Daily Mail28-04-2025
Pip Edwards rang in her 45th birthday with a bang over the weekend, sparing no expense as she booked out the ritzy Italian restaurant 10 William St in Paddington.
The P.E Nation founder ensured she was the centre of attention as she put on a very leggy display in a retro Ellery mini dress which popped with colour and featured an extra short hem.
With sleeves cascading over her hands, Pip paired the bright frock with a set of baby blue fur pumps worth $750 from Camilla and Marc as she celebrated over lunch with her nearest and dearest.
Typically seen with her tresses pulled back in a tight bun, the Ksubi creative director opted to let her hair down for once as she accessorised with a pair of designer sunglasses and several chunky silver rings.
Pip and guests shared several photos of the milestone birthday to Instagram.
'Hands down, the best birthday I've ever had made sooooo memorable by all the incredible [people] around me, which makes the celebration all the more amazing,' Pip captioned one reel of images.

'Love to my family, and friends old and new! This next chapter marked by turning 45 feels soooooo right and soooooo good. Thank you for all the beautiful birthday wishes xxxx.'
She wrote over another photo of her smiling face: 'The best thing about birthdays is actually celebrating all the incredible people you have around you that make it worth celebrating with.
'The company you keep makes for a full and meaningful life. Here is to all the people I have around me who make life so special.'
Guests invited to Pip's big bash included her son Justice Maximus, who she shares with ex partner Dan Single, her mother Gloria Edwards, and Double Rainbouu co-founder Michael Nolan.
Kirsten King, the founder of Pilates studio Fluidform, was also in attendance, as well as jewellery designer Brohn Smith, fashion designer Michael Lo Sordo, and Sneaky Sound System singer Connie Mitchell.
Milly Gattegno of the Sydney-based DJ duo The Faders was also invited along with interior designer Steve Cordony who put together the lavish table spread seen at Pip's birthday.
Guests enjoyed Don Julio Tequila and dined on delicious appetisers and full-course meals—pretzel and whipped bottarga, castelfranco salad with riverine buffalo blue and pear lamb arrosticini, tagliatella al ragu alla Bolognese, steamed snapper with agretti and garlic leafy salad—all topped with tiramisu for dessert.
Notably absent from the birthday celebrations was Pip's best friend Jackie 'O' Henderson, as the radio star was enjoying an idyllic Italian getaway with her daughter Kitty, 14, and didn't return until early Monday morning.

Nevertheless, Jackie took some time out on Saturday to pay a special tribute to her bestie and 'soul sister' Pip on Instagram.
Sharing a collage of herself and Pip enjoying each other's company, the radio queen captioned the images with a sweet message, saying the pair's strong friendship was always meant to be.
'From the moment we met, we just knew we were destined to be great friends,' Jackie wrote.
'Happy birthday my beautiful @pipedwards I wish I was there to celebrate with you.'
Jackie continued to gush about her bestie, adding: 'You're my little soul sister angel. I'm so proud of who u are & all you've achieved.

