However, there has been tension in the family following Jeff's safety concerns surrounding Freddy seeing Jackiey.
Although Jeff's youngest son recently talked about wanting to rebuild his relationship with his dad, he failed to share a Father's Day post yesterday.
Instead he chose to keep quiet, and not post anything.
While Freddy chose not commemorate the occasion, his brother Bobby did post about his dad on Father's Day.
Taking to Instagram, the EastEnders star shared a photo of himself, Jeff and Freddy stood on a beach, looking out towards the ocean.
With the three having their arms around each other in the snap, he captioned: "My dad's a rock."
Freddy and Bobby's beloved mum Jade died on Mother's Day in 2009.
Meanwhile, Freddy recently made a shock U-turn on plans to enter rehab – just days after admitting he's been hooked on smoking since the age of 12.
The TV star - who appeared on Celebrity Race Across The World with his dad - shared his dramatic change of heart on Instagram last week.
Posting a black and white throwback of himself as a child, Freddy wrote: 'You know what I don't need rehab! I just need a holiday with a good group of boys or a retreat.'

It came just days after Freddy stunned followers when he opened up about a long-standing smoking addiction and a desire to make peace with his dad after a tense family rift.
He revealed he wanted to get help in Spain for cannabis, saying he 'wants a healthy relationship with his dad'.
In a heartfelt post, he said: 'I want to be clean so I can life happily and have healthy relationships with people and be there for all of my family rather then feeling like I'm in the middle and have to choose a side.'
Freddy also shared hopes of mending things with his famous father, saying: 'I want to play football and take up boxing. I want to be happy and be in a healthy relationship and have a healthy relationship with my Nana and my father.'
The pair have suffered a strained relationship lately which saw Jeff attempt to block Freddy's contact with his grandmother Jackiey, amid safety concerns.
At the beginning of the month, sources told The Sun that Freddy had moved in with Jackiey, who is Jade's mother, in Bermondsey for a week, in defiance of his dad's legal efforts to keep them apart.

Viewers tuning in to watch 1000 Men and Me: The Bonnie Blue Story this week will receive an on air warning about the content before the documentary airs at 10pm. It features multiple scenes of graphic sex not normally seen on TV. Tia Billinger uses the stage name Bonnie Blue and invites men to have sex with her which she films and makes money from online. She is also known for angering and abusing other women online, including by suggesting she likes to sleep with married men. In January she caused social media outrage by announcing she'd slept with 1,057 men in 12 hours. Aside from Tia expressing some fears about walking in public alone, the tone is largely celebratory. Asked about their decision to broadcast the documentary, Channel 4 told the Mirror: 'Tia Billinger, via her stage name Bonnie Blue, has gained worldwide attention and millions of pounds in the last year. 1000 Men and Me: The Bonnie Blue Story is an observational documentary in which director Victoria Silver follows Tia over the course of six months. The film questions Tia's methods and the divisive style of her social media and hears from colleagues and collaborators in order to understand her polarising business model. "Part of Channel 4's remit is to reflect modern Britain and stimulate debate amongst viewers, and a film such as this, exploring changing attitudes to sex, success, porn, and feminism in an ever-evolving online world is an important addition to those conversations. 'Channel 4 has a track record of programmes that examine the porn industry from a variety of perspectives. In the last two years we have broadcast programmes such as Sex Actually with Alice Levine that looked at a range of sexual experiences, while OnlyFans Got Me Fired: Untold and Confessions of a Cam Girl showed the personal cost of porn for content creators.' They also insisted the sections of the documentary showing Bonnie having sex multiple times across the documentary was necessary. They added: 'Careful consideration has been given to the content and the way in which it is included. The explicit content in the documentary is editorially justified and provides essential context; making pornographic content is Bonnie's job, and this film is about her work and the response to it. Crucially, the content is presented in a non-gratuitous manner and viewers will be alerted of the sexual content in a programme warning at the start to ensure they understand from the outset the nature of the programme.' Journalists were shown the film at a screening at Channel 4 last week attended by Tia, where even she expressed surprise at how many sex scenes 'were in there'. Introducing the film, Commissioning Editor Tim Hancock said before the screening: 'I believe it is Channel 4's job to tell stories like this, trying to get behind the truth of the headlines. We film real stories in real time. We are very proud to do films like this.' Asked why there was so much porn in the documentary and if she was braced for complaints, director Victoria Silver said: 'I had to explain to her(Tia) if I was making a film about a musician or some kind of other performer their work would be in there. Alex Jones has revealed she was completely unaware about complaints made against her The One Show co-host Jermaine Jenas. Jenas, 42, was taken off the show after being fired by the BBC for sending inappropriate messages to female employees during his time at the corporation. The sexting scandal also cost Jenas his 13-year marriage after his wife Ellie, the mother of three of his four children, announced the pair were divorcing earlier in March. Someone who was oblivious to the complaints was Welsh presenter Alex, who used to host The One Show alongside Jenas. Speaking to The Big Issue, she said: 'I very much take people on face value. But with JJ I didn't know what was going on. I thought he was taking extended leave. 'If that was my daughter and she felt uncomfortable with someone's behaviour, I hope that whatever company she was working for would deal with it swiftly as well.' Jenas, who also has a daughter from a previous relationship, was sacked by the BBC in August, which resulted in him losing his hosting gig on The One Show and punditry work on both Match of the Day and 5 Live. The BBC confirmed their decision while he was on air guest hosting talkSPORT's drive time show. His agency MC Saatchi also cut ties with him before he brought in a crisis PR team to handle the aftermath of the scandal. Jenas revealed he lied to wife Ellie during a family holiday in order to sneak off and take a Zoom call with BBC bosses after news of his X-rated messages was first revealed within the broadcaster.
