Actor Sanvikaa, known for playing the role of Rinki in Panchayat, is currently basking in the success of the fourth season of the Amazon Prime Video show. Earlier this month, the actor shared a cryptic note on her Instagram Story on not receiving respect in the industry. In an interview with SCREEN, Sanvikaa opened up about the insider-outsider debate and shared her expectations for her role in Panchayat Season 5.
When asked about her cryptic note, Sanvikaa said, 'Honestly, I don't have a problem with anyone because it was said in a certain particular context. I still stand by it, but I don't want to talk much about it. But, it does get easier if you come from a certain backdrop. Everyone has their own fight, whether it's someone who is starting at a basic level or someone who wants to come to Bombay from their own hometown, there will be another fight. When you audition, it's another fight and when you start getting something, there's another fight. In each stage of your life as an actor, there will be different kinds of battles.'
She added, 'The context where it came from was that at least you don't have to fight for basic things like respect and being treated in a little equal way, which others are given by default. If I compare myself with the other person, they are given respect naturally. I have to keep proving and fight for it, then I am given that thing.'
Her viral post read, 'Sometimes I wish I was an insider or maybe from a very powerful background, things would have been so much easier (maybe, I don't know) As basic as getting respect and being treated as an equal. The battles would have been lesser. Hanging on.'

Sanvikaa also revealed that while she has been selective with her projects, opportunities have increased significantly since starring in Panchayat. 'After the show, there have been a lot of opportunities. I am getting lead roles, but I am waiting for a good opportunity. I don't want to disappoint my fans. I am taking my sweet time. There's an expectation that they have after doing such a good role. Panchayat has given me everything. Wherever I go, people are recognising me only because of this show. It has given me a new life, new identity,' she shared.
The actor continued, 'After season three, things have changed for me. People want to explore me in different characters and they are looking at me from a different lens. They see the potential in me. There are better character graphs now. I audition for all of them, the flow of auditions has changed.'
Sanvikaa was also asked about the highly anticipated release of Panchayat Season 5. She replied, 'It's coming. Even I don't know anything about my character. I hope they discover more about who Rinki is, what she wants to do in life. I wish the character is written in such a way that we see more of her in the next season.'

Paresh Rawal confirms his return to Hera Pheri 3: ‘We had to fine-tune ourselves…'

Veteran Bollywood actor Paresh Rawal has confirmed his return to Hera Pheri 3, saying all issues have been 'resolved now.' In a podcast with Himanshu Mehta, Paresh was asked about the Hera Pheri 3 controversy. He replied, 'There's no controversy. I believe that when people have loved something so much, then you have to be extra careful. It is our responsibility toward the audience. The audience has given you so much adulation. You can't take things for granted. Mehnat karke unko (film) do.' The actor added, 'So, I was of the opinion that sab saath mein aaye, mehnat karein. Aur kuch nahin. It is all resolved now.' When host Himanshu Mehta reconfirmed that Hera Pheri 3 with the original cast is in the works, Paresh Rawal said, 'Pehle bhi aane hi waali thi but it's just that we had to fine-tune ourselves (laughs). After all, all of them are creative, be it Priyadarshan, Akshay or Suniel. They are friends for many, many, many years.' When SCREEN reached out to Paresh Rawal for confirmation of his return to Hera Pheri 3, the actor replied in the affirmative, saying, 'Yes.' Also Read | Paresh Rawal corrects fan who calls him 'hero' of Hera Pheri 3, requests him to reconsider his exit: 'There are three heroes' Paresh Rawal's sudden exit from Hera Pheri 3 has been making headlines for weeks. Initially, reports suggested that the actor quit the film over creative differences. However, on May 18, Paresh took to X to officially announce he is no longer part of Hera Pheri 3. The actor wrote, 'I wish to put it on record that my decision to step away from 'Hera Pheri 3' was not due to creative differences. I reiterate that there are no creative disagreement with the filmmaker. I hold immense love, respect, and faith in Mr Priyadarshan.' After Paresh Rawal exited Hera Pheri 3, Akshay Kumar, who is also producing the film, reportedly sued him, seeking Rs 25 crore in damages and threatening civil and criminal action. Akshay's production house claimed it had paid the veteran actor Rs 11 lakh as partial payment and that he had already shot a promo clip along with other videos for the project. After Akshay sent the legal notice, Paresh's legal team declared that the actor had paid back the amount of Rs 11 lakh along with 15 per cent interest to Akshay's production company. The veteran actor wrote on X, 'My lawyer, Ameet Naik, has sent an appropriate response regarding my rightful termination and exit. Once they read my response all issues will be laid to rest.' Despite his differences with Paresh Rawal, Akshay Kumar was seen defending his Hera Pheri co-star at the trailer launch of Housefull 5. When told that fans were disappointed by Paresh's exit from Hera Pheri 3 and had called him 'foolish,' Akshay said it was 'not right' to refer to his 'good friend' Paresh as 'foolish.' 'Using this kind of word for one of my co-star like a foolish word or something. I would not appreciate it, and that's not right. I worked with him since the last 30-35 years, we are very good friends. He's a great actor and I really admire him,' said Akshay, adding, ''It's a very serious matter. It is a matter which is going to be handled by the court.'