Stevie Nicks and Lindsey Buckingham 'tease Fleetwood Mac reunion' with posts

Fleetwood Mac's estranged lovers Stevie Nicks and Lindsey Buckingham have caused fans to 'crash out' with a matching pair of social media posts. The Landslide hitmakers have had a turbulent personal and professional relationship over the years, with the band's chart-topping studio album Rumours written at the time of their breakup in the 70s. The musical duo last performed on stage together in January 2018, with reports of a significant disagreement between the pair over their working schedule sealing the deal on their professional breakup. After bandmate Christine McVie's death in November 2022, the band seemed pretty set on never reuniting on stage, with Stevie focusing on her successful solo career. In a pair of posts made to Instagram earlier today the lead singer, 77, and former guitarist, 75, seemed to imply the almost decade-long rupture might finally be at an end. On Stevie's account she posted the lyrics from 1973 hit Frozen Love: 'And if you go forward' which comes from Buckingham Nicks' only album. Then, Lindsey completed the line with his own post reading: 'I'll meet you there'. There's no denying the two posts are linked in style, theme and timing – leading fans to the conclusion that a longawaited reunion could finally be happening. And everyone is spiralling. 'Glad I was already planning on crashing out today!' yogimagee wrote on Instagram. 'IM GOING TO THROW UP WHATS HAPPENING,' maddieshonholtz added. 'WHAT DOES THIS MEAN' stevienicksnation echoed. Some are sepculating it could mean just a Buckingham Nicks reunion while others think the whole gang could be getting back together. Regardless, everyone wants to see Lindsey and Stevie singing the 1977 tune Silver Springs together live on stage after it recently went viral on TikTok in a trend recounting the pair's heartwrenching romance. 'Forget FM for a minute, just give us a Buckingham Nicks tour please,' andymacphee comics declared. 'Fleetwood Mac reunion in 2025?? A girl can dream,' ahs_adn shared. 'Tell us what's happening before I completely crash out please and thank you,' mejennamarie declared. 'It feels amazing to be alive to witness the stars align like this, It was written,' drimaued shared. Whatever this is, a Fleetwood Mac reunion does still seem unlikely. In June 2024, Stevie told Mojo magazine: 'Without Christine, no can do… There is no chance of putting Fleetwood Mac back together in any way. Without her, it just couldn't work.' More Trending This doesn't rule out an onstage reunion between just these two or remastering of their record , however. Or it could just be their way of telling their fans that the hatchet has finally been buried – time will tell. In an interview with Rolling Stone in October 2024 she said about Lindsey: 'I dealt with Lindsey for as long as I could. You could not say that I did not give him more than 300 million chances.' Meanwhile, last year bandmate Mick Fleetwood added: 'Stevie's able to speak clearly about how she feels and doesn't feel, as does Lindsey. But I'll say, personally, I would love to see a healing between them.' Maybe his wish has finally come true. Got a story? Kate Beckinsale 'paralysed' with grief after mother died in her arms

Kate Beckinsale has been left heartbroken after the death of her beloved mother Judy Loe. The 51-year-old actress revealed her mother died aged 78 earlier this week 'after immeasurable suffering', just 18 months after Judy's second husband and Kate's stepfather Roy Battersby died in January 2024. In an emotional Instagram post, Kate shared a series of photos of her late mother, and admitted she felt 'paralysed'. She wrote in a caption: 'I don't want to post this. I am only posting this because I have had to register my mother's death certificate and it will soon become public record. 'She died the night of July 15th in my arms after immeasurable suffering. I have not picked all the best photos, nor the best videos, because I cannot bear to go through my camera roll yet. 'I deeply apologise to any of her friends who are finding out this way or through the press, but I cannot go through her phone. 'I am paralysed. Jude was the compass of my life ,the love of my life, my dearest friend. The vastness and huge heart of this tiny woman has touched so many people who love her dearly.' A cause of death has not yet been confirmed, but the Pearl Harbour actress previously opened up about her mother's lengthy battle with cancer. Kate praised her 'brave' mother, who was also an actress, for the way she lived her life, and revealed her 'greatest fear' has come true after she found her late dad Richard Beckinsale dead aged 31 in 1979. She continued: 'She has been brave in so many ways, forgiving sometimes too much , believing in the ultimate good in people and the world is so dim without her that it is nearly impossible to bear. Mama, I love you so much. 'This has been my greatest fear since finding my father dead at five and I am here. Oh my Mama.. I'm sorry, I'm so sorry. I am so sorry.' Judy as diagnosed with stage 4 cancer in 2023, and in February this year, Kate asked followers on Instagram to 'say a spare prayer' for her mother. Earlier this month, Kate shared a video of her tearing up as she sang Bye, Bye Love by The Everly Brothers to Judy in hospital in a reference to a vocal group she had when she was 14. Kate said she is 'trying to keep the Four Teens going' as she welled up while singing in an emotional video she shared with fans, adding: 'I am a very poor substitute not being a very good singer. 'But I want my mum's dearest and oldest friends in her hospital room with her. (Sylvia) and Chris, please know I'm trying to keep the Four Teens going as best as I can from a distance and I love you both.' More Trending Kate also thanked her mother's friends for their 'support and love', while jokingly apologising to 'anybody in the hospital subject to [her] dreadful singing'. She said: 'It is a mark of my mother's extraordinary capacity for love and deep respect for relationship history that her friendships with her early school friends are still so very current. 'Love you all but most especially my mum.' Got a story?
