June 23 (UPI) -- The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon Season 3 is set to premiere on AMC and AMC+ on Sept. 7.
Original Walking Dead characters Norman Reedus and Melissa McBride once again reprise their roles of American zombie-apocalypse survivors Daryl and Carol.
After two seasons in France, Daryl Dixon Season 3 will take place in Spain. The ensemble will also include Eduardo Noriega, Óscar Jaenada and Alexandra Masangkay.
"As they struggle to find their way back, the path takes them farther astray, leading them through distant lands with ever-changing and unfamiliar conditions as they witness the various effects of the Walker apocalypse," a synopsis said about Daryl and Carol's contemporary odyssey.
Another Walking Dead spin-off, Dead City, wrapped up its second season on Sunday.

Americans Share The Most American Thing They Have Done

Americans are nothing if not self-aware! We fully recognize our own unique habits, quirks, and excessive tendencies. From over-the-top patriotism to our love of ranch on just about everything, some things just scream peak American. It's the kind of behavior that's instantly recognizable, oddly impressive, sometimes embarrassing, and deeply on-brand. Recently, redditor Beans4802 wanted to know what "peak American" things people had done when they asked: "What's the most American thing you've done?" The thread got over 3.5K responses from Americans who fully had "This is the most American thing someone can do!" moments. Below are the top and best comments: "When I was 18, I used the Bush administration's $250 stimulus check to buy a shotgun. Bonus: My ID was not checked when I bought shotgun shells at Walmart. I went back later that day and had my ID checked when I bought spray paint." "Drank beer in the bed of a pickup truck in a corn field. I went to school in a small town." "Went to Walmart at 2 a.m. in my pajamas to buy ingredients for s'mores, then made them using a cigarette lighter in the parking lot because I had a craving. The security guard just watched and shook his head." "Searched for a manufacturer's coupon to bring the price of a prescribed inhaler down from $238 to $35…all with insurance. 🫤 🇺🇸" "Ate a whole can of Pringles while I was driving home from work." "I once ate an entire Little Caesars pizza while waiting in the McDonald's drive-thru, while drinking an Arby's shake." "Risking a car accident by driving myself to the hospital when I can't afford to think about calling an ambulance " "Blew up a tree with Tannerite, shot with my great grandpa's .30-30 Winchester. The tree launched 20 feet into the air, came back down, and speared the roof of my old, broken-down Jeep Grand Cherokee. In that moment, I felt the most American ever." "Crossed the state border to buy fireworks that are illegal in my state, so I can drive back to my house and set them off anyway. Learned from it my parents. Never get in trouble for it." "I went to camp with our church kids group, and the camp they rented had a rifle range where they'd teach you how to shoot. So I'd have to say learning how to use a gun at church camp." "Tipped all of my servers/bartenders 20–30% on my honeymoon in Greece. Was confused at first why they were all so appreciative and grateful until I remembered that they were actually paid a living wage, so a tip of that size wasn't necessary for their survival, lol." "Made a special trip just for Buc-ee's." "I was at a party when I was in the military, and I did a keg stand with Bud Light on the 4th of July." "My self-care days involve a foldable lawn chair, a pack of beers, and '80s horror movie marathons." "One time on a business trip to Arizona, I got a free upgrade to a Ford Mustang. I drove it out into the desert on a lonely two-lane road, blasting Guns N' Roses. I found some nice straight roads that went off into the distance with pretty red rock formations behind. So, I parked the car across both lanes and got a picture of an iconic American muscle car in an iconic American landscape. Never saw another car." "My auntie took me to a meat raffle at the VFW in a small town." "Go to school in 104 degree weather and eat a corndog whilst at school (I hate corndogs)." "Eaten fried Oreos." "I use the word 'awesome' about 67 times a day. Sometimes sincerely, sometimes sarcastically. Always awesome." "Snuck some Chinese buffet to-go into the dollar theater." "Got married in Vegas." "Took my dad's Mustang out for a joyride when I was 13." "Went on a Walmart run with my best friends from high school when we were all 16, working at a pizza place at 11:00 p.m. on a Friday night. We almost got kicked out for sword fighting with pool noodles and went to McDonald's a quarter mile down the road to get food and ate on the tailgate of an F-150 back in the Walmart parking lot. This was Pre-COVID Iowa." "Yelled, 'Freedom' out loud during a barbecue for no reason." "I made apple pie before going to a baseball game!" "Received a handgun as a Christmas gift." And lastly, "I almost fought a bald eagle once. It was going after my dog." You can read the original thread on Reddit.

