According to the business, the OnePlus Nord 5 smartphone, Nord CE5, and OnePlus Buds 4 will all be unveiled at a Summer Launch event on July 8. OnePlus Nord 5 camera leaks
According to a press statement from the company, the OnePlus Nord 5 will have a dual back camera unit that includes an 8-megapixel 116-degree ultra-wide shooter and a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-700 main sensor. The front of the smartphone will use a 50-megapixel Samsung JN5 sensor.
The OnePlus Nord 5's front and rear cameras can record 4K video at 60 frames per second. Additionally, the smartphone will support LivePhoto.
The Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC and LPDDR5X RAM capability have been confirmed. The phone's 7,300sq mm VC cooling chamber provides gaming speeds of up to 144 frames per second.
OnePlus Nord 5 expected specifications
The OnePlus Nord 5 might include a 6.83-inch 120Hz full-HD+ (1,272x2,800 pixels) AMOLED display, a 5,200mAh battery with 80W SuperVOOC charging capability, and an IP65 dust and water-resistant construction. It will offer 256GB and 512GB of storage in addition to 8GB and 12GB of RAM.
The color options for the OnePlus Nord 5 are anticipated to be Dry Ice, Marble Sands, and Phantom Grey. In the meanwhile, Marble Mist and Black Infinity are possible color options for the OnePlus Nord CE 5.
OnePlus Nord 5 expected price in India
Leaks indicate that the OnePlus Nord 5 will cost approximately Rs 30,000 in India. Official pricing and availability, however, won't be disclosed until the launch event.
There will be OnePlus Buds 4 as well
On July 8, the OnePlus Buds 4 will be released in India in addition to the two phones. Active noise cancellation will be included in these fully functional earbuds.
OnePlus said on Tuesday that the Buds 4 would have adaptive mode and intelligent adaptive ANC.
"The Buds 4 effectively silences a wide range of ambient sounds thanks to their industry-leading Real-time Adaptive ANC, which achieves an exceptional noise reduction depth of up to 55dB across an ultra-wide 5500 Hz frequency range," the company stated in a note. "The system guarantees accurate and responsive ANC performance in every situation by operating up to 800 times per second."

In an official release, Krafton noted that the gaming ecosystem has grown rapidly in India, which currently has over 450 million gamers, and has witnessed a whopping 400% rise in esports viewership over the past three years. 'This isn't just the beginning of another tournament, it's the foundation of a long-term sporting ecosystem with the potential to rival the world's most iconic leagues,' it said. As per the release, the company is currently accepting 'expressions of interest' from corporates, public figures, athletes, content creators, and investors, who are interested in owning franchises in the novel esports league. Interested parties have been directed to express their intent by July 4, 2025 (Friday), following which Krafton will share a detailed information deck, Letter of Intent (LOI), and proceed with further discussions regarding the bidding process, it said. How to enroll as a bidder in franchise auction? The process for enrolling as a bidder in the auction for acquiring an esports franchise is pretty straightforward. Interested parties must send an email to Krafton with their expression of interest before the July 4 deadline, and and confirm their willingness to participate in the bidding. In response, they will receive all necessary documentation and details on how to proceed next from Krafton, according to the company. Notably, PUBG developer Krafton has recently shifted more focus to the Indian gaming market, roping in Indian celebrities, and partnering with top brands like OnePlus, Hyundai, and iQOO. Krafton's Battlegrounds Mobile India– the Indian version of its PUBG: Battlegrounds battle royale– has become wildly popular in the country, and continues to thrive as a major esports brand with tournaments like BGIS and BMPS offering opportunities and hefty prize money professional players. In a recent interview with IGN India, Krafton CEO Changhan 'CH' Kim revealed that the company planned to increase its total investment in the country will from $170 million to $310 million over the next two years.
