(Video) M'sian Fans Overjoyed Seeing BTS' J-Hope Sharing Super Ring Snack With TWICE's Sana
It seems that two more idols have joined the list, after one introduced the snack to the other on camera. BTS member J-Hope (제이홉) recently appeared on TWICE's Sana (사나/サナ)'s show 'Fridge Interview', where he brought along some snacks he picked up while on tour. Watch:
In the latest episode of Sana's 'Fridge Interview', BTS's J-Hope discussed his latest solo project and preparations for his 'HOPE ON THE STREET' world tour, which recently concluded. At one point during the interview, the two idols opened the fridge, which was filled with various foods and drinks that the rapper is particularly fond of, one of which happened to be a packet of Super Ring snacks.
The 31-year-old explained the reason he liked each item in the fridge, one by one. When it came to the Malaysian snack, he revealed that he had picked it up during his trip to Singapore, where he performed at the country's National Indoor Stadium. He described it as savoury and tasty before opening the bag to share it with Sana, who commented that it had a hint of sweetness.
The moment quickly went viral, with Malaysian fans expressing their excitement over the Super Ring mention. Many commented that if J-Hope were to perform in Malaysia, he could have all the Super Ring snacks he wanted, as they're available in almost every convenience store across the country. Others, however, expressed disappointment that the idol didn't specify the snack's Malaysian origin, noting that he only mentioned picking it up in Singapore.
TWICE fans also chimed in, hoping that Sana would share the snack with her fellow members, sparking hopes that it might lead to a potential concert in Malaysia. Even though J-Hope didn't get the snack from Malaysia, there's no denying that Super Ring remains a superior snack among K-pop idols.

KUALA LUMPUR: A quick trip to the convenience store turned into an unexpected "night safari" for a family who encountered three animals within just five minutes along the same stretch of road. A 1-minute and 22-second clip, shared by TikTok user @nurulshaharis, shows the family's encounters during their night drive—and has since gone viral. Their first sighting was a pig crossing the road. A minute later, they spotted a cat sitting still in the middle of the road, which was soon picked up by a man waiting nearby. Student gamer Aria blazes trail for Malaysian women in eSports
KUALA LUMPUR: By day, she's a finance and marketing student in New Zealand. By night, she's Malaysia's gaming trailblazer. Sharifah Alia Husna Syed Fakrrurozi, better known in the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) arena as Aria, has made history as the first Malaysian woman to reach the grand final of an international MLBB tournament. The 22-year-old, who joined North American side Gaimin Gladiators (GG), may have lost 4-0 to Indonesia's Team Vitality in the MLBB Women's Invitational (MWI) final in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, but the runner-up finish earned her team a cool US$90,000 (RM382,000) and a place in the record books. Aria, who hails from Selangor and is currently pursuing a degree at the University of Canterbury, said she hopes her breakthrough moment will encourage more Malaysian female gamers to aim beyond local borders. "I hope if players in Malaysia don't get a chance at home, they will try to go for the international stage," said the 2023 SEA Games bronze medallist. "For example, if you can't break into a top team like NAVI MY, consider joining a team abroad.
