Fabrizio Romano Offers Transfer Update on Chelsea, Man Utd Target's Future at PSG

It looks like the Premier League could be the next stop for PSG goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma, with Manchester United emerging as a strong contender. Chelsea and Manchester City are also showing interest in the Italian keeper. According to RMC Sport's Fabrice Hawkins, Donnarumma remains with PSG, but his camp is actively exploring potential destinations. Manchester United, Manchester City, Galatasaray, and clubs from Saudi Arabia have all communicated interest. Donnarumma is still committed to PSG and would only entertain a move if the right project came along. Inside the club, there's still a scenario where he competes with Lucas Chevalier for the No. 1 spot, with Luis Enrique expected to make the final decision, per Hawkins. PSG standout mulling over decision on his futureTransfer expert Fabrizio Romano reported on Thursday that Donnarumma and his team haven't ruled out staying at PSG. Even though his contract runs through June 2026 and Lucas Chevalier is on the way, Donnarumma could stay and compete for the starting spot like he did with Keylor Navas. He'll likely decide on his future in the coming months. Sports Zone recently reported that Manchester United have reached out to PSG about Donnarumma. It looks very unlikely that Donnarumma and PSG will come to an agreement. The report also mentions that Al-Ittihad and Galatasaray are offering him nearly €20 million a year, while Chelsea and Manchester City have shown interest as well. At the same time, Corriere dello Sport said Manchester United have become the frontrunner to sign Donnarumma, with recent talks happening between his representatives and the club.

Ferrari extends Fred Vasseur's contract as F1 team boss

Ferrari has renewed its contract with Formula 1 team boss Fred Vasseur, ending speculation about the Frenchman's future. Vasseur joined from Sauber ahead of the 2023 season replacing Mattia Binotto and implemented a raft of behind-the-scenes changes to return the Prancing Horse to the top of F1. Ferrari finished second in the 2024 constructors' championship but has since stagnated, with defending champions McLaren romping towards the 2025 crown. It led to speculation from Italian media that Vasseur would be leaving at the end of his original deal, which was set to expire this year, amid alleged interest from Ferrari's top management in Christian Horner. But Ferrari has now drawn a line under any future doubts by re-signing Vasseur on fresh terms in what is expected to be another multi-year deal. "I'm grateful for the trust Ferrari continues to place in me," Vasseur said. "This renewal is not just a confirmation - it's a challenge to keep progressing, to stay focused, and to deliver. Lewis Hamilton, Ferrari "Over the past 30 months, we've laid strong foundations, and now we must build on them with consistency and determination. We know what's expected, and we're all fully committed to meeting those expectations and taking the next step forward together.' This news comes ahead of F1's vast regulation changes next year, which Ferrari will enter with Charles Leclerc and seven-time world champion Lewis Hamilton as its drivers. Ferrari CEO Benedetto Vigna said: "Fred joined the Scuderia at the beginning of 2023, bringing with him extensive motorsport experience and a proven ability to develop talent and build competitive teams across all levels of racing. "Since then, he has laid a solid foundation with the ambition of returning Ferrari to the top of Formula 1."
