For those looking for something a bit more quirky, Dunelm has also included the Hardy Slim Bookcase in its clearance sale. Down from £229 to £114.50, this oak effect bookcase features a slender build and sleek design to provide space-saving storage.
Alternatively, Argos is selling the Home Verona Bookcase for £35. With dimensions of H113, W60, D29.5cm, this bookcase is available in either a dark or light wood effect. With an open design and tubing support, this bookcase is perfect for smaller spaces and won't overpower the room.
Back to the Fulton Bookcase, shoppers have awarded it a 4.6 star rating, with many reviewers being amazed about how easy it was to assemble the storage space.
One delighted shopper said: "Very sturdy and balanced well, they provide stickers the same pattern as the wood to put over the screw holes which makes it look way more expensive. The build I was a little nervous about doing alone but honestly it's hard to go wrong with and was quicker than I thought."
With another five-star reviewer adding on: "It's a lovely colour and easy to set up, managed to set up by myself with no problems."
However, a few shoppers lowered their rating due to the colour of the bookcase. One person wrote: "Very much darker than illustrated , dark grey. Otherwise it is a very good quality piece."
While another shopper said: "The colour isn't as it appears in the photo, it's much darker, I don't know why they are calling it pine. Had to return it."
Despite this, a top reviewer praised: "Good quality, solid wood, easy to assemble. Makes a great focal point as a bookshelf in my living room. The shade of wood is darker than pictured."
With a sixth customer gushing: The ladder bookcase is a very solid piece of furniture. It's of good quality and has 5 very spacious shelves. It's not as bulky as others I'd seen and fits perfectly in my small dining room. I'm very pleased with my purchase, especially as it was on sale in January."

Apple's new iPhone 16e is at its cheapest price ever ahead of Amazon Prime Day
Amazon's Prime Day sale kicks off on July 8, but the retailer has already slashed the price of Apple's latest iPhone Apple's latest iPhone is available for a record low price at Amazon ahead of the Prime Day sale. The sales event runs from July 8-11, but the iPhone 16e has already been reduced from £599 to £549 in an early deal. The deal is for the 128GB model and marks the cheapest ever price for the handset, according to price tracker camelcamelcamel. Shoppers can pick up the phone in a choice of black or white, with the same discount available at retailers including Argos and Very. The iPhone 16e is the latest Apple smartphone to hit the shelves, released in February as a budget-friendly version of the standard iPhone 16. Apple says the 16e offers 'powerful capabilities at a more affordable price' thanks to Apple's latest-generation A18 chip. The phone boasts a 6.1' display and countless AI features with Apple Intelligence, including the ability to remove objects from images and ChatGPT integrated into Writing Tools and Siri. It also has a 48MP Fusion camera capable of capturing super-high-resolution photos and a dual camera system that can take crystal-clear images regardless of the time of day. Other standout features include 4K video capture with Dolby Vision and new safety options like Emergency SOS and Roadside Assistance. For those who prefer to spread the cost of their tech, Sky Mobile is also offering the iPhone 16e at its lowest-ever price of £18 when paired with a Sky data plan. However, bagging this price means committing to a 36-month plan. Amazon customers have awarded the iPhone 16e a 4.5-star rating, with some saying it 'performs like a high-end phone'. One satisfied shopper said: 'I'm no expert but this is great value for money. Slim and handles nice. Transfer of data, photos, apps from my other phone was easy. Live videos are flicker, stutter and buffering free. Excellent quality photos. Performs like a high-end phone. I am extremely pleased with this.' Another said: 'While this is the entry-level model, it still looks and feels very premium. The battery is great and has lasted more than a day on most occasions. Being one of the latest models, you'll get greater and longer support than if you went with an iPhone 14 at around the same price.' However, this shopper was disappointed that – like many modern phones – the iPhone 16e does not come with a mains plug: 'Doesn't come with a wall adapter for the charging cable, so I have no way of actually charging it, apart from buying a separate wall charger.' But another five-star review says: 'Great specs, Apple Intelligence compatible, definitely the quality you'd expect from Apple. For some the lower end specs of the camera and the lack of Magsafe charging might be an issue, but as someone who doesn't use the camera often it was no big deal. All in all this is a fabulous phone, and I would definitely consider buying future versions instead of the high end spec iPhones. This really is a great phone.'

Dunelm's plug-in wall lamp 'frees up space on bedside tables'
One buyer praised the 'excellent quality' lamps for looking 'more expensive than they are' Dunelm's modern take on a wall light that handily doesn't need a costly electrician installation is turning heads. As attractive as wall lights are, people are often put off by the professional wiring that's required to get them hooked up to the mains and ready to go. But Dunelm has a range of products offering a way around that via a selection of lights that simply plug in. While traditional wires tend to be a bit unsightly, these wall lights combat that via a more sleek looking wire that hangs naturally and blends in with the overall aesthetic. One product that's particularly popular also comes with a built in shelf, making it well-suited for a bedside table or reading nook. The Fulton Plug In Wall Light with Shelf is priced at £70 from the retailer. The shelf comes with a rustic pine finish, while the lightbulb is exposed, meaning shoppers can add a stylish bulb to give it an added pop. Dunelm says that the lack of challenging wiring makes it "perfect for renters", though do be mindful that it will need fixing to a wall and some people may need to check with their landlord before drilling any holes. The cable reaches 1.8m, so keep in mind if you have a socket that will reach. If the £70 shelf is a bit pricey, Amazon stocks a much cheaper product in the form of the £55.89 KEESFU Plug in Wall Lights. They have an industrial style about them and come in a set of two, meaning the lights work out at a more affordable £28 each. The Amazon lights also have an adjustable height option which is quite a added nice feature. B&Q also stocks similar options like the Harbour Studio Vara Plug-in LED Wall light priced at £37 per light. It features an elegant antique brass finish that B&Q says "adds a touch of vintage charm to your space". Back to the Dunelm shelf lamp, reviewers have been full of praise for the product, with it averaging out at 4.6 stars out of 5. One of those reviewers said: "These look amazing, look more expensive than they are, excellent quality and very easy to install, I was surprised how much light they give, the shelf is very handy too. Highly recommend." Another went on: "I'm quite happy with this lamp. Frees up space on your bedside table." However, there was one buyer who was less impressed, saying: "It's nice, but probably a little pricey for what it is."
