noticed a 'bump in [her] lower abdomen' which caused concern and she underwent an MRI.
The scan revealed that her abdomen was as if she 'was about 16 weeks pregnant' with the amount of pressure it was under, and she felt compelled to share her story.
She added: 'It was so big it was pressing on my intestines, on my bladder, on my kidneys.
'It's only looking back – now that it's gone – that I think, "Wow." And that's why I put it all out there.'
In the images shared, Jenny posed in shorts as she gave a full view of the extent of her scars.
The images had been taken over the course of a four-week time span, and the scarring became more dramatic as the days went on.
Soon after undergoing the operation in early October, Jenny explained: 'I've suffered for so long with all sorts of symptoms and tried all sorts, but yeah it's time, so hence the hysterectomy.
'Because I'm menopausal of course things are different it's not like this is been brought on early.
'But I'm just wondering if they'll be any connection between it and my emotions. So it will be interesting. I'm just about to put my fancy gown on so come back later.'
Jenny previously revealed she was forced into hospital after severe menopause symptoms left her struggling to 'get out of bed every day'.
What is a hysterectomy?
A hysterectomy is a surgical procedure to remove a woman's uterus.
There are three kinds:
The operation is most commonly performed on women between the ages of 40 and 49.
More than 20 million American women have had a hysterectomy, according to data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
As women approach menopause, the odds that they will develop one of several serious uterine health conditions increases. Doctors may recommend a hysterectomy as a treatment for:
fibroids
endometriosis
uterine (endometrial) cancer
chronic uterine pain or bleeding
collapsed uterus
In some cases, doctors may suggest a hysterectomy as a preventative measure if a woman has significant warning or early signs of developing one or more of these conditions.
When necessary, surgeons may also remove the ovaries and fallopian tubes, if these have also been damaged or are at serious risk of damage.
The removal of reproductive organs sends a woman's body into menopause, no matter how old she is.
This comes with unpleasant side effects like hot flashes, and many women have to start hormone therapy, taking oestrogen to balance out their own hormones.

Millie Mackintosh strips down to tiny bikini for birthday selfie as she celebrates on family holiday
Millie Mackintosh stripped down to a tiny bikini as she posed for a cheeky birthday selfie whilst on a family holiday. The 36-year-old former Made In Chelsea star has been enjoying the sun with her loved ones over the last couple of days. Taking to her Instagram on Sunday, Millie showed off her incredible physique in the mirror as she flaunted her toned abs. Millie posed in the cream two-piece, wearing a fedora hat and carrying her wicker bag in one hand with her phone in the other. She announced it is now officially Leo season in a photo dump on her socials, sharing snippets from their trip, although she hasn't shared the location. 'Vacation mode,' she wrote alongside the photo. The doting mum-of-two, who is married to Hugo Taylor, enjoyed a quiet meal with her loved ones on the beach. She was joined by her daughters Sienna and Aurelia as they sang happy birthday and watched their mum blow out candles. Millie wrote: 'It's Leo season. And just like that another 365 days older, wiser, and ready for what the universe has in store for me. Thank you for all the birthday love.' In recent days, Millie opened up about her dog helps keep her sober after she spent years battling alcohol issues. She spoke openly about her issues with alcohol before going sober in 2022, and has since released a book about her struggles, entitled Bad Drunk. And now in an interview with the Sunday Times, she has explained how owning her pug, Luna, as given her an additional focus. She said: 'When you have a dog you're not waking up with a hangover, you're waking up and going for a walk along the river or meeting up with other dog owners. 'Having Luna helps me talk to people; I can be quite socially awkward. And I find when you've got a dog and another person's got a dog, you just have something to talk about.' Millie, who is married to former Made In Chelsea co-star Hugo Taylor and is a mother to two daughters, admitted she 'barely recognises the person she used to be' as she shared a 'drunken' throwback snap in a candid Instagram post. She went sober more than two years ago following the realisation that she had become an 'angry' drunk. As an MIC original, Millie's early scenes on the show often revolved around partying and drinking leading to flare-ups with fellow cast members which she has since claimed got in the way of her relationships. Continuing to raise awareness of sobriety and how much her life has changed for the good since going alcohol free, Millie wrote: 'Now vs. Then. 'Looking back ten years, I barely recognise the person I used to be—drinking heavily, always hungover, and completely lost. 'I was stuck in a cycle of self-medicating, not realising that the change I so badly needed was waiting for me on the other side of discomfort. 'Choosing an alcohol-free life has been the best decision I've ever made. It's the ultimate life hack—realising that I have the power to say no. 'Not because I have to, but because I get to. Sobriety isn't a sacrifice; it's a privilege, a gift I've given to myself, and one I'll never take for granted. 'The journey from bad drunk to alcohol-free has been the most transformative thing I've ever done. And hearing from so many of you who are on this path too means so much. 'Your messages about my book and your own experiences remind me why this conversation is so important. 'If you're navigating this too, know that you're not alone—we're in this together. How are you feeling about your own journey right now? Let's chat. ✨' Millie decided to go and see a sober coach, who helped her and has now steered clear of booze for more than two years.

