BNB Chain Announces Latest BNB Hack Winner
BNB Chain, the community-driven blockchain ecosystem, today announced the winners of its latest BNB Hack batch, continuing to recognize innovation across AI, DeSoc, DeSci, DePIN, and other Web3 categories. The June 12 batch includes one standout project, MCPForge, selected as a Tier 3 winner, reflecting strong traction, technical development, and potential for monetization.
Since launching in February, BNB Hack has drawn hundreds of submissions from global builders eager to push the boundaries of blockchain applications. With a flexible, rolling evaluation process, the program offers tiered rewards, continuous feedback, and long-term ecosystem support. To date, 5 Tier 3 winners and 35 potential awardees have been selected, with several projects already live on mainnet and under review for further advancement.
The newly elevated Tier 3 project brings powerful infrastructure innovation to the space. MCPForge is a crypto-native AI Agent tool marketplace that transforms GitHub-based MCP Repos into deployable, callable, and monetizable AI services, streamlining the path from open-source code to real-world income. MCPForge will receive expanded rewards and mentorship, along with a dedicated demo opportunity on BNB Chain's official channels.
The latest batch drew over 30 submissions, and four additional early-stage projects have been awarded Tier 4 status. These potential awardees are now undergoing continuous evaluation as they build toward mainnet deployment and possible tier advancement.
Among the newly recognized Tier 4 projects are:
Quest Craft: A Play-to-Earn Minecraft server where players link crypto wallets, complete AI-generated quests, and earn soulbound tokens with in-game and real-world utility.
Akai Space: A gamified data-labeling platform blending Web3 incentives, AI-assisted annotation, and Play-to-Earn design to produce high-quality datasets for AI development.
Expiry Mitra: An AI-powered, decentralized tool that verifies the authenticity of medicine, helping users and pharmacies fight counterfeit drugs.
NeuroBalance: An AI-driven crypto portfolio manager on BNB Smart Chain that uses machine learning to automatically rebalance assets based on customizable strategies.
These Tier 4 projects will benefit from technical guidance, visibility across BNB Chain channels, and access to the broader builder ecosystem.

The hackathon is open to all Web3 builders, from solo developers to startups, with no fixed deadline. Any project launched on testnet or mainnet after February 12, 2025, is eligible. Participants can submit their builds, receive feedback, iterate, and resubmit for review and tier consideration.
Top projects can unlock rewards of up to $10,000 in cash and a $50,000 Kickstart package, along with opportunities for inclusion in the Most Valuable Builder (MVB) program and BNB Demo Day.
To further encourage participation, over $540,000 in sponsored challenge prizes have been introduced. In addition, developers can now submit code examples through the Cookbook Bounty and win a share of a $10,000 prize pool, while boosting their project visibility.

DWF Ventures Publishes Analysis of SocialFi Token Creation App Zora
Web3 investor and ecosystem builder DWF Ventures has published an analysis of Zora, the token creation app that's emerged as a competitor to and Bonk. In the report, DWF Ventures examines the rise of Zora to become a cornerstone of the creator economy, launching 1.5M tokens and generating $420M in volume. DWF Ventures' detailed assessment of Zora charts the rise of the platform, which lies at the intersection of the token launchpad and SocialFi sectors. It details its rapid growth and assesses its prospects of maintaining momentum and claiming market share from competitors such as Built on Base, Zora's social app is made for the new creator economy. Every post and profile it contains is an instantly tradable ERC20 token, incentivizing users to create original content that will resonate with Zora's community. Creators earn 1% of every trade, ensuring that users are fairly remunerated for the content they post and memes they make. As DWF Ventures explains, Zora creators can post content in the form of photos, art, or ideas which users are able to mint for a period of time. Once the mint duration, which usually lasts three days, concludes, the market begins. A small percentage of initial mint fees is used to bootstrap liquidity, while creators can claim a portion of fees from the liquidity pool. Core features identified by DWF Ventures that have attributed to Zora's success include built-in creator royalties; global and programmable liquidity; and its permissionless onchain markets, which mark a significant improvement over V1 of the app in which offchain secondary marketplaces had to be used for selling and post-minting. While Zora-related onchain activity has diminished slightly from its April high, DWF Ventures notes that it has picked up notably in the past week with a significant increase in daily created tokens, unique creators, trading volume, and rewards. The uptick in these metrics has pushed Zora past $420M in lifetime volume and $3.4M in rewards. In its report, DWF Ventures examines the similarities and differences between Zora and memecoin launchpads such as and Bonk. All three platforms utilize a bonding curve prior to DEX migration and are highly speculative in nature given that tokens have little to no intrinsic value. However, Zora's deployment on Base coupled with its SocialFi features give it a unique distribution channel and differentiate it from its Solana-based rivals. DWF Ventures goes on to examine the novel design of Zora's reward system that ensures all content creators have an opportunity to earn – not just influencers with large followings. This design also feeds into its native token, which has been programmed with a strong value accrual mechanism because a portion of all value generated flows into $ZORA. The report concludes by considering Zora's prospects of becoming a major player in the growing SocialFi sector or whether its novelty will wear off as users seek new experiences and fresh opportunities.