Sterling Ruby Confronts Le Corbusier's La Cité Radieuse

Summary Le Corbusier's La Cité Radieuse (Radiant City) isn't easy to miss in Marseille, France with the towering housing complex featuring a constellation of primary colors painted on the facade of 337 residential units. The 20th-century building is also listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site and touted as a spectacular example of brutalist architecture or the 'house of madness' as billed by the locals. Situated on top of the complex is MaMo by Ora Ïto, a contemporary art center that hosts exhibitions by artists from across the globe with its current show led by seminal American artist,Sterling Ruby. Ruby has installed two landmark works as part of a namesake presentation at MaMo by Ora Ïto. The first monumental work is a sculpture entitled 'DOUBLE CANDLE' from 2018 that is made of two bronze forms measuring seven meters tall. The sculpture features a green-blue patina with oxidized components akin to the aging exterior of the Statue of Liberty. The second work 'WALL' from 2017 is the artist's largest spray painting that is over seven meters wide and comprised of layered bands, lines and drips of diffused colors. Both works are meant to spark dialogue on the layered history of the UNESCO site with Marseille being a Mediterranean port 'shaped by movement, memory and reinvention.' And while Le Corbusier's direction of colors were intended to trigger emotions, Ruby's works are meant to confront the architectural's structural elements with his visceral works that touch heavily on material transformation and the relationship between humans and the built environment. 'The artist's sensitivity to color resonates deeply here, his patinas and atmospheres engage in a visual dialogue with Le Corbusier's color theory and the polychrome building, in which color is used as a spatial and emotional tool,' as per a press statement. The exhibition is on view until September 28, head toMaMo by Ora Ïto's websitefor more information. MaMo by Ora ÏtoCentre d'art de la Cité Radieuse280 Boulevard Michelet,13008 Marseille 8èmeFrance

Taylor Fritz reveals how girlfriend Morgan Riddle has been crucial to his Wimbledon run

Taylor Fritz is using the power of love to continue his run at Wimbledon. The 27-year-old American tennis star admitted after his quarterfinal victory over Karen Khachanov on Tuesday that his recent success in the sport has coincided with dating influencer and content creator Morgan Riddle. 'There's been a pretty constant results-and-ranking rise since we've been together,' Fritz said. 'I think I would have to say she's been a big help to me just kind of keeping me focused, having someone who cares and just pushes you to just do better and do the right things, be healthier.' 4 Taylor Fritz of United States celebrates winning match point against Karen Khachanov during the Gentlemen's Singles quarter-final match on day nine of The Championships Wimbledon 2025 at All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club on July 8, 2025 in London, England. AFP via Getty Images He also said Riddle, who's been in attendance for the Grand Slam and was on hand for his four-set quarters win on Court 1, can be like a 'mother' with him in the sense that she can help ensure he has a proper diet and sleep. But Fritz realized maybe equating a mother and girlfriend wasn't the best idea. 'Yeah, that maybe wasn't the best choice of words.' Riddle has dated Fritz since 2020 and has been public with their relationship. 4 Morgan Riddle, partner of Taylor Fritz of the U.S. in the stands before his quarterfinal match against Russia's Karen Khachanov. REUTERS In 2022, she even took to her Instagram — where she has over 400,00 followers — to share a 2021 note to himself after his Wimbledon loss that read: 'Nobody in the whole world is underachieving harder than you, you are so f–king good but 40 in the world get your f–king s–t together.' Fritz, while smiling, said Tuesday that the note, which has been re-shared widely, was never meant to be public. Riddle, 27, hit back at critics earlier this year that believe she is just 'capitalizing' on Fritz's tennis success. 4 Taylor Fritz of the United States holds the championship trophy with girlfriend Morgan Riddle after winning a finals tennis match at the BNP Paribas Open played on March 20, 2022 at the Indian Wells Ennis Garden in Indian Wells, CA. Icon Sportswire via Getty Images 'I think historically, a lot of the older wives and partners on the [tennis] tour have been very private, heads down, in the box,' Riddle said on 'The Squeeze' podcast. 'They're there to cheer on their partner and they didn't have super public personas. '… I don't know if this is true, but I've been told by people on the tennis tour that when I was first posting TikTok [videos] a couple years ago, there was a clique of older wives on the tour and they would send my videos in their group chat and just make fun of me. 'So I definitely got a lot of backlash, both from within in the tennis community and the fans — I think because it was different. And I'm calling attention to myself. I guess people expected me to sit in the box, be relatively private and not capitalize on my partner's career. And I kinda came in guns blazing. I was like, 'well, f–k that,' and posted whatever I wanted to.' The fifth-seededFritz now has a date with No. 2 seed Carlos Alcaraz — the two-time defending Wimbledon champ — in the semifinals. If Fritz were to win, it would be just his second Grand Slam final appearance after falling just short at last year's U.S. Open.
