Speaking exclusively to The Sun, Jordan revealed he's has the "best year" of his life while taking a veiled swipe at BBC Radio One.
When asked about how it's been at Capital since making the move, he said: "Oh, honestly, they have been the best people to work for.
"It was definitely the right decision," he said, trailing off.
"It's been just over 12 months and it has been the best year of my life."

Continuing to gush over the job change, he said: "It's been so good, we've interviewed absolute megastars.
"And what's lovely now is friends and family and people that have come over to Capital have said, 'oh, you really suit the station. It's like you've been there for years'.
"And that is the biggest compliment," he said.
He added: "This Breakfast show has got a massive buzz about it at the moment, something which we never thought we'd be able to do after just 12 months.

"It feels like everybody's tuning in and listening.
"And everyone's copying us as well, which is always a good sign," he added, seemingly taking another jibe at his former workplace.

Last year, after a decade at the

, it was announced he was leaving the Drive Time show with

after four years.
Speaking to The Sun last year amid his big move, Jordan opened up about getting the huge opportunity at Capital and being unable to turn it down.
'I wasn't looking to leave but then this opportunity came up and you don't turn Capital down,' Jordan admitted.
'I know that sounds corny but it's a massive breakfast show.
'I told three people, because I had to keep it quiet, and they all said, 'Go for it'.'
At the time, Jordan also spoke about his pals at the BBC with fond words.
'I have loads of good friends there [at the BBC].
'When I rang Vick she was great.
'They all texted me before the first show.
"
'They pit us as rivals but really we're all mates,' he affirmed at the time.

Star Wars actor Kenneth Colley dies aged 87

Star Wars actor Kenneth Colley has died at the age of 87 after contracting Covid and developing pneumonia, his agent has said. The English film and television actor is best known for starring in The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi as Admiral Piett, an Imperial Officer in command of Darth Vader's flagship. Colley's agent of 10 years, Julian Owen, issued a statement that said he died "peacefully" on Monday 30 June in Ashford, Kent. The statement said: "He had been admitted after a fall with an injured arm. However, he quickly contracted Covid, which developed into pneumonia. He passed away peacefully with friends at his bedside. "Ken Colley was one of our finest character actors with a career spanning 60 years. "Ken continually worked on stage, film, and television playing a vast array of characters, from Jesus in Monty Python's Life of Brian to evil and eccentric characters in Ken Russell films, and the Duke of Vienna in Shakespeare's Measure for Measure for the BBC." In later years, he reprised his role of Admiral Piett when he voiced the character in the 2012 animated Lego production, Lego Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Out. He also had parts in international productions including Clint Eastwood's Firefox and the Second World War series War and Remembrance. The statement added: "Ken's favourite part was playing Estragon in the stage production of Beckett's classic Waiting for Godot at the Cockpit Theatre in London in 2014. "Ken's participation in Star Wars led him to being invited to conventions and official fan events all over the world where he remains one of the best-loved actors from the original trilogy. "Ken loved his garden, art collecting, and had a passion for fast cars."

BBC will no longer broadcast Glastonbury performances that they deem to be 'high risk'

BBC WILL NO longer broadcast what it deems as 'high-risk performances' at the Glastonbury Festival or any event deemed likely to breach broadcasting standards after anti-Israel comments were made by an artist this year. Politicians in the UK have condemned band Bob Vylan after its member chanted 'death to the IDF' during their performance at the West Holts stage at the festival on Saturday. Police in the UK have since launched a criminal investigation into the comments by frontman Bobby Vylan, who performed before Irish rap trio Kneecap – who are also under investigation. The BBC has also been under significant pressure to answer questions around why Bob Vylan's gig was broadcast live on Saturday. In a statement today , the station apologised to viewers for the comments but said appropriate risk assessments had been carried out. Seven acts at the festival were deemed 'high-risk' acts this year, it said. The assessment determines the level of risk that the performance will breach the BBC's strict broadcast guidelines. All were deemed suitable for live-streaming with appropriate mitigations. Advertisement Following the remarks by Bobby Vylan, the BBC has said it will no longer broadcast any events deemed to be high-risk by their guideline assessments. It also will appoint editorial policy staff to be on-site during major music festival and events to improve compliance. Separately, the BBC will also provide a detailed, practical guide on the threshold for withdrawing a livestream after politicians have questioned why the set continued to be broadcast after the remarks were made. Bob Vylan this week accused politicians of attempting to distract voters from their inaction to stop Israel's war in Gaza with their condemnation of music artists who support and advocate for Palestine. The broadcaster announced earlier on Saturday that it would not be broadcasting the Kneecap set live, and it would be available on-demand at a later time. Access to the West Holts stage was closed before the gig as it had reached capacity . It came after political leaders in the UK, including Prime Minister Keir Starmer, said the band's attendance was not appropriate after one of its members has been accused of terror charges. Band member Liam Óg Ó hAnnaidh, whose stage name is Mo Chara, appeared before Westminster Magistrates Court last month, charged with allegedly displaying a flag of the proscribed terrorist group Hezbollah while saying 'up Hamas, up Hezbollah' at a concert in November. Ó hAnnaidh was released on unconditional bail to appear before a judge again in August . His defence team signalled that they will be contesting the charges , and the band has said the accusations are politically-motivated. Readers like you are keeping these stories free for everyone...
