Sharing a snap of Khloe on Reddit a poster said: "One Week Sober from Photoshop and She Relapsed AGAIN."
They were referring to how Khloe looked so different in the image.
"Those lips are horrifying!" replied one poster.
"I don't understand whatever it is that's making her face shape look like handsome squid ward like what is that? fillers?
"She needs to stop it looks odd to me and why would someone want their face shaped like that? I don't get these aesthetics," said another.
While a third said: "Isn't photoshop supposed to make you look better?
"Like, I say this as nicely as I can, whatever this filter is or whoever did this made her look like a ghoul."
Another explained: "I don't think it is actual photoshop, where you put a photo in a photoshop application.
"That requires some intelligence and artistic skill to edit photos.
"This is just her pushing a button that stretches out or thins; no ability needed. She's just using a user friendly filter to edit."
It's not the first time Khloe has been called out on a photograph.
Fans spotted that Khloe's hands were very pale in a video promoting her new podcast episode where her arms and body appeared to be a different color to her hands.
Sharing a snap of Khloe recording her podcast, Khloe in Wonderland, someone on Reddit asked: "Clears throat………. We're all friends here.
"Can we please talk about the hands?"
They were referring to the strange coloring of Khloe's hands in the clip and photo still.
"She just completely forgets she has hands when she's applying self tanner, huh?" said one person.
"I initially thought she just washes her hands too much after applying fake tan.
"But the evenness of the line makes it seem like it's from a skin treatment," penned another.
"She applies it with her hands, but forgets she has them because she puts on gloves haha," said a third.
This comes shortly after Khloe admitted all of the exact work she's had done to her face and body over the years.
Dr Jonny Betteridge said: "Khloe has changed a lot over the past few years," before listing what work he believed she might have undergone.
But Khloe was quick in coming forward to correct Dr Betteridge and reveal the exact procedures she has undergone over the years.
