An Omani foreign ministry source stated:

The Philippines' embassy in Riyadh has been closely coordinating with GCC mediators and expressed gratitude for the swift diplomatic response. Meanwhile, international maritime organizations have called for the unconditional release of the sailors, citing international maritime law and human rights obligations.

He noted that Yemen's ongoing agricultural revolution aligns with the directives of the Revolution Leader, Sayyed Abdulmalik Badruddin Al-Houthi, the Supreme Political Council's guidance, the Quranic project's methodology, and the steadfastness of the Yemeni people in advancing community and voluntary work.
