More than 33,000 fans were sold at stores and online nationwide from May 2024 to June 2024.
The company Luv n' care received seven reports for children's fingers accessing the fan blades, leading to six laceration injuries.
The Nuby Stroller fans have three speeds, adjustable tripod legs and a rechargeable USB port. The plastic fans are black with the Nuby brand name printed on the center on the front of the fan. The lot number N8K10X and model number 25138 are printed on a white label on the back center of the fan.
If you have the stroller fan, you're asked to stop using it immediately.

22 Prime Day Deals on Wirecutter-Approved Toys for Kids of All Ages
$73 $41 from Walmart What we like: Our budget balance bike pick. Low stand-over height enables skittish youngsters to stay balanced. Well-engineered curved frame. Handlebars and seat are easily adjustable. Air-filled rubber tires work fine on paved, dirt, and carpeted surfaces. Other things to know: Took an hour-plus to build, the longest of our picks. Shows wear and tear. Less-treaded tires create a slightly less smooth ride and can lead to slipping around corners. No handbrake. No warranty. On sale in yellow (a good color for a self-declared banana bike). Read more: The Best Balance Bikes $17 $14 from Amazon What we like: An affordable 3D brain-puzzle gift pick for 7-year-olds. Small, lightweight, and compact. Easy to pack for travel. A great stocking stuffer. Part of a series of Kanoodle brain teasers. Other things to know: Kids can take turns or work their way through a booklet of increasingly difficult puzzles on their own. Read more: The 34 Best Gifts for 7-Year-Olds $140 $106 from Walmart (deal on blue or multicolor finish) What we like: Our budget pick for the best first pedal bike was the top contender among the sub-$200 bikes we tested. Simple to put together, sturdy, and unfussy. Geometry was comfortable enough for our younger testers and allowed our experienced 7-year-old tester to accelerate quickly and charge up hills. Other things to know: Coaster brake isn't ideal, but it was the best option we found when testing budget bikes. This model's steel frame makes it much heavier than our other picks (20.5 pounds) and likely to be more difficult for smaller children to maneuver. Available at the deal price in the blue or multicolor finish. This Prime Day lightning deal is probably your only chance to get a discount on a Hulken until Black Friday
My love of the Hulken is well documented. I basically wrote a love letter about how this thing has transformed city schlepping for me. My biggest hangup about the Hulken is that it's essentially $125 for a big Ikea bag on wheels. I think it's worth the full price, but if you're on the fence, maybe this 22% off Prime Day deal will sway you. You'll have to act fast, though. Several of the colors and sizes are only available as lightning deals, meaning the discount will go away once it's been fully claimed. A few colors and sizes are classified as regular deals, so they may last a bit longer. Still, act fast if you want it. I pretty much never see the Hulken on sale, and I doubt it will be again until Black Friday. If you need more convincing, I outline my favorite features in my Hulken review. You can check out our Amazon Prime Day deals hub for more great steals from the sale. Shopping for more discounts today?
