Hong Kong woman arrested on suspicion of doxxing married couple
The Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data said on Monday that the suspect, 36, was a former friend of the man.
In March, the man sent her photos of his identity card and his wife's 'Demand for Rates and/or Government Rent', an official bill for property taxes and land lease payments, via an instant messaging app to secure a loan from the suspect.
However, the privacy watchdog did not reveal the amount involved.
In early May, four posts demanding repayment from the couple appeared on a personal social media account.
The posts allegedly included a photo of the man's identity card, revealing his Chinese and English names, Chinese commercial code, ID card number, date of birth, gender and photo.

A Hong Kong court has handed down jail sentences of up to 16 years to two men for sexually exploiting two girls when the defendants separately had a relationship with the victims' mother six to eight years ago. Li was jailed for four years on eight counts of indecent assault. The 49-year-old mother, only identified in court by her initials ND, was jailed on seven counts of child cruelty and one of perverting the course of justice.

Indonesian tourist arrested at Hong Kong's The Peak after tumbler hits woman
An Indonesian tourist who was sightseeing at The Peak in Hong Kong has been arrested after a tumbler fell out of his backpack and hit another visitor walking below. Police said they received a report at 12.16pm on Wednesday that a mainland Chinese woman had been hit by an unknown object at The Peak Tower and reported injuries to her head. 'A man standing on the floor above was sightseeing. He had put his backpack on a fence, but his tumbler fell out from a side pocket, falling to the floor below and hitting the woman,' the spokesman said. Officers arrested the man, who was a tourist from Indonesia, on suspicion of allowing an object to fall from a height. The injured woman, a tourist in her 40s, was sent to Queen Mary Hospital in Pok Fu Lam. The tumbler was 17cm (6.7 inches) high and 8cm wide.

Family of Hong Kong teenager who died on Sichuan peak arrive in province
Sichuan authorities are assisting the family of a 16-year-old Hongkonger who died while climbing a snow-covered mountain in the province. The Mount Siguniang Scenic Area Administration confirmed on Wednesday that the victim was 16 years old and told the Post that his family had arrived in the provincial capital Chengdu, with staff assisting them. Hong Kong's Immigration Department said on Tuesday it was taking follow-up action through the city's Economic and Trade Office in Chengdu, but did not provide details of the victim or the incident. The teenager was reportedly on a slope on the 5,276-metre (17,310-foot) Second Peak when he slid and went missing on Monday morning. He was believed to be suffering from leg fatigue at the time, and his body was later recovered by rescuers in the afternoon, according to local authorities and media. An official bulletin from the administration circulating online earlier said that the victim was a Hong Kong resident living in Guangdong province, whose parents had registered him for an outdoor activity organised by a travel agency on Saturday.