London City Ballet review — a witty and wonderful programme
The resurrection of London City Ballet nearly 30 years after the company's closure was one of the success stories of 2024. Relaunched last summer by the erstwhile dancer Christopher Marney, this international touring company is clearly on a roll in its mission to honour the past while looking to the future. Momentum, the umbrella title for LCB's second programme of revivals of rarely seen dances alongside new commissions, is hearteningly apt. The tour, which I caught at the Theatre Royal in Bath, stretches into November and encompasses Birmingham, Oxford and York, two separate visits to London (at Sadler's Wells and the Royal Opera House, respectively) as well as trips to France and Spain. • Read more dance reviews, guides and interviews You couldn't ask for a better curtain-raiser than George Balanchine's Haieff Divertimento. Named after Alexei Haieff, to whose lyrical and lively music it's set, this brief 'black and white' ballet dates from 1947 and was for decades deemed to have been lost. Incredibly, this is its UK premiere. Divided into five scenes marked by the kind of courtly yet stylish quirkiness that was key to Balanchine's art, the work is an excellent company showcase. All ten dancers have a chance to shine, but none more so than the sparklingly saucy Jimin Kim, most ably partnered by Alejandro Virelles. Balanchine's beautiful bauble is followed by a pair of darker chamber ballets, each of which focuses on duets. Premiered at the Royal Ballet in 2009 and set to Liszt, Consolations and Liebestraum was an early sign of the considerable talent of the choreographer Liam Scarlett. Charting the deterioration of a relationship through the interactions of three couples, his dance possesses great emotional intelligence. The shift from playful serenity to troubled melancholy is impressively modulated, leading to a lump-in-throat finale for the guest star Alina Cojocaru and Joseph Taylor. Joseph Taylor and Alina Cojocaru performed Consolations and Liebestraum ASH Soft Shore is by Florent Melac, premier danseur at the Paris Opera Ballet. Created for two couples, one of which is same-sex, and set to Beethoven, this new work suffers a bit by its tonal similarity to the Scarlett. Overloaded with steps and movement, it sometimes seems more like a strenuously physical exercise than the deep expression of human feeling it was meant to be. It is, however, very capably danced. The bill culminates with Alexei Ratmansky's vibrant take on Mussorgsky's Pictures at an Exhibition. Ten wonderfully deadpan dancers, Cojocaru among them, romp their way through a series of breakneck scenes that capture the music's grandeur and drive via a deft balance of drama, melodrama and humour. The digital backdrop of geometric watercolours by Kandinsky is neatly echoed in Adeline André's costumes. The overall effect is witty and, like London City Ballet itself, more than a little dazzling.★★★★☆ 105min Touring to Nov 22, Follow @timesculture to read the latest reviews

Emotional moment Lucy Bronze consoles close friend and Spain star Ona Batlle following Euros final - after inseparable pair holidayed together before tournament
This is the emotional moment Lucy Bronze consoled her close friend Ona Batlle after England came from behind to beat Spain and retain their Women's Euros crown. Bronze started every game of the tournament but was forced off in extra-time before the Lionesses went on to win 3-1 in a nerve-shredding penalty shootout. At 33 years, eight months and 30 days, Bronze was her side's oldest player at the tournament and she was again front and centre of a record-setting triumph. Chloe Kelly proved herself the hero for her country again by slotting home the winning spot-kick after Mariona Caldentey and Aitana Bonmati saw their efforts saved by goalkeeper Hannah Hampton, while Salma Paralluelo skewed off target. Jubilant celebrations saw Kelly's team-mates flood onto the pitch to begin the party, but Bronze took a moment to escape the hubbub and made a beeline for Batlle. Inseparable on and off the pitch, the two friends high-fived before sitting down on the pitch, seemingly discussing the pulsating showdown that had played out in Basel. Once the madness had died down, Bronze, kitted out with her gold winner's medal around her neck, took a stroll with Batlle, who had changed into her tracksuit. The roles were reversed back in 2023 after Spain got the better of England in the World Cup final, when Batlle consoled a tearful Bronze after full-time. The duo were all-conquering team-mates in the 2023-24 season when they were at Barcelona, and they struck up a blossoming friendship, too. They also won the Champions League, Liga F, the Spanish Cup and Spanish Super Cup together. Bronze then completed a move back to England with Chelsea last summer. Bronze, 33, and Batlle, 26, enjoyed a holiday together ahead of Euro 2025 in Switzerland, sharing photos of the trip across their social media profiles. It appeared the duo were celebrating Batlle's birthday, with the Spaniard's caption on Instagram reading: 'Bday week.' One photo shared online showed them enjoying an ice cream in the sun, while another saw them relaxing on a lilo together in the sea. Bronze and Batlle also took a boat trip on their vacation and spent time together in a private pool. Their holiday this summer was by no means their first. Last Christmas, Batlle posted snaps of the two at Disneyland Paris, with the caption: 'What a magical place'. Bronze tends to keep her personal life very private. Hailing from Berwick-upon-Tweed in Northumberland, she was brought up bilingual thanks to her Portuguese father and was exposed to football from a very early age by her older brother, Jorge. Incredibly, she revealed she had played all of Euro 2025 with a fractured tibia. 'I've actually played the whole tournament with a fractured tibia but no one knew,' she said after the game. 'Then I've just hurt my knee today on the other leg. 'I think that's why I got a lot of praise from the girls after the Sweden game because I've been in a lot of pain, but that's what it takes to play for England. 'That's what I'll do. They know that, I think we inspire each other by playing through things like that, and they got us to the end of them in the end. It was very painful but I'm gonna party and gonna enjoy it, that's it.' Head coach Sarina Wiegman paid tribute to Bronze, saying: 'Her mentality, the whole team has an incredible mentality, but she has a crazy mentality, it's unbelievable.'
